Defining a Background | Adobe Muse Feature Tour | Adobe TV

Fill your background with repeating images or any image you choose. Muse will handle optimization when you publish.

Here is a preview of my site http://wyomingclublambs.businesscatalyst.com/index.html
I will be adding several pictures with comments on this page so it will be quite long. How do I anchor the background so that just the pictures scroll up and down?
Thanks!

  • Using Typekit web fonts in Adobe Muse | Adobe Muse Feature Tour | Adobe TV

Adobe Muse recently introduced a feature that allows you to incorporate TypeKit web fonts into your website designs. In this video, Product Manager Dani Beaumont shows you how to access over hundreds of font types that look beautiful and can be understood by search engines and screen readers.

This video sends Flash Player into a wheel-spinning loop that freezes Firefox, won't play beyond the first few seconds (and very choppily at that) in Chrome, and reduces IE9 to a crawl. It isn't possible to view the video as of 10/23/2012.

So, now the video has been removed. Is this an indication that some pulled the trigger on the forms too early. That's not such great customer service. One of the reason I decided to go ahead and pay was because this was one of the features I need for a customer site. Of course, I can do this another way but I have been trying to consolidate everything under the Adobe prodict umbrella. What's the deal????????????????

I love that you created this tutorial as a video instead of as an article. I have a degree in Visual Communications and that is also the learning style I prefer. Thanks!

Can I continue to edit and publish my website in Muse once I've exported. Also, how can I publish via my third party provider (1&1) whilst working within Muse like I can in Dreamweaver. I'm migrating from Dreamweaver as I lack the code knowledge to give me any great creative control.

I have checked the links in Muse and they are pointing where they should....what gives? As for the menus - those are automatically connected to the pages, right??? This is not good. Not at all. This doesn't work.
Muse returns the error the file is not a supported format. I notice on the video here that the program Dani is using is marked as Adobe Muse Prerelease, also at time mark 2:48 where she pulls down the File menu, the options: 'Add Files for Upload...' and 'Upload to FTP Host...' are listed. These are not yet available on the current version (but I recall seeing them on another video hosted by Rufus Deuchler, which talks about upcoming productivity enhancements): I assume therefore, that the current version of Muse (v1.1 Build 960 CL768344 as is on my version) does NOT support the .oam file type.
Is it only myself having this problem? Comments?
