Delete songs not downloaded from store

deleting songs never downloaded from store (just listened to)?

Is there a question here I missed?
If they were not downloaded, how did you listen to them?
Previewing them in the iTunes store does not add them to your library.

    Hello BwarsIG88
Check your purchase history by going to the iTunes Store and then click on purchases. From there you can see all your purchase history and download what you are missing.

    thank you...

Nobody here can fix your problem, we do not work for Apple. And I have no idea what "Chrho" means. Neither does Google.
So - exactly what happens when you try to download a program? And from where are you trying to download it?

    Hi Sandra,
you'll need to edit the security settings to install programs 'Mac App Store and identified developers'
Open the Systems Preference and go to Security & Privacy.  There will be a section in the 'General' tab for 'Allow apps downloaded from:"  The default selection is 'Mac App Store'.  Change this setting to 'Mac App Store and identified developers".
This screenshot is taken on OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), so it may look slightly different if you're on a different OS X version.

  • ""Install Adobe Flash Player.app" can't be opened because... not downloaded from the Mac App Store"

I jsut upgraded to 10.9 and it is up to date and also my safari is up to date (no updates available for it). My safari is saying that my flash is out of date. when I follow the links it lets me download but when I double click to install it tell me "“Install Adobe Flash Player.app” can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac App Store.". When I install the flash UNinstaller and try to install that, it tells me the same. I ALSO found the exact same problem when I tried to install the acrobat installer (some tried to download a pdf and the page told me that my acrobat reader 'might' be out of date). Any thought?

You're running up against the GateKeeper.
Download the offline installer: Flash Player 12.0.0.44 (Mac OS X) by right clicking and choosing "Download Linked File As".
Mount the DMG and when it opens, right click the installer and choose "Open".
You'll see a warning. Click "Open" again.
    It will run from there.

  • I recently subscribed to iTunes Match.  iTunes is trying to match and upload songs not purchased from the iTunes store; however, it keeps shutting down before it finishes.  Has this happened to anyone else?

I recently subscribed to iTunes Match.  iTunes is trying to match and upload songs not purchased from the iTunes store; however, it keeps shutting down before it finishes.

Turn off iTunes Match while holding down the Option key (Shift for Windows) then quit iTunes. Open it after a few seconds, and turn iTM back on.

  • Can't open TurboTax 2013 because it was not downloaded from the App Store

I downloaded TurboTax 2013 directly from Intuit.  When I launch it, I get the error message "This application cannot be opened because it was not downloaded from the App Store."  It was not downloaded from the App Store because the App Store doesn't have the version I need.  Now what?

I think you should use the new version for free turbotax. I have used turbo tax 2014 recently.
From Apple store you will defiitely get this software easily.

  • TS1424 A song I downloaded from Itunes isn't complete...how do I get a refund??

    A song I downloaded from Itunes isn't complete...how do I get a refund??

Other people have been having similar problems with incomplete sone over the last few days, I assume that there has been a problem with Apple's servers.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting it from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

  • Why do some songs re-download from iCloud in 256 Variable?

Some songs will download from iCloud in 256-bit, others in 256 Variable. Why that? All were uploaded/matched from Apple Lossless (ALAC).

I don't know this for sure, since I have not seen this behavior, but this is my speculation.
Songs that are matched will download from the iTunes Store in straight 256 Kbps, since that is how they are encoded. The VBR downloads are probably coming from tracks that are uploaded, and this is how you've got your import settings set up. Any ALAC files that are not matched will have a copy made of them and that will be uploaded so I'm guessing that whatever your import settings are is how the files will be encoded.

  • Some songs not downloading to my new iPhone 4 S

After I sync I'm getting a message - 20 songs not download to your iPhone.  See iTunes for more information.
There is no information in iTunes.  During a sync, I've also seen a message saying you must accept a new store terms of service.  However, when I go to the phoen on my mobile or computer, I'm not prompted to do this.  In fact, I can even find a place to voluntarily accept new T&Cs.  Thoughts?
This is happening on a new iphone 4s.  All of these songs synced fine with my Iphoen 4.
BTW, several of these songs are recent purchases
    - no DRM protection
    - purchased with the account that I'm syncing under
    Thanks, Michael.

    Hello Vmelo
Note: To purchase songs from the Wi-Fi Music Store, you must also have been signed in to that account in iTunes the last time synced iPod touch or iPhone.
    More info at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1491?viewlocale=en_US
You may need to re-sync to re-upload the iTunes Store account info to the iPhone.
