Deleting eprint services/account

We had installed the hp deskjet 3520 and signed up for eprint services.  Then the screen on our printer crapped out.  We want to return the printer, but want to delete our eprint settings/account first.  When looking up how to, it says to do it via the printer.  But since I can't see anything on the screen, how do i delete it?  I'm worried that if they resell it to someone our info will still be on the printer.

Hi,
You may delete your ePrint account from the ePrintCenter site.
Logon to eprint.com.
On the top right side of the screen click on Settings near your rmail address.
Click Delete Acount from that scrren and follow the prompt to confirm it.

  • Can't create eprint service account, says already exists, won't send password to my email ????

    When I try to create an ePrint service account it tells me there is already an account with my email address. I do have an account on the hp website but it does not accept that password. When I request that is send the password it asks for my email and when I type it in and submit it comes back with the error message to give the email address associated with the account.
    This is crazy and frustrating. If the email address has an account associated with it then why won't it send password info to that email address.
    Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Hi,
    More likely your ePC account was assigned to the SnapFish service during its first registration and therefore the described behavior appears.
    Please try the following steps and check if that may help:
    1. Go to http://www.snapfish.com and click the Log In option at the top.
    2. Click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the directions.
    3. Make sure to log in to Snapfish using the temporary password and complete the proccess to select a new password.
    4. Go to http://www.eprint.com and login using the modified account details

  • Deleted "Managed Service Accounts" Container

    Unaware that the container was created as part of our 2008 R2 AD Upgrade I deleted this container (thinking that another admin was doubling up efforts) on a pre-existing "Service Accounts" OU that was created in the past.   While doing some
    research months later, I was looking for a better way to deploy service accounts and ran across this new container.  I looked for various ways of recovering this including:
    ldp
    adrestore
    browsing for the object via adexplorer.exe
    I'm unable to see the object so I think my next option is to either recreate it via some sort of script or some form of re installation.    This is a highly utilized production environment therefore I'm looking for the least invasive way of
    approaching this.  If it is going to be a huge hassle we'll continue down the road of the specific OU already designated and continue using policies to limit thier access to the systems.
    Thanks in advance!

  • How do I delete my icloud account when I have no internet service anymore

    I've just changed from an iphone 4s to a 5C. I want to sell my phone but my iphone 4 account has been disabled and it's irreversable. I need to delete my icloud account but as I can't go online, I can't turn off 'Find my Iphone.' Everything else has been deleted but I believe that to sell the phone, I have to have de-activated the account, otherwise it's considered locked.
    Can anyone advise please??
    Thanks in advance

    Thank you, I had already followed the stops as indicated as if I no longer have the iphone and it seems I have done everything I should have done but you have confirmed that I've done all I should have. I can't find this device on 'find my phone' it's gone from the device listing.
    I really appreciate you taking the time to respond & explain, thank you.

  • Mail app will not open at all. I cannot even delete a mail account.  Wondering if daylight savings time has caused an issue.

    When I click on the mail app it either immediately crashes and brings me back to the home screen or it opens briefly and tried to download all previous emails and crashes in the middle.  When I try to delete a mail account it says it can't because it is syncing.  I closed mail using the double click (which only shows a black white box) and I have rebooted three times.  The time changed today.  Could it be a bug?

    Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folders. In OS X 10.9 there are two sandboxes, while in 10.8 there is only one. If you're running a version older than 10.8, this comment isn't applicable.
    Back up all data.
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
    Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
    Services ▹ Reveal
    from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder — not just its contents — to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
    Log out and log back in. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window. If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
    Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar, paste into the box that opens (command-V). You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

  • How to Delete an iCloud Account's Email (Not the Whole Account, Just the Email)

    Hello,
    A couple of years ago, before iCloud was iCloud and was actually MobileMe, I created my own email on it (an @me.com email) and have had it ever since. Even after it became iCloud, i've kept my @me.com email address and have it to this day. I've used it ever since I created it; however, I absolutely hate using it now, and I really want to just get rid of it. I constantly receive spam messages on it, and I have found Gmail to be a much better email service compared to iCloud. I have been trying to figure out how to delete the email itself and not the whole iCloud account; however, I find it very surprising that I haven't been able to find much information about this at all. I know how to delete the whole iCloud account, but all I want to delete is the email. Is there any possible way to do this? Or is my only solution to delete the whole iCloud account? If I deleted the whole iCloud account, would it affect my Apple ID in any way? If I deleted my iCloud account and it does not affect my Apple ID, then would it be possible for me to delete my iCloud account and create a new one without the email?
    Currently, I only have an iPod Touch 4th Generation running iOS 5.1.1 (I know. It seems very outdated nowadays. ). I also have a Windows 7 computer that I use to access icloud.com, but I don't have the iCloud program actually installed to it.
    Thanks in advance and please help!

    Sorry, but I believe there is no way to properly answer your question.Please start a live chat with Apple for assistance as i believe so their the only ones with the power as so, your email is used for recovery, purchase, and more!If it so changed, you'd need to restart your device, also, your best bet is to just to contact apple also.Didn't help?Sorry!Theres really no way...

  • How do I delete my iCloud account if I don't remember the PW for it? The email it's linked to doesn't work anymore either. HELP!

    I'm trying to use a different iCloud account because the old account has an outdated email and now everytime i try to delete the iCloud accound it doesn't let me without a password. I don't remember the password and I can't reset it either since the email account it is linked to does not exist anymore. PLEASE HELP

    If you have a current iCloud ID that is a newer version of the old ID (and not an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone and delete the old account.  Then go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
    If the old ID is not an older version of your current iCloud ID, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance resetting the password, either by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password, or by contacting the Apple account security team: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.

  • How do I delete my iCloud account if my Apple ID has changed and I forgot the password for my previous Apple ID?

    The email address used for my previous Apple ID was no longer valid, so I successfully changed my Apple ID via apple.com using my Mac. However, I'm still signed into iCloud on my iPhone with my previous Apple ID, and I've forgotten that password.

  • Recently I changed my apple id but forgot to change my icloud account. I also have Find My IPhone activated. I tried to delete my ICloud account but first I need to switch off my Find My iPhone, to complicate this I can no longer access prev email account

    Recently I changed my apple id but forgot to change my iCloud account.
    I also have Find My Iphone activated. My old apple id was an old work email address no longer in use nor can be accessed.
    I need to be able to turn off Find My Iphone in order to then delete my iCloud account, I need to include my apple id password to turn off Find my Iphone.
    Is there a way around this?
    Thanks in advance.

    helpmeIphone5s wrote:I also have Find My Iphone activated. My old apple id was an old work email address no longer in use nor can be accessed.Thanks in advance.
    Please go to website address: www.idapple.com Go to the blue tab that reads Manage apple id. From there you will have the option to change personal information of your apple id. The fact that the email address you used to create the apple id is no longer accessible as far as an email address goes will not disable you from changing information as part of the apple id account. However to disable the find my device you will need to be able to access this apple id login. Once you are able to access the old apple id account this then will allow you to access the icloud services by going to www.icloud.com from there you will login with your old apple id once logged into icloud.com and you have chosen the correct device you then can erase all contents of the device which then will disable the find my device.
    This is one way of doing it. The other way of course would be for you to login to your icloud on your phone using the old Apple id and from there provided you are able to login with password you then can simply disable the find my device inside the icloud account.
    Good luck Friend.

  • Service Account Management through Request Templates

    Hi,
    I am trying to implement Service Account lifecycle use cases (Create, Modify, Delete) on 2 resources(AD User, iPlanet User) through Request templates. In this case OOTB tasks - Service Account Alert, Service Account Changed, Service Account Moved with resource specific Process definitions are not get triggered as I am initiating process through Request Templates.
    I want to trigger post process EventHandler upon triggering any of these events. so, I created metadata xml file as the following and imported it into MDS.
    -----------------EventHandler Metadata file------------------------
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
    <eventhandlers>
    <action-handler class="com.wipro.sdf.iam.oim.plugin.ServiceAccountCreationEventHandler" entity-type="Resource" operation="PROVISION" name="ServiceAccountCreateEventHandler" stage="postprocess" order="1021" sync="TRUE"/>
    </eventhandlers>
    ----------------------------XXX----------------------------------------------
    When I trigger create event of SA on any of the resources, the EventHandler is being invoked and from execute() method, Orchestration is giving the following data
    {UD_IPNT_USR_LAST_NAME=TestTwo, BENEFICIARYKEY=798, UD_IPNT_USR_COMMON_NAME=SA Test Two, *ResourceKey*=12, serviceaccount=true, UD_IPNT_USR_SA_ADMIN=USER16TE, UD_IPNT_USR_USERID=SATEST2, UD_IPNT_USR_FIRST_NAME=SAccount}
    My EventHandler has to do some actions on target resource(AD / iPlanet),so I would like to get resource connection details like IP, port , admin login details etc.
    To fetch those details, I am using ResourceKey that is coming from Orchestration.
    When I use the following code to find Resource details based on Key, its throwing resource not found exception.
    -----------------------Code from execute() of EventHandler----------------------
    String resKey = getParamaterValue(parameters, "ResourceKey");
    tcITResourceInstanceOperationsIntf resInsObj = Platform.getService(tcITResourceInstanceOperationsIntf.class);
    //Get Resource Details based on Resource Key
    HashMap searchMap= new HashMap();
    searchMap.put(Constants.IT_RESOURCE_KEY, resKey);
    logger.debug(methodName+" - IT Resouece Search Map is : "+searchMap);
    tcResultSet resultSet = resInsObj.findITResourceInstances(searchMap);
    -------------------------------End of code ------------------------------------------------
    I tried finding for the table which stores all IT Resource connection details. But no luck.
    Now my questions are:
    1. Which table stores all IT Resource Information that can be seen from Design Console -> Resource Management -> IT Resource Type Definition - > Resource?
    2. Which table stores Resource Key and Name details?
    3. When we do query for records from any form in Design Console, where exactly would logs get recorded? (as it queries DB to fetch information there should some file like DB Tracer Log etc)
    Could somebody please answer these questions and give some hint to implement SA management through Req Templates?
    Thank you in advance,
    Mounika

    Hi kevin,
    thanks for reply.
    i am thinking that, Even though OIM11G is developed in ADF,some parts of the code is in struts only,like xlWebApp.war .
    i have seen source code of xlWebApp.war folder that is there in OIM11g.
    it seems to be developed in struts only.
    is there any ADF interaction in that?
    i have written helloworld program in struts,that is working fine.
    i have done that,for ADUser resource popup i added button "serviceaccount for this resource".when i click that one jsp page will come.
    so i am thinking that,some other reason is there for not working.
    can u please tell me the reason?

    You can't use icloud to store photos.  There's a service called photo stream which is used to sync photos from one device to another, but this can't be used to store photos permanently.
    Always sync photos from a device to your computer,  Then you can delete them from the device.
    Read this...  import photos to your computer...

  • Can't delete old CalDAV account

    Whenever I start iCal I get the message:
    *The server responded with an error*
    The server did not recognize your user name or password for account “xyz.exampledomain.com.” Make sure you enter them correctly.
    (I edited the actual server address, of course)
    I understand this message, as I had been trying to set up my iCal to talk to a server I had been running, but since I originally did that, I have re-installed Snow Leopard Server on the machine it was syncing with and the server has a new address as well. I was able to set up iCal to run fine with the new server, but for some reason, I simply can't find a way to delete the old account and it's settings from iCal.
    Whenever I go into iCal's preferences and highlight the old account and press the minus button, it gives me a warning message saying:
    "Deleting the account "xyz.exampledomain.com" will remove all references to the calendars in the account. This operation can't be undone."
    I, of course, choose delete. The calendar and the account seem to disappear fine (disappears from iCal preferences and from the calendar sidebar) until I quit and re-open iCal. When I reopen iCal this whole cycle starts all over again and I get the pop-up saying it couldn't communicate with the old CalDAV account...
    Any ideas? I've tried the usual stuff (deleted the ~/Library... preferences for iCal, restarted the computer, cleared p-ram, reset SMU, start in safe-boot)...
    Details:
    iCal - Version 4.0 (1362)
    MacBook Pro 15" (late 2008)
    OS 10.6.1

    Oh, and I forgot to respond to your question
    @ "Are you syncing iCal, with MobileMe or another server? Even if not I suggest you re-set your SyncServices database."
    I used to sync iCal with MobileMe, but stopped syncing with MobileMe before I ever created the CalDAV setting that is giving me this issue. Currently, I am syncing with a server I have set up that runs Snow Leopard Server's calendar server, but I have had this issue that does not allow me to delete the CalDAV account since before I started syncing with the server I am currently syncing with. Again, as mentioned in my post above, I tried resetting the sync services etc and have had no luck.
    What Apple's support website has to say about removing the SyncServices folder has caused me to shy away from that option. But as a last resort, would reinstalling Snow Leopard fix this if I were to then restore my computer from a Time Machine backup? Or would Time Machine have probably backed up whatever file or setting is giving me this problem, and restoring it from that backup would only leave me having wasted time re-installing and restoring my computer?
    Also, is there a practical way of deleting all files associated with iCal and then re-installing it? and would that help?

    Hello.
    I am wish to delete my account (Skype Name from the Skype directory)
    I have already taken all steps described in: 'Can I delete my Skype account?' ...deleted all personal information (name, e-mail, etc...)
    I also tried to contact the customer support with my request ...tried all the steps there as well but it took me all around back here.
    Is there any direct e-mail contact option? Can someone assist me?
    Thanks.

    I think that the instructions on how to contact customer service is clear enough and easy to follow.  Yet, if that one is not working for you (though contacting via webform usually results to faster responses), you can also try to send an email to [email protected] .
