I  have a file that has only business Partner number  basically employee .So I have to find all the position that the employee holds and have to delete them.Please tell how I can do this through a report .Any standard fm if present kindly help.Need urgent help.

Hi Abhinav,
You have a file with business partners(Employees).
Program creation.
1. Use function module 'TEXT_CONVERT_XLS_TO_SAP' to send data into an internal table(gt_pernr).
2. Then select PLANS from PA0001 into some internal table where pernr in gt_pernr-pernr.
    Now you have Positions of the employees.
3. Then use RHRHDL00 Program to delete Positions. you can call this program internally in this program by submitting the position ID to the program RHRHDL00.
Hope this helps.

  • CRM Org Model vs. Roles

    Does anyone know the difference between creating and providing security through CRM CIC Org. Model versus handling the security through Roles

    Hello Mukund,
    You can execute transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE to download the R/3 sales areas into CRM.
    Only new sales organizations are downloaded with CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE when is executed a second time, therefore is highly recomended to execute this transaction once. You can see it in the documentation of this transaction: IMG: CRM  > master data  > orga. management  > data transfer   >Copy R/3 Sales Structure.
    The download from R/3 into CRM is supposed to be one-time download and all the maintanence should be done in both systems separately.
    If you have already created organizational data seperated in CRM and ECC, therefore here there are just two options: either make all necessary assignments manually in PPOMA_CRM, or delete the CRM Org Model completely and rerun a new initial load with the above mentioned transaction.
    To maintain the sales organization data manually in ppoma_crm, you need to go to the organizational unit's 'Function' tab, enter the corresponding R/3 sales organization there.
    As for the distribution channel and division, they should be maintained in the 'Attributes'.
    Hope the above information could be helpful.

  • Transporting Org model changes (deletions) from DEV to QAS

    Hi All,
    We have Org model created in CRM Development server, which was earlier transported to Quality server using the report program RHMOVE30.
    Now, based on unexpected changes in the requirement, in Development server we had to make some changes to the Org model, like added new org units and positions (which is fine, as we can do a delta transport), but the problem is that, we have also deleted few Org units and positions in Development server (these org units are already available in Quality), now my issue is that, how can transport these changes to Quality (is is possible delete the org units in Quality using a Transport Request).
    Is there a way out to even transport the deleted entries, so the they get deleted in Quality as well.
    Thanks in advance for your time.
    Regards

    Hello
    Maybe you create a transport request including your new org structure and run report RHMOVE30. There is also a flag "delete objects" in that report that can can delete individual org units.Just enter the org unit ID and click on that flag.
    Transporting org structure is very delicate. My personal advice is: If there are not too many orgs to delete and the task can be done manually in your QA system, just do it manually.

  • ORG MODEL IN CRM

    HI GUYS,
    In the Org model in CRM the person who worked before me assigned user record to the positon.He did not assign employee record to the position. Hence when I am updating the employee records in R/3 they are not getting updated in the ORG Model.
    SO is there a way so that we can change user records to the employee records for all the positions in ORG MODEL

    Hi Zack,
    I don't know there is an automated way of doing this. But the manual way is to go to ORG model transaction PPOMA_CRM and search for your root org unit. You can search by description. And then go to each position and place the cursor on user record and right mouse button, click delete assignment. This will delete the user assignment. In order to add the business partner (employee) place the cursor on position and say Assign-> Owner Business partner. In the dialog box you can either enter the user ID or business partner number if you know that.
    In order to assign the employee ID, you need to first create a business partner employee role and assign the user ID in the identification tab
    Sorry, I don't know if there is an easy way to assign all the employees at once unless you write a program for it.
    Hope this helps!

  • Org Modeler 3.0 : Hierarchies - how to turn off employee listing

    Hi,
    I'm in Org Modeler 3.0
    In Source Org Chart -> Hierarchies -> Org Structure, there are 2 position and employee. We only want to show Org Unit and Position in the View, thus, we need to turn off Employee. However, there is no enable / disable button. Does anyone know to turn it off?
    (In Org Chart 3.0, Employee is placed under a different hierarchy, so I can easily disable it. But I can't do the same in Org Modeler).
    Thanks.

    Hi there,
    Your post is a bit confusing because you mention listing in the subject (which can be disabled in the AdminConsole) but your post is referring to the Employee hierarchy of the Organization Structure orgchart.
    You'll need to disable this directly in the XML file for the SAPOrgUnitOrgChart orgchartconfiguration object. Copy a version to your .delta folder and open it for editing. In the hierarchies section comment out or delete the <hierarchy>SAPEmployeeHierarchy</hierarchy> declaration. Then go through the rest of the configuration file and remove/comment out any object references to the SAPEmployeeHierarchy.
    Good luck!

  • HR ALE org model distribution - multiple business partners created

    Hi,
    I am experiencing weird problems with HR ALE org model distribution to CRM 7.01. It creates multiple business partners for some org units and some persons. However, it does not create them everyone. Right now it seems like a new business partner is created on every second destribution in update mode. Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? In my understanding no new business partners should be created, rather the existing ones should be recognized and updated.
    There is just one IDoc warning saying there was an error calling function module BUPR_EMPLO_ADDR_ADD because parameter value IV_X_SAVE has changed. This warning apperas everytime, also when no new business partner is created. Thus I am not sure if this is important. Also I do not use any custom coding, so I don't think that I am causing this warning.
    Thanks a lot

    I just discovered a part of the problem. In CRM the relationship between the organisation unit and its business partner gets deleted if it already exists. On next update a new business partner is created, because there is no business partner assigned to the organisation unit yet.
    It would be interesting to know why the relationship is deleted. Also I am not sure that it happens to all organisation units. Furthermore the same problem exists for persons.

  • Org Model attributes

    What are the attributes in Org Model used for?
    Thanks

    Org Determination Procedure
    •     &#61472;Maintain determination rules. You can define new rules for both types, responsibility and organizational attributes. In both cases you can use a wizard to create the rules. You can simulate the rules created with the wizard and process them again if required.
    •     Maintain organizational data profile. Within the organizational data profile, you choose a scenario (for example, sales or service) for which you want to use the profile. You then assign one of the available determination rules. You can assign one rule with type responsibility and one with type organizational attributes. If you define a rule in both fields, the system finds the intersection of both quantities. Additionally, you define which organizational units are mandatory and must occur in the transaction. You can use the wizard to create and assign organizational data profiles.
    •     Assign the organizational data profile to one or more transaction types
    Cutomizing:
    IMG->&#61472;Customer Relationship Management&#61485;->Master Data ->organizational Management ->Organizational Data Determination ->&#61472;Change Rules and Profiles->&#61472;Maintain Determination Rules
    Example:
    •     Enter determination rule 10000164 (ORGMAN_7- Det. acc. to partner at. (Reg, Country))
    •     choose Copy.
    •     Go to container tab page.
    •     Go to the change mode and modify the values as per your requirement on the Container tab page,
    •     If you want to delete an value select and right-click and choose Delete entry.
    •     Save the modified determination rule.
    •     Simulate organizational data determination based on the values in container tab page.
    •     Choose Simulate rule resolution and enter the attributes based on the values in container tab .
    Organizational data profile maintenance
    Create the new organizational data profile.
    IMG->&#61472;Customer Relationship Management->Master Data ->Organizational Management->&#61472;Organizational Data Determination->&#61472;Change Rules and Profiles->&#61472;Maintain Organizational Data Profile
    Example :
    •     Choose New Entries.
    •     Choose the sales scenario.
    •     From the list of scenarios, choose Sales.
    •     Use the determination rule defined in organizational model rule.
    •     In Organizational model rule, enter the number of the determination rule
    •     Fill the mandatory fields Sales Organization and Distribution Channel for output of organizational data determination.
    •     Select Sales organization and Distribution channel.
    •     Save the organizational data profile.

  • Read the Org Model

    Hi,
    I need to read the BP assigned to a specific position on my CRM Org Model. This position is assigned to the first organizational unit of it. Could you give some functions in order to do this. I though to use HRP1000 and HRP1001 for this purpose but I can't hardcode the Position Number or Description. (This number will change in other environments.)
    It's very urgent.
    Regards.

    Hi Javier,
    You can use table HRP1000 to get a Org unit based on SHORT. If you want all the org units attached in the heirarchy, you can use Function RH_STRUC_GET with act_weigd = 'SAP_SORG'.
    Example code:
    SELECT SINGLE objid FROM hrp1000 INTO (i_objid)
    WHERE short = i_orgdata.
    IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
    CALL FUNCTION 'RH_GET_ACTIVE_WF_PLVAR'
    IMPORTING
    act_plvar = lv_plvar
    EXCEPTIONS
    no_active_plvar = 1.
    CALL FUNCTION 'RH_STRUC_GET'
    EXPORTING
    act_otype = 'O'
    act_objid = i_objid
    act_wegid = 'SAP_SORG'
    ACT_INT_FLAG =
    act_plvar = lv_plvar
    act_begda = sy-datum
    act_endda = sy-datum
    act_tdepth = 0
    act_tflag = 'X'
    act_vflag = 'X'
    authority_check = 'X'
    TEXT_BUFFER_FILL =
    BUFFER_MODE =
    IMPORTING
    act_plvar = lv_plvar
    TABLES
    result_tab = result_tab
    result_objec = result_objec
    result_struc = result_struc
    EXCEPTIONS
    no_plvar_found = 1
    no_entry_found = 2
    OTHERS = 3
    This should give you the object ID's for all the nodes (organization, position and the holders like business partners assined to positions)
    Result tab of the above function will look like this :
    OT OBJID
    O 50000063
    O 50000064
    S 50000065
    O 50000072
    S 50000073
    CP 50000427
    where O corresponds to org object, S-> position and CP-> central person number of business partner (note: when you assign business partner to the postion, it stores the person number of the partner). So you would need to use the function BP_CENTRALPERSON_GET with IV_person_id = central person number (50000427) to get the user Id or partner number
    Hope this helps.

  • Org Model Synch

    Hi Experts,
    We are facing a situation where in the Organization Model in CRM system is not in synch with R/3 system. We are sure about the inconsistencies as some has deleted some of the Org Units from PPOMA_CRM but we are not sure about the units which were deleted.
    Kindly suggest me with the procedure to check for the inconsistencies and also the possible resolution for the same.
    Thanks in advance,
    Ajay K

    Hi experts,
    The org model can only be downloaded once from R/3 to CRM and any further changes done have to be maintained manually.
    To the best of my knowledge there is no tool which determines the org model inconsistencies.
    Thought of sharing this info with you.

  • HR and Org Model iDocs

    Hi Experts
    I need to do the following in CRM
    1. Create Positions in the Org model
    2. Relate Org Units to positions
    3. Relate Central Persons to Positions and BP to positions
    4. Assign users to existing BOs
    So, we have tried LSMW with recordings using PP01 and PP02 but do not like this approach
    We have also enabled some BAPIs but again we are not programmers so can't debug them!
    We would like to do this through iDocs (called from Data Services)
    I do not know what iDocs to use to do the above. Can anyone help?
    Much appreciated!!

  • About CRM Org Model

    Hi all,
    I need some clear explanations about "<b>enhanced backend integration version of the CRM organizational model</b>" because I don't understand the SAP HELP explanations.
    COuld anyone help me please?
    Thanks in advance
    Javier

    Hi Javier,
    1. There are 2 version in CRM Org Model.
    a) SBIV (Standard Backend Integration Version)
    b) EBIV (Enhanced Backend Integration Version)
    2. EBIV is used to handle <b>multiple assignments</b> in CRM system.
    3. As you know we have 3 Org Units as far as Sales is concerned i.e. Sales Org, Sales Office, Sales Group.
    4. In R/3 there is a standard way to maintain multiple assignments among these org units.
    Ex: Sales Group 'X' works (assigned) for 2 Sales Offices 'North' and 'South' simultaneously.
    5. But in CRM this assignment is not as common as in R/3 and is not supported thru SBIV.
    6. If you would like to have these multiple assignments made in R/3 available in CRM as well you may want to go thru EBIV.
    7. Once you run EBIV you cannot go back to SBIV.
    8. In EBIV divisions and distribution channels can only be assigned to sales units (sales organizations, sales offices, and sales groups). If they are assigned to any other neutral Org Units (Org Units without any Org Attributes), those assignments would be deleted once you shift from SBIV to EBIV.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

  • Adding new data elements to Org Modeler.

    We are trying to add 4 fields to the org Modeler. However it is nowhere to be found like in the orgchart.
    Org Modeler 3.0 SP2
    PA0001, PA0008, HRP1005 and HRP1008. (also linking to the texts in T001P, so we will require a table inner join)

    Hi Wade,
    In order to get the fields in OrgModeler scenarios you need to make sure that your hierarchy data element in the Source OrgChart contains all fields that you want. For this I recommend creating a NakisaRFC function for the additional data, creating a data element for it and then creating a linked data element to link together the new data element and the existing hierarchy data element. There is no data center in OrgModeler so you will need to do this manually.

  • Missing Business Attributes in Org Model

    Hi,
    I am working on CRM 5.0 system...In the process of creating Master data... I have created an Org model under that created some Org units.....
    In any Org unit of any Org model > under the business attributes tab..... I am not able to see the entries for Division, Distribution Channel, Tupel and some other...
    And also I could not see any values for division and distribution channel under BP>Sold to Party Role>Sales Area Data.....
    Could anyone tell me what would be the reason.....
    Thank you very much for your help in advance....

    Dear Sr,
    I hope I got your question right.
    I guess the attribute entries (Division, distribution channel, tupel etc) are invisible in your system. You may check the following:
    Use t.code <b> OOATTRCUST </b>
    In the screen that opens select your scenario for which you cant see these entries. i.e. sales, marketing , service etc.
    And then double click on the attributes/ scenarios folder from the left hand frame.
    You will now see a large list of attributes. See if your attributes (Division, distribution channel, tupel etc) are made invisible becos of the check box invisible being ticked besides each of them.
    If so, uncheck it. You should now see the entries.
