Delivery address at Item Level and not at the Header Level

Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue as described below:-
We are in SRM 7.0 using classic scenario.
After approval of multi line Shopping Cart in SRM ,PR's are getting
automatically created in backend R/3 system.After converting PR's into
POs in backend R/3,we are observing that the delivery address for these
PO'are getting printed at Item level and not at the Header Level
inspite of the delivery address being same for all the Item level.
As desired,the delivery address in the PO's should have the delivery
address at the header level if the the delivery address is identical
for all the Item Levels.
However,if we create a PR directly in R/3 system and then convert these
PR's into PO's in the backend R/3 system,we find that the deliver
address are getting printed at the Header Level if the delivery address
is same for all the item level(which is as desired)
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

It is standard process only.
In Po delivery address is maintained at item level because to which address perticular material to be delivered,
this may change from material to material or may not change

Dear Experts
I have a multiprovider consisting 2 DSOs:
1. DSO for price.
Eg.
Char-A__Char-sub1___Char-sub2___KF_PRICE
AAAA__ AA11________AA22________$10
AAAA__AA11_________AA23_______ $17
As shown above, AAAA is made up of 2 sub-items AA22 and AA23 , each priced differently.
2. DSO for Qty
Char-A____KF_QTY
AAAA_____200
As shown above, this DSO for quantity does not have sub-item qty. What should be the quantities for each sub-item? Its always exactly the same as the Qty at Char-A level . Eg. 200 pieces of AAAA is made up of 200 pieces of AA22 and AA23.
The user wants to drilldown to sub-item levels to see Price X Qty.
I tested, when not drilled down to these levels, the display and figures are correct.
But when drilled down , the report will have additional line for each record due to the fact that the Qty is not at sub-item level.
So, qty will be shown in another line and the price will be on the line with the sub-item.
How can this situation be resolved using BEx? Else, I would use staging to resolve this. But I am hoping BEx level can resolve it. If staging is used, I would need to copy the same qty to each sub-item for each record by adding qty field into Price DSO or union the 2 DSOs into 1 DSO. But I thought Multiprovider is already a Union?
Kindly could you provide me some advice, clues or opinion?

Thank you for your response.In our case even if all the Line/items level have same Plant and storage location still the delivery address is getting printed at Item level and not at Header Level and this is happening only for PO's created from PR's orginating from SRM7.0.
However if we create PR's directly in R/3 and then convert them into PO's,the delivery address is getting printed at the Header level if the delivery address is same for all the Item level.
Can you plz some insite into this?

This may be an old note, but it may point you in the right direction: Note 450425 - Delivery Address creates individual R/3 address number.
If you debug the function module in SRM that creates the PO in ECC, you can check if this is the case.

Goods recipient field at the header level when reservation is created.

Hi Experts,
In SRM, when shopping cart is created and a reservation is created in the backend ECC system, the Goods Recipient field is updated only at the item level but not at the header level. That is, when I go to the transaction mb23 and check the values for the particular reservation, the Recipient field is updated only for the item and not for the header.
On the other hand when I create a reservation manually, Goods recipient can be filled at header level as well. Is there any way in which the Goods recipient value will reflect at the header level as well when I am creating a shopping cart and a reservation is created in the backend?

How would you create validation logic at the view object level and not at the entity object level? I have many VOs that reference the same EO and want some validation logic to be applied only to certain VOs.

Delivery address on item level in Sales Order causes delivery split

Hi all,
I have an issue where our customer is sending in EDI-orders with delivery address on item level. This generates different SAP addresses for each line in the Sales Order later causing a delivery split in VL01n. Normally a SO contains 20 items where 10 needs to go to one physical address and the other 10 to another. What I would like is to only split on the physical address and not on each SAP address. E.g. 2 deliveries created instead of 20.
Its ECC 5.0.
Anyone has experience to share on this issue?

We had similar issue , there will be confirmed quantity but the requirement will not transfer to MRP , We used Item category configuration ( Copied new item category assignment and it should behave as Inquiry item category)
Check OVZ7 T code for customizing the u201CDelivery Blocku201D in your sales document to block Confirmation block
Check the customizing OVZ8: if the flag Transfer of Requirement
Transfer of requirements of the requirement class should be ON.
In the sales order the requirement type is determined by the combination sales order item + MRP type.

Making vendor down payment at PO header level and not item level

I am making downpayment to vendor. I am using new functionality in EHP 4 for making downpayment through purchase order. When I run ME2DP for making downpayment, it asks for PO item number also.
But my requirement is to pay downpayment at PO header level and not PO item level.
Please let me know how can I do payment at PO header level.

I am also facing the same problem. Though Advance is maintained in PO Header Level when we are trying to create DP Request / DP system is asking line item mandatory. Suppose i have 2 line items and maintain all the DP amount in first line item. I am making service entry for 2nd line item and bill for the second line item. Then in this case, the Down Payment clearing tab doesn't appear in MIRO. That means I am unable to adjust the advance for the line item though I have to adjust it.
Problem is that there are more than 300 lines items in PO/WO. Hence it becomes difficult to maintain advance for each line or the user is forced to maintain certain amount in line item..
Please help ..Its urgent

Can not change the control level of item attribute "Inventory Asset Value"

I can not change the control level of the item attribute "Inventory Asset Value" from Master Level to Org Level. It's show me the message "FRM-40200: Field is protected against update".
Version is below:
Oracle Application: 10.7SC

I'm trying to not personalize this too much, but it's grandkids talking to Grandma and Mom and Dad trying to solve new machine hiccups. Normally, I could just go in via iChat and control the other machine and troubleshoot, but I can't do it with Facetime only. My buddy list doesn't see the other computer even though we are connected on Facetime right now. My name is not highlighted for the other computer. What could have gone so wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. I have attempted to upgrade os4 to os7. icloud has taken an old expiered email address for which i do not know the password. It will not recognise my current email and password with itunes. Any help appreciated

I have attempted to upgrade os4 to os7. At the end, it threw an error that i had to turn off "Find my iphone" on my phone, which seems to be impossible at that stage as i could not access beyond the upgrade screen.
I thin chose to set up as new iphone, but icloud has taken an old expired email address for which i do not know the password. icloud will not recognise my current itunes email and password, so i now have os7 but am unable to restore from my itunes back up.
Desperately need help please... Any help appreciated

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

Use BCC. That's blind carbon copy. And copy paste the address into the BCC field. It really depends what e-mail program you use how to enable BCC.

Z-Report for PR using ES language not getting the Header and Item text deta

We have developed Z report for PR report and we ahve used ES and EN language, but when i select language ES and execute the report then we are not getting the Header and Item text data,
Secondly when We select language EN and execute the report then we are getting the Header and Item text details.
Please guide me.

Have you maintained Tetexxt in ES language or is it that you are expecting on selecting ES the text from En will get coverted to ES and display in your report?

Can a CR work only for one aggregation level and not other ?

Hi Experts,
I have a real time infocube (RTIC) over which there is a multiprovider, on top of which I have built 2 aggregation levels.
There are sequence of 2 characteristic relationships (CR's based on exit class) defined for the same RTIC.
Is it possible that the CR's be functional for one aggregation level and not in case of second aggregation level ?

Additionally let me explain the scenario in more detail:
The difference between 2 mentioned aggr levels is that of 0CALMONTH which is checked in second aggr level.
0CALMONTH is assigned as target char in first CR, hence both the CRu2019s work for input ready report built on first aggregation level and do not function with input ready report built over second aggregation level.
Therefore I wish to skip the complete execution of CRu2019s for I-R reports based on 2nd aggregation level.
As CR of type with derivation is functional only if the target char selected is not present in the aggregation level.
Please let me know if any more details are required.
