Delivery Problems
I recently ordered a television and I was told I'd get a phone call within 24 hours of delivery to let me know what time it would come.
First, I emailed customer support, but the response was that I wouldn't hear anything back within 24 hours b/c of high demand.
I hadn't heard anything yet (4:30) the day prior to delivery. I called 888-bestbuy and was told that there wasn't a set time yet, but that they should be calling me. I asked for the delivery company name and number. I was told it was Ros Delivery Company and given a local number. However, I called that number, but it was disconnected.
I called the 888 # again, told them my problem, after being left on hold for 10 minutes, they gave me another local #.
I called it, and it just rings and rings and rings.
All I want to know is when my tv is going to be delivered so I can take off of work accordingly.

In most instances, Best Buy® will contact its customers by 8:00pm local time the day before a delivery takes place. If you have not been contacted by that time though, remember that you can always call your local delivery warehouse or 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) for more information about the delivery. Regardless of which party you choose to contact, a representative should be able to provide you with additional information. Please keep in mind though that you’ll want to have your Customer Service PIN number handy if the order was placed through one of our stores (or your BestBuy.com order number if the order was placed online) on top of your ROS order number.

TS3276 Internet Mail Delivery Problem
I have been getting "Internet Delivery Problem" on my email since midnight last night. All my email is coming through, accompanied by the above message, and all messages are going out. I don't see how to fix this. Any suggestions? I am on iCloud and went to Connection Doctor, and it said everything was fine!
Seems to not be system-wide. My husbands .mac account is behaving just fine.
Just curious, did anyone having problems also lose service a while back? If I understood what happened correctly, Apple had one big server center go down and I lost email for a couple of days but my husband didn't. So he's located on a different server than mine. Everyone seems randomly assigned since the outage was world-wide, and just those routed out of this one location lost service. Took them a while to acknowledge the issue, since it wasn't everyone. Curious if this is affecting the same people? -

We have a problem in TPVS. Eventhough there is sufficient stock, delivery generations is not done, inspite giving message "delivery quantity is not fully available".
Can any one help in this?
Is this the problem with timing of the activities in R3 and APO.

You should take care of the following:
1). The order confirmation in R/3 should go and reduce the open stock on hand. And the manual orders should only be placed on the open stock available after subtracting all the open orders. Otherwise, once the order is confirmed in R/3, if there is a gap in running TP/VS, the deliveries are created on the depleted stock. This will not allow the creation of deliveries as the availability check will fail.
2). Check the material availability date and delivery date. If you can see the confirmed quantity corresponding to a line item in the schedule line, the delivery date minus the material availability date should be sufficient to transport the stock. Otherwise you need to maintain costs in such a way that late delivery costs are less than non delivery costs.
3). Check if the partial delivery case is allowed or not.

Delivery problem in downpayment
Hi SAP Gurus,
I have configured everything for downpayment request.
Item category TAO, it.ct. group 0005,and everything I have configured.I am also getting the downpayment invoice FAZ.I have laso configured the billing plan.Everything is correct.
But when I want to create a delivery for this order, delivery is not creating.While PGI it is showing error. So how for this sales order and material (which for down payment request), I will create the delivery.

First of all, please understand that this is a voluntary forum, and no one is obliged to give you a reply though the problem is important or urgent for you.
Can you tell which error message prevents you from creating the delivery? That is the most important information that is missing! Do remember to give the full error message number (e.g. VL 123) and message text.

STO Delivery problem with VL10B.

Cash sales and rush order --immediate delivery problem

Need some help!
Well this is a very basic questions and could not get answers quite well from anywhere.
In CASH SALES & RUSH ORDER ...i am not getting "immediate delivery" during saving. This is happening to me for the first time ...........
I have done all the basic config as as usual required , as follows,
a. order type RO/CS
b. shipping conditions immediately
c. immediate delivery X
d. lead time in days not to be specified
e. delivery type LF/BV
f. billing type F2/BV
Is there are a problem somewhere OR i am missing something.

Are you getting the message that when you save the cash sales order / rush order created by you that sales order / rush order xxxxx is saved delivery not created
If so kindly check your order that whether shipping point is getting determined at item level?
Normally for shipping pt determination we take shipping conditions from Sold to party, then delivering plant and loading group
But for cash sale shipping conditions is maintained in sales doc type not in Sold to party
If shipping conditions is maintained in sales doc type and customer master of Sold to party then sales doc type has the preference
So for that shipping conditions is maintained in sales doc type and delivering plant and loading group for this combination have you maintained shipping point in OVL2
Hope all the other settings mentioned by the other friends are in place mainly immediate delivery X in sales doc type
Are you sure that you have stocks check the schedule lines because in standard cash sale doesnot undergo availability check but availability check happens for rush order

Picking and delivery problem problem
i need picking document for configuring picking step by step
i m getting a strane problem that i can not process any document in Vl02n screen
wen i m puting any document no its telling corrected deliveries can not be changed
below is the error report

Message no. VL136
Diagnosis
The delivery entered is a corrected delivery for the reconciliation
of the cumulative quantity in a scheduling agreement. It cannot be changed directly.
Procedure
You can only display the delivery.
For the further reconciliation you can enter more corrected deliveries while processing the scheduling agreement.

I am in realization phase in project. In SD we are doing Make To Order scenario.
While doing sales return I am getting problem in delivery.
After save the return order while doing delivery order quantity not copy to delivery document. I enter quantity manually that time shows this error only zero NOS material

Packing materials in delivery problem

I m creating handling units with BAPI_HU_CREATE and then packing them with BAPI_HU_PACK. But the problem is the items that i pack dont go away from my lower table in delivery, they remain available for packing.
My objective is to programmatically do the following
1. Create handling units
2. Pack items in the delivery in the handling units

To pack items in handling unit linked to a delivery, you can use FM WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2.
Here is an example of the call of FM:

Dear all,
we have a problem in the email delivery from Mailman 2.6 List Server to Exchange 2010 SP3 CU7,
related to the encoding name of the Message Subject.
The error we receive is the following:
#550 5.6.0 CAT.InvalidContent.Exception: InvalidCharsetException, Character set name (iso8859-7) is invalid or not installed.;
cannot handle content of message with InternalId
First of all, we can notice that given an encoding name as 'iso-8859-X', it is transformed by the Mailman to 'iso8859-X' (without the first dash).
Our previous Exchange version ( Exchange 2003) didn't have any problem with this, but now,
Microsoft Exchange 2010 doesn't like the form of the encoding name without the dash,
and bounces the emails from Mailman.
The strange is that other email systems like Gmail, Yahoo accept the transformed encoding name.
Any help would be appreciated.

Base on my search, I found a similar issue which was caused by the antivirus software in exchange server.
I recommend you try to disable all the antivirus services and check if any helps.

Ims 5.2 patch2 local delivery problem when internet link is down
Hello, I have a ims 5.2 p2 server configured for direct LDAP and Symantec gateway 3.0.0.
I don't know why my server is unable to deliver local emails to exiting LDAP users when my internet connection is down. I have as bellow two channels tcp_scan for routing incoming emails to symantec port 2525 and tcp_noscan for the way back my server port 2500. Seems like my local emails don't get to the tcp_scan channel for some reasons, or they are stuck there.
I also have a smart host confgured in my tcp_local channel, and you may say it explains my problem, Not true, because if I remove the configuration needed for symantec and recompile ( cnbuild, restart dispatcher) , local delivery works OK even without internet. hereis the log line for an example:

After disconnecting the WAN link, I query via nslookup for the mx record AAA.ORG and get the right result as inet01.test.AAA.org as mail exchanger and corresponding IP address. I have created a primary zone AAA.ORG and defined an MX record inet01.ro.undp.org Under it I have the RO subdomain and the A record of inet01.ro.undp.org
At first I thought it may be the problem that by disconnecting the cable the LAN interface goes down and therefore the IP cannot be resolved. Then I have associated the A record of the mx exchanger with 127.0.0.1.
Still my MX cannot be resolved apparently by the ims5.2 server!!!

Delivery problems with Apple Store mailing address

I just sent the following letter to Apple; I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem (missing mailing address lines) ?
Dear Apple,
I'd like to point out a potential problem in Apple Store mailing addresses.
During the past two years, I have now witnessed three (3) separate occasions, where the shipping address I give in my Apple Store order does not correctly end up in the actual mailing label.
The most recent case was today, when I (by sheer luck) received my Logic Pro 7.2 upgrade. The address I originally gave in my order was like this:
John Doe
My Home Street 123
MyCompany Ltd.
Helsinki, 00440
Finland
The first line is my name, the second line the street address, the third line my company, and the last line city and zip code.
However, the address that was in the envelope goes like this:
John Doe
MyCompany Ltd.
Helsinki, 00440
Finland
So the problem is, that the street address never made it to the mailing label. The envelope came addressed to me and my company; no street address at all. Fortunately the local post office knew where to find us.
I've seen this happen at least two times before, and it's always either the company name or the street address that's missing. They are not only missing from the mailing label in the envelope, they are also missing from the actual Apple Delivery Note that's inside the package. So it seems, that somewhere in your mailing process (at least for Finland) one of the address lines simply gets deleted.
I haven't (yet) lost anything valuable, but I'm getting really uncertain if I have the courage to order anything more valuable from your web store.
I hope you can fix this A.S.A.P. (or at least remove the extra address line from the order form, so that users won't put any crucial information into it).

Sale Order to Delivery Problem
Hey Folks
I have created an order for 50 Units of Material A, and after the avilability check, when i check in the schedule line 40 Units of Material A is confirmed on 16/12/2008, and another 10 units of Material A is confirmed on 26/12/2008. But when i create a delivery for the same order, i can pick the completle 50 Units on 16/12/2008 itself. And after the PGI i have created the billing document on 16/12/2008.
How can it be possible to create a delivery for 50 Units on 16/12/2008. Pleae advise

It is not possible to create single delivery when the material have two schedulelines(i.e the material has got conformed in two different dates).So please check once again conformed schedulelines in the sales order.
You can able to create single delivery for two schedulelines only when they are have same conformed date.
If all the settings are correct it may related to Bug,take help of ABAP people to fix the issue.

When you create outbound delivery with reference to a SO for first material, it is delivered...and when you create outbound delivery for second material, system generates a message...NO SCHEDULE LINE DELIVERY UP TO SELECTED DATE.....what should be done...please let me know

Your issue accured Because of there is no conformed schedulelines for that date which you are trying to create delivery.
Go to VA02, then go to the scheduleline data of the second material there you find the scheduleline conformed date.
Now you go to VL01N enter the conformed date(Same date as scheduleline conformed date) in the selection date field then execute the transaction.
