Deploy Internet Sales B2B/B2C Web- Application for CRM 5.0

Dear all,
We upgraded to CRM 5.0. Because of the CRM 5.0, we had to use the SAP Developerstudio (Eclipse) and the new J2EE Engine.
I deployed the B2C shop application, but i get a confusing error message, if i try to visit the login page.
Error [javax.servlet.ServletException: Initialization of Extended Configuration Management failed.
Could not initialize XCM configuration in Database.
Check if you have deployed the Software Component 'SAP JAVA DATA DICTIONARY 5.0'].
Exception id: [0013CE89C2FB00750000005700005870000429479003B101]
If i try to access the admin page ".../b2c/admin", i get a page without the menu entries. No XCM Link, No Version info, and so on. If i try to access the XCM manuelly "...b2c/admin/xcm/init.do", then a get again the error above.
Someone can help, where i can find the "SAP JAVA DATA DICTIONARY" and what i have to do for the deployment?

Error while deploying Internet Sales B2B Web- Application for CRM 7.0

Hi,
I am getting the an error when I invoke the below urls. I am working on ISA application.
http://localhost:port/xxx/b2b/init.do
http://localhost:port/xxx/admin/xcm//init.do
The code was build successfully without any errors.
Error:
Application error occurred during request processing.
Details: Error [javax.servlet.ServletException: Initialization of Extended Configuration Management failed.
Could not initialize XCM configuration in Database.
Check if you have deployed the Software Component 'SAP JAVA DATA DICTIONARY 5.0'].

Hi,
It seems that you have not deploy Java Dictionary Component. It is required component on machine where you want to deploy ISA. It stores your XCM related setting and value.
First deploy SAPCRMDICxxxxxxx.SCA file then define default application scenario in your /b2b/admin/xcm/init.do. Restart your B2B application and then trr to access it.
If you are trying to access custom ISA application you have to set application scenario for it. /b2bxxx/admin/xcm/init.do
First deploy SAPCRMDIC component SCA file you can get it from Service market place or you can ask your SAP Basis person.

Browser based InfoPath form deployed on a Claims based Web Application calling a Secure Web Service via Data Connection

We have a Browser based InfoPath Form deployed on a Claims based Web Application. We are tyring to call WCF Services that are secure using Certificates via the Data Connections on Infopath Form.
Earlier we used to get the Data in BCS External List via the WCF Services and the Data Connections used to get the Data from the BCS External List. Due to Performance Issues, we want to remove the BCS External List and straightaway call the secure WCF Services
via the Data Connections.
Have anyone implemented this scenario.

Hi Ram,
As these are browser based InfoPath forms, you have two options
1) Deploy as sandboxed forms
In this case you have to create a secure store application id and then set the credentials for that account.
You then have to export the data connection to Data connections library and modify the .udcx file to utilize the newly created secure store application id.
This may sometime give issues related to sandboxed code service. You have to give permissions on the secure store for the user account which the sandboxed code service is running.
2) Deploy as administrator approved forms
This would be ideal way of doing things as you have full control over the web request if you write code behind InfoPath forms.
3) Deploy as a Hybrid solution
a) Write a full trust proxy solutions (extend SPProxyOperation class and override execute method) and make the web request call inside this and return the response
b) Invoke above operation from the sandboxed InfoPath form's code behind by SPUtility.RegisteredProxyOperation(four part assembly name, operation args)

CRM Internet Sales B2B connectivity woth SAP SRM using OCI

Dear all,
we are trying to connect a CRM Internet Sales B2B with a apartner's SAP SRM procurement process. Reading several forum and articles I found that the url to be used by the SRM part is :
http://orestes:50000/b2b/b2b/init.do?shop=b2b%20shop&forward=ocireceive&OKCODE=ADDI&TARGET=_top&FORCETARGET=yes&CALLER=CTLG&~HOOK_URL=
when however hitting this URL we get a system error :
The requested forward ocireceive is not defined on the action com.sap.isa.isacore.action.b2b.StartApplicationAction.
Any ideas?
do we need to setup anything else in CRM e-commerce in order for this to work??

You may also need Xerces XML parser http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-j/.
you can find a class called DynamicInvoker.java under \axis-1_4\samples\client and read the "readme: file in the same folder for classpath / other info..
We had a similar requirement and were able to succesfully invoke the WS.
U can use this class in your jsp to invoke any webservice by its URL, Function name and parameters.

Navigation between different componets in IC Web Client for CRM 7.0

Once the user click save button in component ICCMP_BT_BUTTON I need to navigate to component ICCMP_BT_SVO that displays the Service Order Data and display the new Service Request that was created.
How can I do navigation between different componets in IC Web Client for CRM 7.0?

You can find detailed presentations in the learning maps available on the SAP Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com/rkt-crm for release CRM 2006s, CRM 2007, or CRM 7.0. In case I didn't mention it before, Intent-Driven Interaction (IDI) was first introduced and is only available starting with CRM 2006s and above. In the Interaction Center area, there is a presentation called "Rule Based Automation and Guidance" which covers IDI. Hi Wein,
To change Look and Feel for Web shop is depends on scenario of eCommerce application i.e. B2B or B2C. B2B has different structure than B2C.
Web Channel application comes in SAP standard with SAP look and Feel. You have to change look and feel as per client requirement.
To change look and feel of Both B2B/B2C scenario you have to deal with files like CSS, JSP, Properties, XLF and some time you have to add your custom JAVA, JSP, CSS, Properties files etc...
To change standard SAP logo youhave to make change in CSS files. Also you have to consider Browser type while changing look and feel because to display your B2B/B2C application correctly in different browser you have to make changes in different CSS.
You will get better idea with example how to change look and feel in "Dev & Ext. Guide" for Web Shop. You will get this from Service Market place.

INTERNET SALES B2B E-COMMERCE FOR SAP

Hi All:
I want to implement the latest Internet sales component into our R/3 version 4.7 landscape. I keep getting conflicting information from my SAP contacts on what the correct components are. I have been instructed to download SAP E-COMMERCE 5.0 FOR SAP, E-COMMERCE W.SAP ERP - V1.600, INTERNET SALES APPLICATION FOR ERP... I cannot seem to validate what the correct component is that I should implement. I've seen posts on this website that refer to each so that has done little to help steer me in the right direction. I do not want to implement CRM. I only want to implement the latest version of the Internet Sales component that is compatible with R/3 4.7. Can you tell me the correct component to download and the path in the software download center where I can locate it?
Can you also give me an idea of what configuration is required on the R/3 side? For example, I know the Product Catalog is required to provide content. Likewise, there is configuration for Online Stores. Is that relevant for this component or is that intended for a different type of Internet Sales landscape?

We are trying to install a central instance of the E-Commerce 5.0 for R/3 solution on a 32-bit Windows 2003 server, running on top of SQL 2005 32-bit Standard Edition. The Netweaver 7.0 Kit has an installation for IA-64 and X-64 but does not appear to have a 32-bit installation. Did you install the E-Commerce 5.0 component on a 32-bit Windows server? If so, on what DVD did you find the 32-bit Netweaver components for a centralized E-Commerce 5.0 installation?
Can you also provide me with a link to the installation guide that explains what to install and how to install to a 32-bit Windows machine?

Creating Sales Order using Web Dynpro for java

I am new to Web Dynpro for java. I have developed an application for creating a sales order using adaptive RFC Model using BAPI. It's working fine when i create a single order. I wanna create SO with more than one line item. I have used the Table UI Element to do so. But i could not able to enter the 2nd item details. Please suggest me how to pass more than one line item from the Table UI element.

If the BAPI Contains Output values in R/3 side.
I mean to say if BAPI contains 4 line items.u can get thru wdjava the followinf way.
1. Create webdynpro application.
2.Import the model.
3.Create Customcontroller and model binding .
4. Write the execute method in controller.

Technically yes, you can. You have to create a customer application scenario using corresponding SAP Application scenario that is based on the R/3 Internet Sales scenario. You can use one of the following scenarios:

<li>r3standardpi - Standard scenario with Plug-In
<li>r3ocistandardpi - OCI catalog and plug-in
<li>r3standardtrex - with TREX catalog
<li>r3standardpitrex - with TREX and plug-in

Internet sales R/3 -- Web shop creation

Dear friends,
I am creating a new web shop in internet sales web shop maintenance portal. Also I have created a product catalog in R/3 & assigned the same in the new web shop. Product catalog is replicated to trex server through ISA_CATALOG_REPLICATION program.
Now when I try to log in to the new web shop , system gives a message "variant language does not match, the shop you are using is maintained inconsistently.
I have checked the variant, language & it is correct. I am unable to figure out what is wrong.
Can you let me know what is wrong here.

Hi Sharan,
in R/3 internet sales you have languages maintained on 3 places:
(1) in the definition of the catalog variant
(2) in the webshop admin
(3) the language that you use to call the webshop (in the URL).
Those need to be all the same.

I tried the following tutorial step by step for development and dployment :

At the time of deployment in OC4J I was supposed to get and do following things :
(a) The application WAR file will be deployed to OC4J. Wait for the text Deployment Finished in the Message log.
(b) In the Deployment messages, copy the text on the line following: Use the following context root(s) to test your web application(s)
(c) Paste the url into a browser. Append a forward slash, and add /browseDepartments.do to the end of the url. Press enter to run the application.
BUT I am getting no "Deployment Finished" message. I am getting following messages :

Hi I am a web designer at beginners stage with web
devlopment. I am seeking guidance on how to develop a customized
interactive web application so that the end user can change color
and patterns of apparel on vector images such as teamsports
uniforms and tshirts. Once the design is customized to their liking
they can save it with all of the spec information in a file to
there desktop or to a database to send to the manufacturer.
Also looking for a possible way to use a CMS so I can upload
templates of the garment easily for the end user to customize
