I see a few people receiving this from best buy for pre ordering advanced warfare. I received a pre order as a gift how can I take advantage of the blacksmith shaders? Do you need a receipt number or something. Thanks

It's my understanding that Blacksmith Shader redemption codes should have been sent to all eligible customers as of yesterday morning. If you still haven't received yours though, then you'll want to send a message to our Gaming-BBY inbox that contains the following information:

• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)

Destiny - $10 Reward Certificate for Pre-order and Purchase

So as the title states, according to BB's promotion,anyone that pre-orders the Destiny game and purchases it, gets a $10 reward certificate.
I was one of the lucky few that actually pre-ordered the Destiny Limited Edition and did not have it get cancelled due to limited suppy. Regardless, why doesn't the Destiny Limited Edition have the special offer for the $10 reward certificate for pre-order and purchase? I am hoping this is just an oversite.

I wanted to jump in and reiterate what enuf has said. The $10 Reward Certificate bonus should be credited to your My Best Buy account within 20 days after you receive your copy of Destiny, whether it be picked up in-store or shipped to you. If for any reason you don’t see the points after this time has elapsed, please create a post letting us know and we’ll be more than happy to help out.

Missing $10 certificate for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare pre-order

Also haven't received Dragon Age Inquisition yet, but it has yet to be 20 days. I miss having a separate rewards site to keep track of all this as it was much easier than the present format. The way orders and point searching is integrated is not very clear.

As enuf was kind enough (get it?) to point out, Dragon Age: Inquisition is not a My Best Buy Gamers Club Get $10 title. However, I can confirm that the 500 bonus points for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has posted to your account. Generally, those points will show along with your original transaction in your account profile.

I was able to place an order for the new 3DS XL MM Edition via bestbuy.com. My order shows processing so all seems well. My question is in regards to when this will ship? I usually use amazon.com for online preorders as they are shipped so that they arrive on release day. Is this the same with bestbuy.com? If not, would it be possible to switch to in-store pickup so that I can get the item on release day? Thanks.

Slipknots All Hope Is Gone album not avaliable for pre order in Australia

I have recently gone onto the iTunes store to pre order the new Slipknot album All Hope Is Gone. I was dissapointed to find that it was not avaliable for pre order in the Australian iTunes store. I doubt anyone here will know before such time as Apple posts it on the iTunes Store, should that occur. Apple is often unable to negotiate rights to pre-release content on all countries, so it may well not be avaiable for pre-purchase.
As to ordering from the US iTunes Store, no, you can't, not unless you have a US credit card (issued in the US and with a billing address there).

Am I Paying for Pre-order + Songs that were Already Included in Pre-order?

I pre-ordered an album (hollywood undead day of the dead deluxe edition) but when I tried to download the songs they released prior to the album release date such as live forever and disease it wouldn't let me kept giving me an error so I pressed on the $1.29 for the song and was then able to download but it is a seperate charge for these 2 from my pre-order so the question is am I paying $13.99 for pre-order and the $2.58 for the other songs? It may not be much but i'm in college and every cent counts!

How will I receive Iphone 6 on Sept 19 for pre-order at the store or delivery

To echo the above users, you can pre-order the iPhone 6/6+ on Sept 12 at 12:01am PST. I'm assuming it's PST because that's the time zone for Cupertino (Apple headquarters).
I know a few years back when I pre-ordered the iPhone 4, pre-order date was Feb 2, I received my phone Feb 5 at my friend's home*, and it wasn't available in stores for retail until Feb 10, so there is always a possibility that you will receive your phone BEFORE Sept 19th if you pre-order on the 12th, however that isn't a guarantee.
If you do not pre-order the iPhone 6/6+, it will be available in stores with limited quantity on Sept 19th.
* You do not necessarily have to have it delivered to the billing address of the account; you can have it delivered anywhere you'd like. I'm not sure if you can have it shipped to store for pick-up; that doesn't seem likely. Pre-order packages are shipped free and must be signed for in order to be received (for security purposes).

Presently, it appears that this title is only available for pre-order with ship to home. That being said, this would not be able to be pre-ordered in store, or online for store pickup. Alice: Madness Returns NOT available for pre-order?

My local Best Buy doesn't have Alice: Madness Returns available for pre-order. So I checked online, and it's not available online for pre-order either, for any of the consoles or PC. Do you intend to sell the game in your stores or even offer a pre-order for it?

If you still have this issue, please respond back since it's been several days. On bestbuy.com there is an icon to check local stores for the inventory. Worse case, you can always contact your local store to see when they might be getting it on the self. Some items do not display as in inventory due to returns/displays/glitches and they MAY have it in stock.

Destiny the Taken King pre-order issue

I've brought destiny a while back and I brought the two add on packs well the season pass well they am bringing out the taken king and when I try to pre order it it says not available for purchase even though my friends Ave the only difference is u bought the season pass they brought the two add ons separately any ideas

This issue has been reported to the Store team who are investigating the problem. In the mean time we have discovered a workaround that will allow you to pre-order the Taken King expansion for Destiny.
Please note in order to pre-order the Taken King stand alone expansion (without previous expansions) you must own both The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions or the Destiny season pass.
To pre-order the Taken King DLC first search for the Dark Below expansion or click here. As you already own this content there should be a purchase button with a price of £0.00.
Select the purchase button and confirm (as long as the price is still £0.00).
Complete the same process for the House of Wolves DLC
Again make sure the price is £0.00 before confirming the purchase.
Go to the Taken King product page and you should have the option to pre-order.

Missing DLC for Call of Duty Advance Warfare

I bought Call of Duty Advance Warfare today but did not get the free DLC, the rep asked my email for the DLC but when it rang up it showed 4.99 for the DLC . I was not sure what the 4.99 charge was but appears that it was for the free DLC.

I pre ordered destiny a while back and have lost the receipt. How would I get it again before release?

I can only imagine how excited you must be for the launch of this game! It looks incredible and I think Bungie may have topped themselves with this one. Obviously, you are going to want to have your receipt handy when you pick it up, so I would be glad to help!
I was able to locate your pre-order receipt info and have requested that it be emailed to you. However, just to cover all the bases, I will also send you a Private Message with the Customer Service Pin as well, in case you want to get a reprint at the store if that email doesn’t come through. Make sure that you also check your spam/junk mail folders for the email in case it gets directed there.
You can check your Private Messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
