Determine what documents system is looking a when calculating the Sales Val

One of the dealers is subject to Static Credit Limit Check. understand that system is going to look at the total value o open orders, deliveries, and billing docs. However, I am no sure the way SAP treats returns/credit memos. It seems to m that the SAP is taking the value of credit memos int consideration, which is actually reducing the total amount o the Sales/Credit Value. That makes sense to me. However, i does not occure to me that SAP is doing the same thing to th returns that invovle physical goods movement. We have return out there still open, but the amount is not being calculate against the Credit Value.
My question is: is this the Standard SAP behavior? If so, what' rationale behind, taking credit memo, but not actual return into account when it checks credit limit?

After the Returns either we can do subsequent delivery free of charge (normally for replacing the damaged goods) or issue a Credit memo (Credit for Returns). To reflect the returns value in the accounts, we have to create the billing document - Credit for Returns and release the values to accounting. Please check whether it is created or not.

PDF: Unable to print a document as PDF from APEX when using the BI Publishe

From an APEX application, I am unable to print a document in a PDF format when using the Oracle BI Publisher.\
Here is the configuration:
1) Server A is W2K3 and hosts the Oracle BI Publisher server, with IP address ip01.
2) Server B is a OEL5.2 and hosts the database server of the APEX application, with IP address ip02.
3) Machine C is a W7 desktop from which through an URL both the APEX applicationn and the BI server are accessed, with IP address ip03.
4) The APEX application is configured with the following to use the Oracle BI Publisher:
- Printer server: Advanced (requires Oracle BI Publisher)
- Printer server protocol: HTTP
- Printer server host address: ip01
- Printer server port: 9704
- Printer server script: /xmlpserver/convert
- Network services are enabled (at least I did get any warning/error message)
From C, I access the the APEX application through its URL, if I try to download a page by selecting PDF in the download section of the interative report section for that page, I am unable to open if and get the error:
<file>. pdf file can not be opened because the file type is not supported or because it is damaged (because, for example as an e-mail attachment is not sent and correctly decoded)
Yet, still from C, I am able to open any other PDF document.
The same way, still from C, acessing the APEX application through its URL, I have a query report defined with a PDF output format. Then, when I test the report (Test Report in the Report query) for that query, I get the error:
ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified.
At first sight this could be a wong entry in the priinter configuration for APEX. But with this address, through the URL I can log in to the Oracle BI Publisher server.
Does someone has an idea what the problem could be?

How are you trying to print to pdf?
Don't go via PostScript or Acrobat Distiller, which are old deprecated technology.
You use:
Menu > File > Print > PDF (button bottom left) > Save as PDF…

Inserting Pricing condition in Sales order when saving the sales order

Dear ABAPers,
My customers requirement is when saving the sales order new pricing condition has to be updated in the line item.for this i am using the User Exit 'USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE' ( MV45AFZZ).While saving the Sales order i am calculating the Price and updating in the Pricing conditions.
In XKOMV internal table i am appending the pricing condition.But the problem is ,it is not calculating the taxes and it is Updating in VBAK and VBAP.
How to do this.

Error getting when saving the sales document in third party sales order

in third party sales order,when i am saving the sales order i am gettingthe following error
subsequent function 'purchase requistion from sales document' not possible due to credit block.earlier i have maintained credit checks for some customers,but for this customer i have not maintained any credit check. i dont know why system is blocking for this customer also.pls help me where i went wrong.

Please go to FD32, check any default risk category and credit limit is maintained for the customer.
Also check OB45, any default risk category & credit limit is maintained for the credit control area.
Also, which order type u r creating sales order? for that order type, Goto VOV8, remove the credit grp and credit check settings.
Also goto XD02, check in sales area data, billing tab, credit control area field, please remove that also.

Billing Plan Billing Block Change when saving the sales order

Dear Gurus,
We have SD Integrated with PS. We create the sales orders and pull the billing plans milestones from WBS.
Once we generate the billing plans, system will propose the billing block for all the line items of the milestones which normally comes from the billing plan configuration/item category.
Would like to know the appropriate userexit to change the Billing block to "XX" if some of the requirements are not met when we create or change the sales document.
Below is what i am able to see but seems to be not helpfull.. please guide..

Condition value getting changed when open the Sales order in VA02

Hi Experts,
i have creating Sales order manually in VA01, and for first line item of sale order, i have assigned value in custom field of additional tab B, to populate Condition value for condition type ZK01 and checked in VA02, VA03 same Condition value is there for condition type ZK01.
And created delivery document and billing document for newly created Salesorder.
When i have open the Sales order in VA02, then i am getting changed Condition value for conidition type ZK01 in bothe header and first line item and in VA03 there is no change in value.
Kindly let me know the user exit or any related programs to this issue.Thanks in Advance.

Problem in when creating the sales order

Hi to All,
I am using the function module 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2' to create a sales order with quotation reference. When
I executing the program the return table shows following issues
1.Document 20000292 doesn't have document category but
2.Sales document was not changed
But , when i used to create the sales order manually( TC : VA01) with reference of '0020000292' it gives the sales order number.
so,kindly suggest me.

While using BAPI, you need to give some mandatory fields . So I think document catogary is missing in header structure.

Ps assembly processing:WBS have not be created when saving the sales order

In the ps assembly processing, I want to generate a network when I create a sales order. So I did the following steps:
1-Use the TCODE cj91 to create a standard WBS "E-000007.1".
2-Use the TCODE cn01 to create a standard network "10000000" and assign the standard WBS "E-000007.1" to it.
3-Use the TCODE cn08 to config the Network Parameters from Sales Order like below:
Material number : 600000-000000-0009
Order Type      : Z301
Std network     : 10000000
Class Type      : 020
Network Profile : Z0001
MRP Controller : 001
Std WBS element : E-000007.1
4-Use the TCODE va01 to create a sales order and add an item with the material "600000-000000-0009" and save.
    When the SAP R/3 System is saving the sales order, a WBS ought to be created u2013 based on the assignment of the standard network to the standard project.But I could not found the WBS.I thought I have do all of steps and could not found the reason.
   So I need the experts give me some useful advice and reference to resolve the problem.Thank you.

Maintain strategy group in material master MRP tab....
If problem still persist then check is there any credit block to that customer...if it is release it in VKM3....
Once you release it will create automatically.

What filename is Bootcamp looking for when it searches for Windows installer?

I purchased a download file of Windows 7 Home Premium x64 which when downloaded has the filename X15-65733.iso. When opened it provides a diskimage called GRMCHPXFRER_EN_DVD on which are the files and folders for the Windows 7 installation:

setup.exe

upgrade
However the Bootcamp Assistant does not recognize the X15-65733.iso or the GRMCHPXFRER_EN_DVD disk image as the Windows installer. Do I have to rename one of these to something that the Bootcamp Assistant is looking for?

In my Movies list, what order are movies sorted in when viewing the 'Unwatched' tab in grid view? Because it sure isn't 'by title' like I have selected. What gives?

So, turingtest2 has it exactly right... Unwatched movies view is sorted by Album Artist. So here's a nice little fix for that... you can go through and manually copy the Name of the movie into the Album Artist field, but if you have a lot of movies in this category, it will be tedious. A better option, is to go to www.dougscripts.com, and download the This Tag, That Tag applet. You can find a link here. You can then select ALL of your unwatched movies, run the applet, and elect to copy the movie Name into the Album Artist field. Boom! And since Doug has done such an awesome job of saving you a bunch of time and effort, throw him a little donation.
