Did not recieve the social app update on nokia n8

Hello, I read that the social app update has been updated to versione 1.2 including linking contacts to facebook.
It's a US phone
I'm stuck on 1.1.264
I have 011.012 software version 2010-09-18.
Custom Version 011.012.269.03 2010-09-23.
Language set 011.012.31.01
Product code 059D0V2.
Any advice on how to upgrade to 1.2? I tried through ovi suite or through the phone and it says everything is up to date!

After reading your post I launched the social app and it said it was automatically updated to version 1.2.157.
If yours doesn't auto update then you could try manually updating by launching social, goto options and press Update service.
By the way I'm in England so maybe the update hasn't reached the states yet.

I'm not sure what "Mail Update for Mac OS X 10.5.6" is. Mac OS X 10.5.6 is Leopard, a system that is quite old at this point. There have not been any Mail updates for Leopard in quite some time. If you are trying to install some old Mail update for Mac OS X 10.5.6 in Mavericks, that won't work.
If you are trying to install the Mavericks Mail update manually, that's not necessary if you have updated through the App Store. If the App Store shows no updates, you don't need this. (The error message doesn't make sense, and may indicate some other problem with your system, assuming that you were downloading this update from Apple's site.)
I'd advise you to start a new topic in the Mavericks forum and describe the problems you are having with Mail. Be sure to include specifics, but try to avoid speculating on causes, as responses that may be related to an inaccurate assumption on your part can cloud the issue.

and after that i check in my WLC that shows
AP with Base Radio MAC xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx (APxxxx.xxxx.xxxx) is unable to associate.
The reulatory domain configured on it '-e' does not match the controller's country
code: USA
i found that the problem about the region.
question :
1. is it possible to change the region in AIRLAP 1242 or in WLC?
2. if possible how to change it?

Sometimes, you can add a rescue email to your Apple ID. This is good in the event that you forget your password, as it will send that email to both your primary email address and your rescue email address. I would recommend checking your other email addresses first, and if you don't find anything, give Apple a call and have them walk you through the process of resetting it, just to make sure you've got your bases covered.

You most likely did not receive the usual receipt because it was one of those authorization charges. It happens time to time, and should drop off your card. But go ahead and check with iTS just to make sure.

Probably because it hasn't been pushed to that phone yet. You can do it manually (should be a thread on here with a link) or wait for verizon to push it to the other phone.

Anyone know how to get this app back from Apple? Loading the Nike app from the app store is not the same thing as you need gps running continually for it to work (as with an iphone). If you go to Settings do you see an entry for the Nike app? There is no way to delete or hide that app?
Have you tired using the Spotlight search? Maybe you just can't find it.
Next would be to restore a gain. First from backup then next to factory settings/new iPod.
