Dimmed images are not dimmed after saved as PDF.. please help!
Hi,
After dimming multiple images in AI, they are dimmed in the program but once i preview the pdf I saved of the .ai file, the images are not dimmed. What am i missing?

Dim is an Illustrator layer options attribute, that does not tranfer over to the .pdf. You will have to either group all in the layer and set transparency to you dim percentage, or draw a white rectangle and fill that with a percentage of white.

Images are not loading onto icloud from PC, please help!
On MAC, I am having no problems accessing iCloud for contacts, calendar, etc.... that have been loaded onto iCloud from PC but I am not able to access any images on the iCloud that have been loaded from PC. I am able to access photos on the iCloud/PC that have been loaded from the MAC. All settings are good and correct on PC, photos are set up to upload to iCloud from "Uploads" folder but nothing is happening.... please help!!
I have set up my PC and posted images into my iCloud Upload folder. My AppleTV does not find any images. The AppleTV does find all of my music. I think this is the same problem as the OP, only for a different iCloud Device. How can I review (on the web) the photostream images that are stored in iCloud?

GO TO IMG, SD, BF, OUTPUT CONTROL, OUTPUT TYPES, SELECT UR OUTPUT TYPE, GO TO DETAILS ICON AND ASSIGN THE VALUE "ISSUE OUTPUT IMMEDIATELY SAVING THE APPLICATION" FROM DROP DOWN DOWN LIST IN THE DEFAULT VALUES
AND ASSIGN THE RELEVENT PRINTER TO USER ID IN SU01 AND IN CONDITION RECORDS

You should be able to go > App Store > App store (menu) > store > view my account > sign in. Where do you vary after following this point. In between ID summary and Settings should be a section marked iTunes in the cloud and directly below but within that section, the message we are seeking.

Images are not shown after deploying in apps
After deploying my application in apps i have put all my images in media folder even then the images are not displaying, can any tell me what is the reason for this, but when i have deployed before it was working fine...
when the page is displayed without the image, right click on the image place holder and click on properties. Under General tab,
address will show you the place/url page is looking for the image. Make sure you have put the image on that path and the name of image mathes the case as well.

SAP Webdispatcher :Images are not displayed after using the URL filtering

I have installed the SAP webdispatcher 7.3 on Linux redhat 5.4 in front of the Portal 7.3.
I wanted to restrict the access just for the IRJ prefix so for this i used the parameter wdisp/permission_table = PermFile
with Permfile as follows:

The filtering is working well except that for IRJ the images are not displayed so i was using so i added the following line to disply the images to the logon page
icm/HTTP/auth_

but i still have the same issue for the irj page where no icons are displayed and i can do nothing.
The same issue also happened when using the icm/HTTP/auth_xx
Do you have an idea how to deal with this issue?

After checking the HTTP code of the irj page on IE, i foud the needed URL to permit so i modified the permision table and it works fine for the moement

OLE images are not getting transfered to the pdf format
After executing the oracle report file 6i and while sending the report file directly from the report screen to the microsoft outlook mail by clicking the mail option from the report, the OLE Images are NOT getting converted to the mail attachment. Rest of the data is getting converted fine.

iPhone 5 was updated (version unknown), and now screen shows 'Connect to iTunes. When we try to do this, we get message 'iTunes could not contact the iPhone software update server because you are not connected to the internet'.

ThanksYes, the reason you are getting the error is the phone cannot provide internet for the laptop and then update itself. It would lose connection as you erase the firmware and try to update. You need to connect the computer to the Internet in some other fashion before you connect the phone to try and fix the update problem. As Ocean20 says, and I completely agree, how would you think you could use the Internet connection of a device that is not only going to turn off and on, but is going to get completely wiped of firmware and restored? It would completely remove the device from the equation here. Does that make sense to you?

Approvers are not displaying after Saving the SC and re opening SRM 7.0 PCW

We have implemented PCW SRM7.0 SC workflow, where we have implemented to ES - /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS & /SAPSRM/BD_WF_AGENTS ....
When we are saving any SC and re opening it further then it is not determining any approvers. when I debugged then found that Agents badi implementations are not getting triggered n Due to it no agents are showing up..
Can any one suggest any inputs on this.

Thank you for the comments. The problem was a erratic logic in a Z level of approval.
Here is what I done:
My requirement was to validate the total value of each line item of the SC and trigger a second step of approval if it exceeded a predefined amount. As you mentioned, the standard BRF's only consider total value of the SC and not the value per line item. I copied the Badi implementation of RR_MANAGER_OF_MANAGER as well since we needed the approver to be the manager of the previous approver level and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP I worked up the logic we needed. For the first level of approver additionally of the mentioned method i had to re-write the method get_responsible_approvers of a Z class ZCL_WF_AREA_MANAGER (Copy of /SAPSRM/CL_WF_AREA_MANAGER) to get the approver information of the ECC system and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP i split the area of responsibility according to the account assignment ( so it was 1 badi implementation for each level of approval).

OA_MEDIA images are not displayed after importing VO
My requirement is to add a custom check box to MES Operator page. In the process I extended CO, VO successfully and the check box functionality is working fine. But we found out that some images (coming from $OA_MEDIA) are not displayed. There are two image columns in the page. Images in one column are displayed while images in other aren't. Also what I have observed is, missing images are displayed until I run the VO import on server.
Any help would be appreciated.

Photo/Images will not save in address book. Please help
I am on a macbook 13 aluminum running 10.5.8 and when I try to add an image to a contact in my address book it does not work. I can select one or drag one onto the image icon and it will show the crop image box, but when I click SET, it does not work. Once set is pushed it just closes the image box and returns to the contacts information with no image on the card. HOWEVER it DOES work on my own owner contact card (either using the built in camera or dragging an image - the one with the little person next to it. Please help.
ALSO, does anyone have any suggestion on the best method to have attached images of business cards associated with the contact? Obviously once I get these images working in the first place. Thank youI solved this problem with these directions, although not specified for my problem, moving the address book folder out of the application data worked.

After fixing the filesystem issues, which you say you’ve already done, try re-creating the Address Book files that may have become corrupt, one at a time, as follows — or restore them from a backup if you have one:
1. Quit Address Book, Mail, and any other applications that might use Address Book for something. Or just quit all applications to be on the safe side.
2. In the Finder, go to ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/. Make a backup copy of this folder, e.g. by dragging it to the Desktop while holding the Option (Alt) key down. This is where all your contacts are stored.
3. Go to ~/Library/Preferences/. Move com.apple.AddressBook.plist and com.apple.AddressBook.abd.plist (if it exists) out of there (e.g. to the Desktop). Check whether the problem is fixed.
4. If Address Book keeps crashing, go to ~/Library/Caches/ and move the Address Book and com.apple.AddressBook folders to the Trash (there is no need to empty the Trash yet). Check whether the problem is fixed.
5. If Address Book keeps crashing, go to ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/ and trash any ABPerson.skIndex files you may see there. Check whether the problem is fixed.
6. If Address Book keeps crashing, try again trashing both AddressBook.data and any ABPerson.skIndex files that may have been re-created, then rename AddressBook.data.previous to AddressBook.data.
7. If Address Book keeps crashing, try moving the entire AddressBook folder out of ~/Library/Application Support/.
The above procedure may introduce synchronization issues if you use .Mac or iSync to synchronize your Address Book with other computers or devices, so be sure to back up your Address Book data now if the problem is fixed.
Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user’s home folder. You can easily locate any of the folders referred to in this post by copying the folder path here, doing Go > Go to Folder in the Finder, and pasting the folder path there.

When I send a text message from my iPhone response only comes back to my iPhone . If I send from iPad, response only comes back to iPad. Whichever I used last is where response comes. Responses are not coming to both anymore!
On both devices when you go to settings>messages>send and recieve how are poeple contacting you on each device?. e.g. email or mobile number.
