Discontinued my creative cloud membership, and installed Acrobat XI, but when I try to open it, I get a message saying I must renew creative cloud. This is a self standing program. What do I do?

Discontinued my creative cloud membership, uninstalled Acrobat XI, and installed a brand new, purchased version Acrobat XI, but when I try to open it, I get a message saying I must renew creative cloud. This is a free standing program, and it IS installed. What do I do?

You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat
