Per day 10 Numbers of Payments are made, For that i need to take printout daily with row details...
By default SAP Print out also not executing row level datas, i dont why or any other procedure to enable row level datas..

What's the best way to record the bank fees for incoming and outgoing payments? Can it be done directly in the payment, or can it only be done as a manual journal entry?

Thanks for your response. I tried doing as you suggested. In Bank Transfer I reduced the Total amount by the sum of the bank charge ($20), and then I selected the bank expense account in G/L Account under Cash, and entered the sum $20. Now the Overall Amount equals the amount of the invoice being paid.
However as I entered the bank charges account I got the following message:
A cash account is required. Choosing a different account may cause inaccuracies in the cash flow report
Can you tell me if I can ignore this?

Selection of Distribution Rule in Incoming and Outgoing Payment

There is an option of selecting the distribution rule in Incoming and Outgoing Payment having transaction of Account type but the requirement is of having the selection of distribution rule having transaction of Customer and Vendor (Invoice wise and Payment on Account)

What is the purpose for distribution rules in Outstanding invoice list in incoming payment? I try to attach the analysis there and post incoming payment but it will not appear in Journal entries which defeat the main purpose.
The problem face by customer is that they had many outlets and finance department in HQ needs to monitor daily collection from each outlets.
The desired outcome by customer is:
Dr Bank [profit center=Outlet A]   XXX
Cr     Customer                                   XXX
Eventually print out reports in XLR as
                                 Outlet A     Outlet B    Outlet C
Bank                          XXX            XXX          XXX

Does anyone the know the the relationship between AR invoice and Outgoing payment? because I would like to print the report in specific date range. For example, today is 02 July 2009. I want to print "AR invoice as at 31 Mar 2009", by using SQL. It seems like date back.

Hi Samson,
Even i haven't done much r n d bout this but what i came to know is that, there might be a scenario where you may want to make a payment to your customer. In this case we can use the Outgoing payment for the same. The system doesnt stop you from doin so. I have seen this in SAP B1 2005B, PL34.

Problem with the voice volume between incoming and outgoing calls

Hi all.
I have a situation with volume calls.
1.- When the calls are originated in the PSTN to the IP Phones, the volume is ok in both sites.
2.- When the calls is originated in the IP Phones to the PSTN, the person in the PSTN listens very low.
I try to adjust the volume in the voice-port configuration, increasing the input and output db value, but not if I am doing it well or if I need adjust the configuration in other part.
The router 2801 have a CCME ver 4, this router is connected to PBX with a E1 and the PBX have the PSTN Digital trunks.
this is the voice router configuration:

Try using a negative value in the output attenuation setting. My understanding is that negative values in the the output attenuation increases the volume out to the PSTN. Make small adjustments as you increase the chance for echo. Positive values decrease the volume.

Distribution rules in Incoming payment and Outgoing payment

Hi,
Did anyone know the purpose of having distribution rules in all the outstanding invoices in both Incoming and Outgoing payment.
I try to attach the distribution rules to specific invoice and post incoming payment but it did not appear in the bank journal entry row.
I also try to attach profit center in AR Invoice row but after posting and do Incoming payment, the distribution rules also never show for that particular invoice.
Really wonder how the distribution rule works?

From the SAP help, you can know what is the use of this rule.
Defining Distribution Rules
Use
For cost accounting, this setting is mandatory.
Use this procedure to define distribution rules to distribute amounts between different profit centers.
Prerequisites
You have defined profit centers.
Note: If you delete a distribution rule for one profit center (100%) this does not automatically delete the profit center.
You can also look up this key word to find more info. For examle, you can find SAP note 1236348 to see if it fits you.

Hub, calls, press and hold date at top, then tap delete.
Phone, settings, call summary, tap icon at bottom middle to reset call timer.

What are the incoming and outgoing settings to set up freeserve email accounts on ipad2

I have an Ipad 2 and am trying to set up email from an old Freeserve account in the UK, I have set this up and can receieve emails but cant send emails.

After many, many, frustrating hours trying to set this up on my Dad's iPad, I think I have found a solution. Thought I'd share it in case anyone else was still perservering with a freeserve email address.
It basically involved
- setting up a pop3 account (Settings/Mail,Contacts, Calendars/Add account/Other/Add mail account) with pop.orangehome.co.uk and smtp.orangehome.co.uk as the incoming and outgoing settings
- letting it try to 'verify' those settings (which will probably fail)
- if asked 'Do you want to try without SSL' (or similar), click no
- Dismiss the window which says something like 'this account may not be able to send or receive emails' and save the settings as they are.
- Go back into the account you have just set up and there should be some more settings to fiddle with - 'SMTP' and 'Advanced'.
- In 'Advanced', switch 'Use SSL' to off and change the Server port to 110, then go back to the previous screen
- Click on SMTP. It will probably show the primary server as smtp.orangehome.co.uk. After fiddling around with the settings for ages I decided to see what would happen if I used a different smtp server. I had previously set up a gmail account, so I tried smtp.gmail.com. For the record, this already had my email address as the user name, my gmail password, SSL on, Authenticaion as password and port as 587. Low and behold - it worked. I'm no expert but I assume this just means it is using the gmail 'route' to send an email rather than the freeserve/orange/EE route.
If you haven't got a gmail account to use, it might be worth setting one up just for this purpose.

Sometimes and this is network dependant if they suspect the phone to be lost or stolen as in this case with change of Sim card and provider then the origonal network can and some will block the phone untill you have rang them and proven it's not the case or if you have bough this 2nd hand then the origonal seller may have stopped paying the contract bill and thus the phone is blocked

I have friends all over Europe, does it matter what number they use to call me? Nope! All incoming calls are free for me.
The only time you ever have to worry about which number is if you get charged for incoming domestic/international calls.
You can tag their number (work/home/iphone) and that may show on the CallerID accordingly.
It should show, John Doe
underneath, work/home/mobile

Clear the receiver
The iPhone receiver won't work properly if it's blocked or dirty. Here's where the receiver is:

- Check the receiver opening to see if it's blocked or dirty. If necessary, clean the receiver opening with a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush.

I was able to solve this by deleting all "Envelop Index*"- and "ExternalUpdates*"-files in ~/Library/Mail/v2/MailData. After that I restarted Mail and let it reindex all mailboxes.

Your question is confusing because ongoing and outgoing servers have nothing to do with getting Wi-Fi.
But if you changed your email provider you can use the Settings app to delete your old email account and add your new one.
To delete your old email account
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > tap on your old email account > scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on ?delete Account
To add your new account
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add New Account
