Displaying Jobs Status and Logs without using SM37

Hello All,
First of all, thanks a lot for your time.
We're being asked by the Audit Team to remove tcode SM37 from our Job Roles. Although I agree with them that users should not have "change" or broad display access for the tcode, some of them need to check other user's Jobs status, as well as their Job Logs (which I have managed to restrict using auth. object S_BTCH_JOB).
My question is: do you know if there's any alternative way or a transaction different than SM37 to display other user's Jobs status and Job Logs?
We're providing SMX for user's own jobs, but I have not been able to find an alternative way than using a restricted version of SM37 for displaying other people's Jobs status and Job Logs.

You can either create your own monitor locally ( see transaction RZ20) or develop it on your own (see FM BP_JOB_STATUS_GET).
If you want to use SM37 then you can add SHOW to S_BTCH_JOB but this might be problematic in combination with RELE (of their own jobs).

Thanks! That is a very good question you post. My boss asked me that and I am assuming that he is having issues with using wifi wherever he is at. My boss is the kind of person that when he asks something you look into it and ask him no questions...he's the only one asking questions! It charges via its USB socket, so you can't use the Xtra's power supply.

It works as a flash dri've, so appears as a dri've letter in Windows Explorer.

checking if the html page contains the string you are looking for.
you might want to print $totalstrng
and see what you need to look for.
usign XMLHttp
or XML object as mentioned by JRV might be easier and faster way.

Web-browser only display Summary Status and no menu for configing

Guys,
I have 4 Cisco Aironet 1140. I open a web browser IE 8 and type their address "http://<ip address>". Then I enter my username and password in the browser and successfully login to the access point.
But, There is something strange, why I only see Summary status of my access point after the login process success??? I can't config anything...
I add a new username and use highest privilage, but the result still the same. Same unusual web display, only displaying summary status of the access point, I can't config ssid, vlan, etc.
Here's my configuration:

Hi George, today we solved the problem. With adding this command: "config(terminal)#ip http authentication local" all of 5 access points now able to managed via web browser.
Sometimes, we can use access point's web browser without adding this command. But in my cases, only using command of"ip http server" isn't enough. You must add "ip http authentication local" command to your configuration. I dont know why.
And we must have at least one: username <username> privil 15 pass <password> that is full privileged user to use as username and password logon in your access point browser. Otherwise we can't logon to our access point.

Im using Payroll layout timecard. Along with the employee name and hours, I need to display the following:
1. After employee name I should display his job title (which should pull automatically from his assignment screen)
2. I should display my Costing KFF (only two segments to display out of 6 segments we use).
