Do I have to pay again to redownload lost purchased songs?

Something happened on my laptop where all my playlists disappeared along with all songs I've purchased from I-tunes over the last 3 years. I've found this list on I-tunes, but will I have to pay for them all again if I re-download them?

Depends on the app. If you have to create some sort of account within that app, theoretically signing in with the same account on the Mac version may have your data. No one would know here for sure unless they have experience with that app.

What languase does the book's description page in the store say that it's in ? If it says that it's in English then try deleting it from the bookshelf in the iBooks app and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app.
If it redownloads in the wrong language then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the book's description page says that it's in the language that it's downloaded in then purchases are considered final, but you can try the above 'report a problem' link or Contact site to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you

How are you trying to re-download it, from within the store or the Purchased link ? You should be able to redownload it for free via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.

If the app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad, then you can download it to any iPhone or iPad that the Apple ID used to purchase it is signed onto.
You can go to the App Store on the iPad, then to your Purchased Items. Click on "Not on this iPad", and you should see the app listed with a little cloud next to it. Tap on the cloud to download it.

Hi when restoring data ( tv show ) do I have to pay again. The data has not backed up to my PC , I think it has backed up to Icoud. When I click on the Icloud icon it tells me to enter my password followed by having to click the buy button. It I click the buy button will I have to pay for something that I have already paid for?

You shouldn't. Open the App Store, login with the Apple ID and password used to purchase Lion and press your Options/Alt key. Then click on Purchases at the top of the windows. Your purchases should show up and Lion should have maybe a Resume or Install button to click on.

Why would you update to CS6 when you can go directly to CC. And while you wouldn't pay another upgrade amount you would have to pay the monthly subscription whether you upgrade to CS6 or not.
And you shouldn't have problems saving your files in a form that is readable by CS6. You wouldn't be able to make further adjustments on items that are not in CS6 ie. Shake reduction, however the adjustments you make in CC will be visible.
