I synched CDs to ipod but no artwork appeared. Do I have to set up credit card details in store before I can do this ?
No. If the artwork that is embedded into the tracks or was added to the album in iTunes does not sync over to the classic, it might be corrupt or the artwork database on your iPod is. The only way to correct the later is to restore the iPod.
Did iTunes retrieve the artwork for your tracks or did you copy it paste it from the web?

How did you create the account ? Unless you followed, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

i review it... but it leads me to the account setting... which gives me only 2 options visa, or mastercard,
i think there used to be a none option... but its not there anymore,

While creating an account from my iPad there is no option for selecting none in the payment options. It states I have to give my credit card details. What's the procedure to open a free account?
It's in the article. You must first sign-out your current account, then go to App store to purchase a Free App. It will ask you to either Sign in or create a new AppleID. That's when you start creating a new AppleaID and NONE will be available as a payment option.

I tried to download a free app.It was keep telling that I had to verify my credit card.In the end they charged me 1,98eur! Do you know why?

This is the official answer from Apple.
"When you update your billing information (in this case when you filed your credit card), the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your credit card to verify your account information. You might see this authorization request on your online statement.
Don't worry, this is not an actual charge, it is simply a test to confirm that your credit card account is active and has credit available to accommodate transactions."

I've tried over at least 30 over times to purchase ingame gold but when I hit the confirm button, it says unable to purchase and ask me to contact www.apple.com/support/ww. I also check several times on my credit details too . Really no idea what to do now =\

I have tried to re-install iTunes 11.0.3 at least 6 times.
I have also downloaded iTunes 11.0.3 at least 5 times.
I have changed my Apple ID password.
I have downloaded (again, I've done that many times) iTunes 11.0.3, then I switched off the iMac, then restarted the wi-fi modem. Switched on the iMac, loaded iTunes, same problem.
I tried to just switch off the wi-fi, did the same as point above, same problem.
Even tried to change the system date to 2038, this only seemed (although I doubt it) to fix the "not responding" issue which I had this morning.
The Apple ID password issue, where it asks me for the password loads and loads of times (probably 50 times or more), one after the other has been happening for about 3 days now.
Here is a copy of my message problem:
iTunes Problem, can't seem to find a solution online.
I am running OS X 10.8.3 on an iMac, have just loaded iTunes 11.0.3 a few days ago.
Firstly, I'd open iTunes and it would immediately say it was not responding, I'd have to force quit, try again, re-boot, try again etc. I tried re-installing iTunes, changing password, everything to no avail, then changed my date to 2038, and voila it started responding (no, don't ask me, I just read in online and was desperate enough to try it). Of course, I don't believe that this actually helped, I would like to know what did help or if there is something specific one needs to do to fix this.
I have not been able to get rid of this problem: Whenever I try to make a purchase it asks for my Apple ID password, dozens of times until I give up and press cancel, cancel, cancel.
Why does it do this? I don't want to purchase anything because I can't keep typing in my password again and again. I'm not exaggerating.
As I mentioned, I have tried to re-install iTunes, about 6 times, and I changed my password. I still get the same problem.
Also, my iTunes still looks like the classical iTunes and doesn't have the new interface.
Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix it, or does anyone know what the problem is? Please help. Because I wanted to purchase apps on my iPad after I have only used my credit card detail on my iPhone, I was requested to also enter some security code.
