Do we get charged every time we have to update our apple app games?

Updates never have an additional charge associated with them. App Upgrades do. An upgrade would be going from a free version to the full paid version and there would be a charge for that. When apps are updated, new feature, new interface, etc. - there is no charge for that.

Is the same true for using the App Store with a desktop machine? Someone installed a program on my machine (the IT department) and I would like to install the updates but it was installed under a different Apple ID. This anyone know how to change, or work around this particular issue?
Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

IDs are not renewed, so perhaps if you explained in detail exactly what it is you're talking about, someone could provide some insight.

HT1918 why does my app credit card billing information change every time I have an update on my phone? then it won't let me correct it

Ok when I install an app, even a free one, it always asks for my log in then takes me to the app. Never have problems with this unless my phone has an update, as soon as I install an update, my billing information get's messed up so it won't allow me to download or update apps. I've gone in to correct the billing information, which was only the security code from the back of my card, and it will not accept the changes. How do I fix this?

It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

How do I get my I touch to control Apple Tv? I have my Iphone controlling it, but every time I have to use a different app it has to be completely reset to function again.

My Itouch says that home sharing is not available when I try to use it to control my Apple TV. Home Sharing is turned on in my Itunes advanced settings and my iphone works to control it (until I open another app). Also, my Apple TV seems to lose connection from my library from time to time. I appreciate any help that may be offered.

Is your account signed in on the iPhone (Settings > Store) ? If not then tap on the id that is logged in and then log in with your account. But if those apps were downloaded via the account that is currently appearing, then only that account will be able to download updates to those apps.

Every time I try to update my apple tv, i get the error message at the end that says Update not successful, try again...
I am using it on a cable off my router and works perfectly. IE streams Netflix just fine etc.

If you are using Ethernet, try with wifi.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
    1.    Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
    2.    Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
    3.    Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
    4.    Open iTunes.
    5.    Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.

Reset your iPad by holding the home and on/off buttons together for 6 or 7 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then update your apps one at a time. Do not start the next app until the current one downloads and finishes installing.
