Document is not showing up group currency in the GL line item display

Could you please advice me as to why document is not showing up the group currency in the line item disply, when all other document posted to that GL are showing it.

Asset No. of the scrapped asset not appearing in the GL Line item display

Hi Friends,
As a part of the year end process the users have written of some of the assets thru T Code "ABAVN" - Asset Scrapping without revenue. The losses arising were posted to the particular GL Account as was defined in the config. However, when viewing the GL line item display we are not able to see the Asset No. against each of the line representing the loss arising from the scrapping of the asset. We tried changing the layout but still the asset no. does not get populated in the Asset column. Would need the help of freinds as to how can we change the settings so that against line item in GL we are able to see the Asset No. as well.

Haven't tried it before but perhaps you could try using asset no. sort keys in the 'retirement loss' gl account.
Think the asset no. appears only on the asset cost and acc.depreciation line items ie. offsetting accounts don't have such.

FCTR calculations not showing in Group currency after SPRUNConversion

Hi,
We are working on legal consolidation. We are following a two step process, in the first step the LC is getting converted into Reporting Curencies and the FCTR differences are being calculated and stored in defined FCTR accounts through script logic.
In the second step we are converting the Reporting currencies into a Group Currency using SPRUNconversion. After this step all the RC's are getting into GC except the FCTR accounts. We have checked the properties of these accounts (Ratetype etc) and they are all properly set. The values of FCTR in reporting currencies are also getting deleted. Any help on why this is happening.

Hi Abhinav,
Its not mandatory to follow a two step process, we are doing so because of clients requirement.
Usually the standard currencies you want to use for reporting are marked as 'R'. To use a Group currency define a group in your currency dimension and mark that currency_type as 'G' and give it a currency (usually one of the reporting currencies).
You can then run SPRUNConversion with the third parameter (currency) blank and run it once again with the Groups name that you defined as GC. This will show your LC values in reporting currencies and Group currencies.

Customer balance confirmation does not equal to customer line item display

Hi All
When I run F.17 transaction (program SAPF130D) the totals don't equal to "customer line item display" program (FBL5N) totals.
When I run it for a specific customer and company code, I can see that some items from the customer line item display are missing. These are regular items (invoices) like other documents that appear in the balance confirmation.
The selection parameters are the same and the date is equal - I run the report as of today.
Can anyone advice please?

The problem was because of a customer hierarchy issue. Some of the invoices were issued to different sold to but with the same payer.
It can be displayed also in the balance confirmation. I just need to mark the two check boxes:
"Head offices and branches" and "check alternative head offices". Excellent.
Now I have another problem, that in this case, this issue is mentioned in the output: "Dear customer, in this balance confirmation we added the next branches...etc."
Can this remark be eliminated from the output?

Difference is not showing in foreign currency diff. a/c

I am stuck up at this point :-
Entered one invoice for $ 1500 @40.08 & received payment of the same amount but at different rate i.e. 39.40.
The difference of this entry should go to Loss from foreign currency A/c
But it is not showing in the A/c.
What are the settings that are need to be checked.
Please guide me on this.

Select Maintain
Put ur Chart of Accounts:
In this Screen
Select New entries or the present one
Input all mentioned fields (If the invoice and the payment receive in the same currency)
Chart of Accounts:
G/L Account: (Recon Account of ur Customer/Vendor Account)
Currency: Blank or the specific Currency
Loss: (Mention loss GL Account - should of an P&L type)
Gain: (Mention loss GL Account - should of an P&L type)
Save it.
Now try to post the payment doc. for the FC invoice. IT SHOULD WORK NOW
Provide Points if Satisfied

Documents do not show up on iCloud.

My documents will not show up on iCloud. I am just trying to upload documents from my Macbook to iCloud, nothing that resembles science fiction or that requires a PhD in computer science.. I have done everything that the help section/faq's tell me to do, still nothing shows up on iCloud. I am new to Mac but this doesn't seem to be any different than Windows... Any suggestions? Appraisal document header not showing up in the Portal

when I look at the appraisal document in Portal ESS MSS (using WD4A application Appraisal Document) the header of the appraisal document does not show up (in PHAP_ADMIN it does).
how can I show the appraisal document header in the Portal?

It is hard to exactly understand what you have done or not by you one sentence description. My thought is have you read in the Pages User Guide? Here is what it says about updating a chart in Pages:
Updating a Chart Copied from a Numbers Document
If you’ve created a chart in Numbers, you can copy it and paste it into your Pages document. After it’s been pasted into Pages, the chart remains linked to the data tables it references in Numbers. To change the chart data, open the original Numbers document and edit the data there, save the Numbers document, and then refresh the chart data in Pages.To update a chart after you’ve updated its linked Numbers table:
Select the chart on the page and click the Refresh button that appears.
Note: You must save the Numbers document before copying and pasting your chart into your Pages document and after editing the Numbers data tables that the chart references.

I need to find the table where the group currency of the company is saved, liked T001 for local currency (field WAERS).
I only found the structure (RFCU4), not the table.
Any idea?

Group Currency is maintained at Client level which can not be specific to company. Table where client informations are stored is T000

Some Devices are not showing up at all in the Discovery reports

Hi all,
The first time I ran the CS device discovery I got 50 reachable devices. I scheduled the Device Discovery to be run every week. I added more subnets to the discovery but unfortunately the last discovery shows only 31 devices from the first discovered devices (50). I checked the DCR and there is only 44 devices out of the 50!
My question is:
Should not the scheduled Device Discovery discovers all devices -the previously discovered ones and the new ones-?
Why the rest of the devices are not showing up at all in the discovery reports (neither reachable nor unreachable) although all of them are pingable and responding to the snmpwalk tool from the CWLMS server.

I ran the discovery again with the same settings after enabling debugging and I checked the following log files:
1. in the ngdiscovery.log I found a lot of errors all about Duplicate IpAddress example:

My Question is:
1. what is the meaning of those output exactly?
2. If CWLMS found duplicatedd IP address how it works in terms of (ignoring, updating existing devices, Adding the new devices, ... etc)

Why does ios 7 calendar does not show events 2 years in the future?
I've entered the events more than twice and it all shows up in the OSX calendar but not on my iphone.

Just tested it works even 3 years ahead.
Tap Calendars (bottom, middle) is All iCloud selected (tick mark)?

Photos from cameras or scans have only one layer (the 'background' layer).
You can start with that 'background' layer and duplicate it or add other layers in the editing process. For instance you can make a selection of a subject and put it on another layer; a common use is to desaturate the 'background' and to keep the color in the selected subject in your newly created layer.
