Does any one understand why Sherlock's movie page quit working?`

After 4 years of uninterrupted, reliable performance, Sherlock suddenly
quit providing useful movie time/place information of any sort, based
on its use of MovieFone, about 2 months ago. I have called AppleCare
now 4 times, and most of the folks I spoke to there never even heard of
Sherlock, which is some reflection of their tenure with Apple, nor had they
any clue who to ask. Despite my quiet persistence, all I got was either
Know-Nothing answers or angry remonstrances at my inquiry--in short,
no one knew anything at all useful. Then, being a member of .Mac, I turned
to them and emailed them the same question. After two weeks of waiting
and several attempts without response, I am turning to this forum to see
if there is anyone who knows a real answer. Please help.

Sherlock doesn't get the hype from years ago. But it still works. For me at least. Try this:
Quit Sherlock if running.
Open your Home/Library/Caches/Sherlock/WebFoundation folder. Command-A (select all) and Command-Delete or drag them all to the Trash. Since they are just cached files new ones will be created as you use Sherlock.
Open Sherlock and try it again.
