Does anybody have any experience on generating SSH key in Labview?

I'm developing a tool in Labview and this tool needs to generate SSH key then copy them out. I don't see a function in Labview that can generate SSH key pairs. I've tried external programs puttygen.exe and ssh-keygen. None of them are ideal solutions. Because puttygen needs mouse and button press interactions (user interface) and ssh-keygen needs cygwin installation.
Does anyone have any better ideas?

I have another question:
I used ssh-keygen with System Exec.vi. The code works fine on my XP machine. But it doesn't work on windows 7 enterprise machine. It seems that windows 7 has different security settings. But I tried to use different location for the working directory for System Exec.vi and it still wouldn't work.
I've attached a snapshot of my code here. I even tried to just have ssh-keygen in the command line and it didn't work either.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Does anybody have any experience with keyloggers and a good program to detect one on your mac? I think I may have one.

So yesterday I found out that my email address password had been changed. I don't remember doing this, but it is possible I changed it a while back and considering I keep my email constantly logged in. But at the same time, two of my apps were trying to access their "store". I play a game called League of Legends, which has an online store, and it randomly came up with the message "Could not connect to Maestro" (credit card). Then, Itunes (which I rarely use) came up with "sorry, we could not continue with your purchase". I think it's very strange that all of this happened at the same time, but hopefully it's a case of a forgotten password and two games bugging/crashing. I scanned my entire computer with iantivirus and it hasn't found anything, but I've heard keyloggers can be a bit hard to detect. Does anybody have any experience with keyloggers and if so, what program did you use to detect and destroy it?

If you think that a keylogger has been installed the only safe thing you can do is erase your drive and reinstall.

Miriam, on the contrary, it's got a pretty bad rep. And much of what it does can be done with free maintenance and app cleaning programs like Applejack, Onyx or AppCleaner (which need to be used judiciously.)
There's a mix of opinion -- some of it, seemingly, staged -- on this thread. Check out my posts there. Allan Eckert, from personal experience, thinks it's "dangerous," and I've seen that reported from others, too. If you look around elsewhere, you'll find a lot of negative reports.

What I most object to, besides the cost for something that can, pretty much, be found in other, free programs, and its alleged "dangerousness" (this I can't personally attest to, since I've never gone near it and never will) is its highly duplicitous, "Trojan-like" advertising.
I don't know anything about Mac-Reviews.net, but I wouldn't put it past this business to have planted a phony review or that this is a completely phony site dedicated to advertising this garbage. It comes up as unknown in WOT. Everything they touch smells.

Does anybody have any experience integrating a tumblr account with iWeb?

I was thinking about using tumblr as a way of establishing a more mobile blog solution, and integrating it as seamlessly as possible with my iweb site. I'm not a fan of the iframe solution, as it just personally seems sort of inelegant. (no offense if you like it, it just doesn't work for me design-wise!) I played with just using the RSS feed widget, but it seems like that gives up all control over formatting. Has anybody played around with this much?

I have never used it...I find jEdit to be valuable to me...mainly for the syntax highlighting..
My first 2 yrs' coding was spent with "notepad" and or "vi" (text editors) and command line javac...
I am of two minds as to whether to recommend this approach for everyone...I feel closer to the code I write in a notepad...but often times I missed things like "boolian" instead of "boolean" ... things that syntax highlighting assist you with... and unclosed brackets...which when you use an editor like jEdit (or I imagine jPad pro) you can catch easier, due to the auto-indentation.. Searching for these bugs teaches you little other than to be careful while typing :-)
I still run "javac" from the command line ... I think jEdit has a way for me to call it from the GUI..but I've never used it.
If it feels right to you..it is not wrong...the only thing I will NEVER use is a code-writing abomination... some people (even advanced users, and I will not say that they are pansies) use them.. In anything but expert hands, they are catastrophically dangerous.
The risk for code-writing IDEs is that you didn't write it, and there is an extra (un-needeed) level of abstraction from the code, one more level of complexity, that is a blockade to truly understanding the code and improving/maintaining it....

The button on the side that turns my phone to silent does not work and niether does the up volume button. I have tried restarting my phone, I did a soft reset, I checked all my settings, but nothing has worked. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have an iPhone 4 and recently started to have some problems. First, the button on the side of my phone, that puts the phone on silent is not working. I can move the switch, but my phone stays in silent. However, If I plug my headphones in, Then I can hear everything like I am supposed too. Also, my up volume button does not work. This is with the headphones also.
I have tried doing a soft reset, I reset all of my settings, I updated my software, I restored everything back to factory settings, and nothing has fixed it. I bought it from best buy and can send it in for service, but the last time I sent a phone in, it took them 3 months! and I really don't want to go without my phone that long.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sounds like it either believes that there are headphones plugged in, or the switch is broken.
Why in the world would you take it to Best Buy for service? Take it to an Apple Store. They can replace it on the spot if it's defective.

Does anybody have any advice about updating your book description once the book is live?

I made a careless spelling mistake while filling out the metadata for my children’s ebook. Obviously I quickly changed it and resubmitted my “package”. That was four days ago and the spelling mistake is still there in the book description for all the world to see. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to push this through? It really should only be a 30 second fix yet has turned into a complete nightmare. Please help. Thanks.

The description is one of the metadata fields that you cannot update yourself. You need to contact Apple and ask them to make the change for you. Quote the title, Apple ID, and ISBN of the book, and added description of the exact change needed, or complete replacement text for the description.

Why does it matter if it a scam????? I'll let you figure that out by yourself. If I'm going to replace it, why should I be contempt with a battery that I have to replace within months (as stated by some people in the comments). The issue here is not if I should or not replace it OBVIOUSLY I'm going to have to before it starts going crazy. The underlying issue is why is the replacement battery for a lack of better words " a bit crap." It comes with a 3 month guarantee?? Is that a joke?!??!?! Some people complained it malfunction after only 8- 9 months? I'm sorry but as an Apple fan I think it's absolutely rubbish. I know there is no magic cure I'm just hoping someone shines the light on how crappy this replacement is.

There seems to be a problem, just now, with the USB 3 ports on the new MBP's supporting eternal USB 3 drives. Some people have no luck at all - can't even recognize the drive - and some are reporting USB 2 speeds (those who drives are recognized). I'd call a dealer such as LaCie or OWC to see if they have USB 3 drives that actually work with MBP's with USB 3 ports. You may have to wait for a software/firmware update.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Could also be not enough free space for the iPad to operate efficiently. With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free. For a 16 GB device that is 2.4-3.2 GB free. For a 32 GB device that is 4.8-6.4 GB free. For a 64 GB device that is 9.6-12.8 GB free.
If neither of these suggestions helps, Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

You will continue to hear different opinions here, where thoughts range everywhere between "anti-virus software is the evil spawn of Satan" to "anyone not running anti-virus software is a fool."
Truth is, this is still a very personal decision on a Mac. Depending on circumstances, it is still very easily possible to stay safe without using anti-virus software, but circumstances and personal preferences vary widely. Besides which, anti-virus software cannot even remotely provide you a guarantee of protection!

I don't know where you heard that statement but it's completely incorrect.
According to Apple:
Use Your iPad Regularly
For proper reporting of the battery’s state of charge, be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
Elsewhere, Apple elaborates and explains that two half-discharges (or four quarter-discharges, etc.) equals one full discharge.
