You are welcome to try but it was not tested. Also from my understanding printer drivers have changed again in Windows 8 so it is unlikely you will be able to get the Adobe PDF printer to function. Acrobat 10 and Acrobat 11 do function properly with Windows 8. If you end up running into installation difficulties then you will likely want to consider upgrading to Acrobat 11.

Does anybody know whether Finereader Express works with OS 10.9?

I need to get an OCR programme and Finereader Express seems to fir the bill, however I am unsure whether it will work with OS 10.9. Does anybody know?

Well, i sent back my iMac with the fusion drive and i going to order an iMac with flash storage. What i can say is that : with my older iMac (2008) the Scarlett is working fine under Mavericks and Logic pro X. So i had a doubt concerning USB 3 or Fusion Drive. Here the answer ot the Focusrite technical staff if it can help :

Unfortunately, users of Focusrite, RME, Apogee etc are all experiencing issues with the Fusion Drive. We apologise for this and are working with Apple to reach a resolution.
Both Scarlett and Saffire Pro are compatible with Mavericks, bar for the Fusion Drive issue which we have become recently aware of.

Hey guys, I have a mac but I need to do some presentations for school and they only have windows there. Do you know if there's some way to make it work on windows? Or maybe to connect a 13" 2012 macbook pro to a smartboard?

Keynote application will not work on Windows, its available for Mac and iOS; (for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch).
You can create a Keynote show on the Mac, export it as a Powerpoint file and run that file on Windows.
You can connect Mac computers, iPad, iPhone, and iPod to video projectors, TV, and computer displays.
Mac can connect to Smartboard displays and there is Smartbook software available.

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

Just create a new AppleID for your work.
As Allan suggested, items purchased on one iTunes account cannot be moved to the other account.
However, you can put items purchased on on account onto the other iPhone.

If you activated Find My Mac before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if it is connected to the Internet by Wi-Fi. What you cannot do is track your computer using a serial number or other identifying number. You cannot expect Apple or anyone else to find your computer for you. If your Mac is found it cannot be returned to you if you don’t have the serial number and proof of purchase.

Who made the monitor? Is it even Apple?
If you have the right connections, try swapping out the monitor with your PeeCee monitor and see if the problems stays or goes. But does sound like a monitor issue. But then, hard to know what you mean by shadow...
