Does anyone have a problem with speaker phone on their Iphone

I notice when I am in the car and if I don't use my jawbone. And I go right to the speakerphone I cannot hear the person, I have to put the phone almost up to my ear in order to hear them. I know when I had the razor it was loud and clear.

I have had the same problem, however, I find if I cup my hand down by the base of the iphone (where the mike and speaker are) the speaker phone is louder. With the speaker in this location you need to have some method of obtaining a "bounce" for the sound back up to your ear. However, I do not believe it is as clear, nor as loud as it should be.

This is my third attempt at posting on the forums. I hope it works this time.
Hello to everyone.
I have a Sattelite L455D. I got it last November. It was included in tuition for my online classes at Dawn Career Institute.
Last weekend the computer got a virus. toshiba did recovery and it was fine but yesterday it got another virus and they had to do recovery again.
The virus is the type that try to get yiour passwords and credit card info. The Norton Security also found a tracking cookie that they fot rid off. I don't know if that is the same thing.
The computer is fine now but the security thing said it blocked an attempt to attack my computer.
Does anyone else have a problem with viruses? I would like to know what is causing it.
I am not going on any sites that would cause a problem. I know not to open spam email if I get it.
I don't go on any sites that I have not gone on on a Public computer at the library or someone else's house.
The main sites I use are the school site, my Comcast email, Facebook and Youtube.
I took all of my applications off of Facebook. I play Cityville with some friends and family but alot of people play that though.
I had my resume on Careerbuilder but had to take it down because of getting alot of email about scam jobs. Could it have come from that?
I really would like to know what is causing this. I am very carefull on the computer. I am being extra carefull now.
My Security trail ends in a month and I am afraid the virus will keep getting back on after that. I don't have the money to pay for it myslef right now untill I am done school in August.
This is the first time I have ever had a home computer and I like having one because it is easy to do my schoolwork but I am getting tired of having to do recovery becuse of getting a virus.
Any ideas or sugesstions would be appreciated.

Just so you know MSE real time detection isn't that good. It sometimes allows malware to get onto your system. If MSE does allow malware onto your system it may be able to clean it during a scan. They have to be uninstalled when your done or they might confilct with your antivirus programs realtime detection and cause slowdowns, etc. Gmer is free and is used to scan and clean the system of rootkits. There are also some utilities you can use to help see what might unexpectedly be running on the system: Task Manager, System Configuration utility, and the System Information utility are built into your OS. Process Explorer, HighJackThis, ShellExview are also free programs. CCleaner is free and it helps to rid the system of temporary files, cookies, and useless registry entries.
Use Windows Update and the Java Control Panel to make sure your system has the latest patches, and Java version and update Adobe reader. The Java Control panel allows you to delete temporary Java files.
MS has been using Active X and JAVA script for years and the software has always been exploited by malware through email, attachments, web pages and links.

Does anyone have a problem with the ipad air screen?

I bought an ipad air last week and the left edge of the screen was darker than the other side. It was obvious so I just returned it and bought a new one since the store didn't have the same style in storage. I bought another one from another retailer, and just found the same problem, but not as serious as the former one. So I just took it back to the store the next day and exchange another one. Unfortunately, the third one had the same problem at the up-left corner of the screen. I admit that I am picky, but I think I pay this amount of money so I deserve perfect screen. If the brightness of the two sides is different, I dont think it is a product of good quality.
Just want know if anyone else have the same problem with me. Or you just can bear the small diffrence of display. BTW, in China, it is reported spreadly that the ipad air screen has a problem. They even generalize the serial number for problematic ipad air.

Yep. Many quality control problems. The new mini has fewer issues. No problems with older models.

Does anyone have a problem with Tweetdeck?

I uninstalled TweetDeck & Adobe Air, and reinstalled but it still didn't work.
It launches a blank page.
Tried googling online and no one seems to have an idea what the problem or solution is.
I run on OS Lion 10.7.1 . Didnt have this problem when it was Snow Leopard.

Yes, I had same thing happen. There is some notice buried in their not-so-clear help page that says there is some problem with Adobe Air. I ended up deleting tweetdeck and using seesmic as a substiture but now that no longer works. I posted a question here asking if anyone can recommend a working replacement.

Does anyone have a problem with opening PDF files in iBook after updating the program recently

I need to try to open the pdf file a few times before it goes in iBook.
It is making me look like a fool cos I use iBook for my presentation to my clients

I'm presumably having a similar problem with pdf's in ibook. It seemed to work fine until about two updates ago. We're using ipad II's with ibook (latest version as of today) for our board of director's reports. These are sometimes several hundred pages and password protected pdf's. Now the more whiney members of the board are *******' at me, so I need to find a solution relatively quickly. Is there a way to back off the updates?
What it does.
When a PDF is chosen to open from the library, ibook open a "blank" file -- showing only the ibook background.
One can try closing and re-opening the PDF and after three or four times it'll open -- seems to be random.
These PDFs are created in Adobe Acrobat 9.

Whenever i open a document that i've made in pages, i get a yellow box around the pages that i have made (say page 1 - 4) and it won't let me insert another page in between them. I then have to start a whole new document and copy past my information into the new document.
Does anyone know how to get the yellow box to sit only around 1 page like its meant to?

Does anyone have a problem with upgrading Macbook Pro late 2011 hard drive to a SSD?

Hi Guys i am planning of upgrading my hard drive on my Macbook Pro 15" late 2011 for a SSD, does any one have any problems while doing this, i was told in some cases the mac loses the avility to go to sleep and etc, i would appreciate any come that you may have in this subject.
Also can any one recomend a good cheap SSD for my mac, i am looking at the crucial version, it appears to be ok.

I believe they are up to 2TB in the 2.5" laptop drives.
Do a quick google on the brand & model first to see what the reviews are and failure rates.
I use Hitachi in mine.
SSD's are also an option for you. These are much faster than the traditional mechanical drives, but also much more expensive & are much smaller in capacity.

Does anyone have battery problems with iPad mini retina?

I am noticing that there may be an issue with my iPad Mini Retina battery.
I will put to charge at night and in the morning it will say it is at 23% when I actually unplug it
it changes to 100 or 93%.
Is this happening to anyone else.
Could it be I use it too much???

You don't give 4 or 5 stars when you're experiencing serious problems. Personally my iMac9.1 works flawless with Yosemite. But there are some people with serious problems. If you want to play it save, wait for OS X 10.1. It won't be long before this first update will be available. Apple usually releases a first update within a few weeks and the real disruptive bugs will be addressed by then.
(but if you do update: Backup your harddrive first)

I have a problem with the phone speaker

I started yesterday to have a problem with the phone speaker, I cant hear anything when using the normal speacker, but its ok when using the loud speaker. I dont know what happened. its not working nether with phone calls nor calling apps such as viber

If you have a docking station try putting it on there. I lost my sounds, docked it and they came back immediately.

I can confirm the problem you are hitting. The XML test trace does not get recognized at all, and it defaults to Eclipse's basic Open File behaviour. I am not sure if it's because the format definition is missing, or if it's because something prevents the trace type from being recognized. I will open a bug about it.
