Just giving a suggestion which might not work.
Try downloading Trial PSE6 and use your Serial to activate it. Not sure your activation is expired or not. In that case Adobe Customer Care can help you.

Yes, but it is absolutely critical to delete all existing preferences after upgrading to 10.9.

When setting up the editor in the prefs choose images of 8 bits not 16 bits, either PSD or tiff. Elements works best with 8 bit images. For example you can't use layers with 16 bit images.
Once you have set up the LR prefs you are ready to make the round trip:
1) Ctrl+E in the Library to export selected image with develop settings or right-click and choose Open In Photoshop Elements Editor
2) Make your adjustments in Photoshop Elements; then Ctrl+S to replace (overwrite) Lightroom export copy
3) Ctrl+W to close in Photoshop Elements and update Lightroom thumbnail.
On Mac OSX Cmd+E; Cmd+S; Cmd+W
The important point is to overwrite the LR export copy by using File >> Save (Ctlr+S) because a tiff or PSD file has been automatically rendered by LR based upon your preference setting for External Editing. If you use “Save As” you create a new document which LR knows nothing about. It will only show in the LR Library if you save.

Hi there,
Firstly, try a hard reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears.
If this doesn't work, try restoring your device. Put it in recovery mode if iTunes doesn't recognise it, and restore it from there. I have linked to instructions below.

Look everyone that comes here with a support problems has gone through all the normal channels, around and round in circles with no one seeming to be interested. They've called every phone number, every email address they can find. They have been put on hold and bounced fifty times to another operator only to be hung up on. If Adobe would bring back support to main land and have people that know what's going on instead of having people that people can barely understand read from scripts. Scripted information only applies about 10 % of the time. I'm just giving people an alternative. after they have torn their hair out going the normal route. If they had been able to get a solution they wouldn't be coming here for help.
There should be a forum set up just for people to air these issues and Adobe employees forced to man it. Then we wouldn't have to have such a Bad attitude. Right now Adobe's Support reputation is worse than Intuit's which did have the absolutely worse on the Planet. Now they are number 2.
You know it yourself that Adobe's support is absolutely worse than terible. However to prevent me from being banned from the forums I will simply will provide the adobecare email address from now on
So let's sweep it under the rug.

I have the mac version of photoshop elements 10 which does not support exporting of photographs in the organizer. I use to be a Windows user of the program and like this feature. It is a major flaw in the mac version. Does anyone know if the corrected this flaw in version 11?

Photoshop Elements 10 not recognizing .NEF files from Nikon D3200 camera

I've been using Photoshop Elements 10 to edit raw .NEF files from my Nikon D3000 with no problems. Recently I purchased a Nikon D3200 and I shoot in raw .NEF files using that also but Photoshop Elements 10 will not recognize those .NEF files to edit. The error I'm getting is saying the file type is not correct. Any way to correct this?

For the D3200 you have two alternatives:
(1) Upgrade to PSE 11. (2) Download and install the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your NEF files to the Adobe universal Raw format and the files will open in all versions of PSE (keep your original NEF’s as backups and for use in Nikon software)

Photoshop Elements 10 not importing GPS data from xmp file

PSE 10 is not importing GPS information from the xmp file. Lightroom correctly records the
GPS data but this info in not brought in when I add the photo to the PSE 10 catalog. Has anyone experienced
the same problem?

The Google map module and geotagging have only just been added to LR4, released this week. There is no longer a map feature in Elements since Adobe dropped the earlier tie-up with Yahoo. Adobe reserves the right to change and amend partner services and this has disappointed many users of previous versions of PSE. It’s possible that the map could be re-introduced into future versions of PSE but don’t count on it and given the significant price cut on LR4, the decision could be strategic.

Photoshop Elements 9 not possible to download from MAS

I bought the PHE 9 on the MAS last July, now I have a new Laptop and I want to restore all my purchases in my new laptop I was succeed with all of them but not with PHE 9, I can see the application in my purchases but when I try to download then wait for a while and then fail.
Do anybody know what is happening? is this related with currently in the MAS you only can find the PHE 10?

Usually when there is an upgrade, then the previous version of an app is no longer available. That is why Apple warns you to back up your downloads because apps can be removed from the MAS or only an upgrade may be available in the future. To upgrade to PE 10 you will need to buy it, as that is the only version available now.
