Does EAM Forecasting considers off days mentioned in Workday Calendar?

Hi EAM Guru,
I need to know if PM Schedule considers off days while forecasting work orders.
Requirement: Let's suppose Maintenance Workbench is showing forecasted work orders on 25-March-2013. But if 25-March-2013 is the off day mentioned in the workday calendar or it is mentioned as off day in the exception list then what would be the behavior of maintenance workbench?
User requires that work orders should not be forecasted in off days mentioned in workday calendar.

Yes.
Infinite Scheduler within eAM will do automatic scheduling and it does consider calendar and shift defined for maintenance Org.
Please note, current capability (12.1) does not consider shift exceptions.

Error while doing depreciation forecast

While doing depreciation forecast in S_ALR_87012026 we are getting error -
"Fiscal year change not yet made for company code LTIC"
Same error is given while checking asset balances via S_ALR_87011963 .

If you don't want or cannot close the current fiscal year yet, please check if maybe you have the previous fiscal year still opened, too.
It is required to do the fiscal year change in order to be able to run the mentioned reports in a new fiscal year. However, since in asset accounting only 2 years can be open at any one time you should check for example if maybe your last fiscal year is 2001 and therefore you would need to close fiscal year 2002 first using RAJABS00 and then open fiscal year 2004 using report RAJAWE00. If this rule (2 years open in AA only) is taken into account, you sould have no problems to do the fiscal year change and running reports in the new fiscal year should work.
You can check your last closed fiscal year in table T093B-ABGJA.
You still can continue working in your previous fiscal year, the report RAJAWE00 is only a technical step and updates the table T093C-LGJAHR with the new fiscal year. For each asset, which is active, a new entry for each depreciation area in ANLC will be generated and ANLB-LGJAN is set to the new fiscal year. But the system only allows this step, when no more than one previous fiscal year is opened (eg. 2003 is the only open fiscal year, so 2004 can be opened now).

I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.2 software.
My iPhone does not automatically switch off the display light when it is locked. Therefore, if I get an e-mail/text message/pop-up from other application, the light just stays on, which obviously drains my battery.
The problem just started yesterday, and it has been a couple of days since I updated the software, so I wouldn't think the software update is the problem.
I have tried restarting the phone (using home and lock button), but that did not work.
Something else that seems weird is that once in a while, a blue beam rolls over the screen from one side to the other. I don't know why it does this, and have no idea whether this is related to the display light issue.
I hope someone is able to help by telling me what to do in order to get my phone to act normal again.

Ensuring your daughter is able to communicate while she's mobile is extremely important. I'm terribly sorry for the mobile number change disabling her sim card.
One good suggestion here from the community was to remove the sim card and reinsert it. I do want to elaborate on that a bit. You should have the phone completely powered off and I would recommend the sim to be out for at least 30 seconds.
Put the sim back in and power the phone back on. Hopefully that will kick it into gear on the database side. If not the new sim will work.

Consider the Off day as Absent day

Hi Experts,
i am facing one problem while marking absence of employees in PA30 (IT2001)
Absence is being marked from 06.01.2012 to 08.01.2012 system gives below error message
"Last day 08.01.2012 of attendance/absence is a day off (att./absence type LWP)"
If an employee goes on Leave without pay:
My problem is how to Consider this Off day as Absent day for Employee so that his salary is deducted for this Off day also ?

Whatever you raised the issues with possible Counting rule..
I was mentioned every thing in my earlier reply.. You need to select all week days, select all DWS class (0-9), select Holiday class (Depends upon client business, otherwise select not a public holiday), select All day types..Select all counting class, select conditions for planned hours (two options i mean both), select conditions for absence/attendance (two options, i mean both of that), counting in days in hours and days as"100".
the save record, Enough it will work..
Note: you need to do all your ESG for time Quotas, PSG for Time Quotas which of the using all counting rules i mean your create 3 groups and 3 counting rules (With same number only) for LWP then need to changes all the rules.

We saw your story and are very worried about what we read! This isn't like us at all and we are here to help sort it all out. We recommend calling the Rebate Center to check on the status. Their number is 1-800-457-0864.
We can help you right here with your phone! How often does it turn off? Is it just that the screen goes black or does it completely power down? Also, does it start back up by itself if it does power down?

But TODAY I tried it updating my iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 through MY HOME PC Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit after downloading iTune 10.5 & Guys good news is that I UPDATED my iPhone 4..... The plus point of using my windows 7 ultimate PC, even i got the same error twice or thrice but I REUME ALL & then I got the result. I don't know what was the problem updating with my MacBook Pro but FINALLY I SUCCEDED:-) ENJOY GUYS

Substitution on a weekly off day

If we enter substitution in 2003 infotype on a weekly off day, when we check for weekly off using VARSTFREE,
system is returning 'F'. When we enter substitution, it is converting it to planned working time
Scenario is, if we enter substitution record on a Sunday, system is converting it to planned working time.
How do we check if it is a FREE day in PCR ??

please try this maybe it will help:
1) IMG path: Cross-Applications Components -> Time Sheet -> Time Recording -> Set Up Data Entry Profile.
2) double click or click on "details" at that profile that you are using
3) under general settings, you can tick or un tick the "No deductions in breaks" check box, read the help .. it could be there want you are looking for.
