    I'm on a student plan as well, it comes with everything the regular membership has
    To access the web hosting, you need to first build a site on Dreamweaver or Muse. Once you get to the publishing stage, you will publish the side to the hosting server and will be given a domain yoursite.businesscatalyst.com
    That is only a temporary site. From there you can access all the hosting information. You can host up to 5 sites with the membership.
    You'll have to buy a domain from GoDaddy or another domain site to put your site live.

We want to transfer this license to another employee as the existing one was laid off.  How do we go about doing this?

    If you are a Creative Cloud for Team user then you can simply remove the user from Admin console and invite another to be the team member. If it is Creative Cloud individual subscription then I am sorry to say but you cannot transfer the account to another.

    first, because you wrote that you "installed ..." a try to (un)install by own resources is not enough!)
    As strange as it may seem I fear it's now a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.     Adobe is preparing Creative Cloud Team which will be exactly this. You can currently purchase Team Ready which is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 with the ability to transition to Creative Cloud Team once available (later in 2012).

  • Creative Cloud subscription disapeared

    Creative Cloud stopped working when I went on vacation from Bermuda to the USA on a cruiseship. Now it won't work back in Bermuda either and my account shows no record of ever paying for a subscription.
    It lets me open the software in a trial version, which is strange because I already used up my trial time before subscribing for an education account (I work for a school in Canada).
    I don't know if it has suddenly decided my country is Bermuda (I am Canadian and I live here part-time) and now doesn't want to let me use the product from here. Help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • I had been getting prompts to buy Acrobat XI Pro when I have a full Creative Cloud subscription

    I had been getting windows popping up when I would open a pdf file in Acrobat that I need to purchase it when I have been paying approximately $54 a month for Creative Cloud! I would just close out the window because I have a Creative Cloud subscription that covers Acrobat. Now I cannot even open a pdf file at all because I got the message that my trial period of Acrobat has run out!!!
    How can I fix this??

    On the trial period screen of Acrobat, please select 'License this software' and use your Adobe ID to license it.
    The subscription is linked to your Adobe ID.

  • Does Adobe Bridge CC require a Creative Cloud Subscription Plan?

    Hi.  We have a few users at our workplace that only require the use of Adobe Bridge CC and not any of the other Adobe CC apps.  Can one simply make an Adobe ID, use it solely to download and install Bridge CC and be able to use Bridge CC (and only Bridge CC) past the typical 30-day trial period WITHOUT signing up for a Creative Cloud subscription plan?  Or does one need to have either an active trial or an active subscription to be able to do this?
    I was under the impression that Adobe Bridge CC was installed and managed separately from the rest of the Adobe CC apps and would be offered standalone for free.  If someone knows these details, I'd love to know too.  Thanks.

    Bridge is nothing more than what used to be Photoshop's File Browser.
    It is not offered for free, and it cannot even be installed or bought by itself.
    You have to buy a single application that comes with it, such as Photoshop CS6, or subscribe to it, or subscribe to a single one of the CC applications, or suites.
    Your impression was wrong.

    Thanks for the suggestion but I have attempted this many times to no avail. As I said in my original post, "I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week."
