Does stand alone engine support higher resolution graphics

When using LabView 6.0 and building a stand alone application, the graphics doesn't compaire to the graphics on the developement platform.

It's difficult to tell from here what graphics you are referring to, but if you use the Dialog Controls, then the Operating System you run your application on with automatically place its default controls on the Front Panel. For instance, if you run it on XP, you will get the native XP controls. If you run it on Mac OS X, you see native OS X controls. This may help you out on that. You could give this a try and see how it works.

  • Workflow stand alone de-support !!!!!

    I just found out that Oracle will de support Workflow Stand Alone. This is a very very very, did I say very big problem for us. We have developed a workflow system based on the Stand alone version for more than 6 years now. Most of the CSIR’s financial and HR processes run on it. Now they tell us we have to trough away 6 years and a lot of money to take it to BPEL. I am sorry but BPEL does not come close to what we have done with Workflow. Can somebody please give me more info on this? Who can we phone and tell them we are not happy with this.

    I guess the question really is - where is the migration tool? I've not seen it yet, or heard anything official about how to migrate, apart from the initial "redevelop it" message from Oracle.
    It will be interesting to see just how good the migration tool is (if it exists) - can it migrate half completed instances of processes to BPEL? I'm guessing not, which kind of screws anyone with any long running processes which they can't wait to complete before the product is desupported.

  • Does the 20" Display support high-definition (HDTV) content?

    Hi, I recently installed bootcamp on my mbp. In order to use my apple 20" display as the primary display I had to install an nvidia driver and it is asking me if my display supports high definition (hdtv) content. It says if I click yes and the display can't it could severely damage the display... So does anybody know if my 20" display supports this? Any comment is appriciated, thanks!
    Finley

    The 20" will handle some HD (720p) but not 1080. I don't know if Windows considers it HD or not, but the wrong driver won't cause any damage (it could with a CRT).

  • What does the RunTime engine support?

    Hello,
    Does anyone know what functions the RunTime engine supports? Or is there a
    NI link I can follow. Some goodies like the VI server don't seem to be
    supported in RTE 5.1.
    6i any different?
    Thanks
    Martin

    I know about the paths, but I had problems with getting the username with
    the Open application reference, an error came up 'function not supported'
    and a pointer to the VI that caused it.
    It's my mistake to say the VI server was not included. But are the
    Application properties (web etc) included ?
    Thanks

  • Does Tecra R940-1H support external resolution 2560x1440

    Hi
    I use a laptop TECRA R940-1HP
    I want to buy professional monitor Phillip 272P4QPJKEB/00 with a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
    Please write to me.
    Can my laptop support such a resolution?

    The external resolution support depends on the graphic card which is built in the notebook.
    As far as I know the Tecra R940-1HP supports the Intel HD Graphics 4000 chip.
    From my knowledge this Intel HD 4000 chip supports max resolution of 2560x1600/32bit via Display Port.
    I guess more details about Intels own graphic chip you will find on Intel page.

  • Does R9 280X 3G support 4K resolutions?

    I have 2x R9 280X 3G and was wondering if it supports Ultra-HD and if there is anything special that needs to be done to support those resolutions?
    This page seems to suggest it's possible but the specs say the maximum resolution is much less
    http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_radeon_r9_280x_twinfrozr_gaming_oc_review,25.html
    So what is the true maximum resolution that can be achieved with 2x R9 280x, and what needs to be done to access those resolutions?

    Unfortunately, you'll need to buy a GTX 970 or a 980, because they are the only currently GPU's that have HDMI 2.0 support, or unless if somebody develops a DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter, which none of them exists at the moment. There isn't really a way to get 60Hz for AMD cards at the moment.
    Or wait until AMD releases their new generation of GPU's next year which probably will include HDMI 2.0 I suppose.

  • Does Nvidia GT 120 support 2560x1440 Resolution

    Hi from Germany,
    I have an MacPro 4,1 Intel Xeon QuadCore, running two wonderful NEC Multisync P221W   22" monitors with 1680x1050 px resolution.
    For I am working in the motion graphics business it is always no fun to work on video-spots with for example 1280x720 pix (HDTV) on an 22" monitor.
    So I would like to upgrade one of the NEC monitors to a 27" monitor with 2560x1440 resolution and I would like to be sure, if the graphic card will support the two monitors.
    Thanks in advance, Andy

    NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 includes two video ports: one Mini DisplayPort and one dual-link DVI port. This allows you to connect both the 24-inch Apple LED Cinema Display or another Mini DisplayPort-based display, and a DVI-based display such as the 30-inch Apple Cinema HD Display. Display adapters are available to connect VGA displays.

  • High resolution graphics

    hi all.
    i'm trying to get one jtextpane graphics and convert it to a bufferedimage.
    some portion of my code is :
    BufferedImage image = new BufferedImage(region.width, region.height,
    BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_RGB);
              Graphics2D g2d = image.createGraphics();
              g2d.setClip(region);
              paint(g2d);//this class extends jtextpane
              g2d.dispose();
              setOpaque(opaqueValue);
              double scx = 0.3;
              double scy = 0.3;
    //resizing
              AffineTransform tx = new AffineTransform();
              tx.scale(scx, scy);
              BufferedImage img2 = new BufferedImage((int) (scx * region.width),
                        (int) (scy * region.height), BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_RGB);
              AffineTransformOp op = new AffineTransformOp(tx,
                        AffineTransformOp.TYPE_NEAREST_NEIGHBOR);
              op.filter(image, img2);
    ImageIO.write(img2, "BMP", new File("c:\\test.BMP"));
    my original jtextpane size is 257*257 and i wnad to save it at size about 80*80
    but when i resize the bufferedimage it's quality is too low (96 dpi)
    how can i increase image resolution to about 300 dpi and then resize it?
    is any help?

    Hi Thristen, I assume you are using Output Designer 5.6.
    I have no problem bringing in a bitmap > 256 colours.
    Perhaps you can send me the image that is giving you problems.

  • How do I create high resolution graphics?

    Hello
    I'm working on a graphic image, but I'm using a bit of photography in it. My problem is that the .jpg I get from the Save as, is not large enough. If I had to start all over, should I create a larger document or is it alright to enlarge the image size and the graphical element itself?
    Thanks!
    Best wishes
    Arun

    you start with the canvas size of the image you need. You create the size, A3 or 6' x 4' etc  then you add your artwork to that.

  • ITunes for Windows: HiDPI (high resolution) support?

    When will iTunes support high resolution display panels in Windows? It is blurry at 3200x1800 on my laptop.

    Is there a process to update my iTunes. I've used this gear driver and it's worked GREAT for a long time, but when and if I ever update my iTunes it breaks this and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling gear, reverting back to the same version of iTunes and completely reinstalling both but nothing seems to work. Is there a good process to revert back and reinstall iTunes and the gear driver?

  • Connecting external monitor to G4 at higher resolution than 1024x768

    Is this possible? I believe someone told me that there is a way since the graphics card can support higher resolution, just not at the LCD.
    I am doing web design and that resolution is becoming cumbersome to work with and my external monitor can go up to 1600x1200.
    Thanks.

    Yes it is possible, but "at your own risk". Look for "Screen spanning doctor".
    If you test it, please report here the maximum resolution you can use in clamshell mode. I am going to buy a monitor and I wasn't able to find such value.
    I know I can use 1600x1200, I already did it, but I tried the external monitor as secondary monitor. Could you please test the clamshell mode? can it go over 1600x1200 when the main display is off?

  • Satellite L650: Is it possible to get higher resolution screen?

    ATI HD5650 1GB
    Hardware enthusiast, so please don't feel expected to dumb things down for me.
    Is it possible to get a higher resolution screen than the stock one, or one with better colour / contrast?
    I've always been annoyed at how washed out the stock screen on my Toshiba looked. Recently the screen cracked, so I figure now is the best time to look at options.
    Google has given me very little information so far. I've checked up pricing on screen replacement, with the part being around 60 and the part + service averaging 120, but that most likely leaves me with the same or inferior screen quality.
    I would hope to find something more suited to movies / games and in 1600x900 if possible.
    Any pointers as to where I should begin my search?

    Hi
    > Is it possible to get a higher resolution screen than the stock one, or one with better colour / contrast?
    Yes this should be possible since the graphic card should support higher resolution.
    The notebook supports the 15.6" (HD) TFT display.
    You need definitely the same size display.

  • JMF and supported capture resolution

    Hello
    I have got 1.3 mpx webcam and try to use it with JMF to capture video. The problem is that JMfRegistry and JMFStudio, not mentioning my own code, can't detect capture resolution higher than 640x480. Does JMF supports higher resolutions? or do I need to use other technology to access camera?
