Does the adobe connect mp3_player extension built for adobe connect 8 work for adobe connect 9?
I've attempted to share the .swf file in Adobe Connect 9, but I'm having difficulty getting it to play.
It maybe that I just do not know how to install the extension. Help is appreciated.
It should work fine. You do need to load the entire Zip file though, as it used the XML file to call to the audio files that it plays. The Zip should contain the equalBars.swf, index.swf, and songs.xml files.

Are you just starting with PSE and no previous experience? If so I sympathise because I found the Adobe Help function very frustrating and unhelpful because it is features based rather than functionality in grades of expertise.
Start with tutorials on the Organiser work space and then Editor work space to familiarise yourself with the functions of the work spaces. However be aware that the you will not grasp full functionality until you have used PSE for a while.
If you are starting out wanting to process images then I found the concept of "workflow" the most useful way to approach PSE. That is;
Import images from camera
Sort images into ones worth processing. I use my camera's software to do this. Use a star rating. (PSE recognises this).
Import to PSE for processing
Process RAW images (if applicable).
Process converted images (PSD of TIFF probably the best). Use guided edit to start with.
Save processed images to JPEG for printing.
Hope this helps. -
Does the IE CS6 version have Support for the Middle Eastern tool set? - left to right typing etc.
I assume IE means International English, as opposed to English North America (aka US English). There is Middle Eastern and Hebrew support via an English user interface for programs that support it such as InDesign.
You can change the install language by launching the Adobe Application Manager and clicking on your name in the top left to bring up a context menu. From the menu select Preferences and then click the drop down for Languages. See the screen shot below: -

HT4854 What size does the recovery partition need to be for Lion or Mt Lion?
What size does the recovery partition need to be for Lion or Mt Lion?
Maybe I'm approaching the problem the wrong way. My problem is that I installed a new HDD in my laptop after cloning it to a backup drive, and I wanted to install the OS after formatting the drive using Disk Utilities from my desktop machine. Since I had Lion installed from the App Store as a paid download, I thought I'd start with a freshly downloaded install of Lion, but I can't access the internet directly with my laptop since it has no OS or apps. So I'm downloading Lion to my desktop machine hoping to install it on my laptop as a Target HD. Is that possible? Does the App Store download allow choosing which drive to install on?

I have the latest operating system, but can't get my printers added. Why does the software update say that drivers for my printers are not available? I have the drivers installed from the CD but can't add the printer because it wants to go through software update.
It's pretty difficult to offer suggestions when you say nothing about your Mac, the version of Mac OS it's running, or the models of printers you have. This forum, however, is intended for questions about old, pre-G3 hardware, so unless you are asking about an very old Mac, this is not the forum where you'll be most likely to get help with your problem. I'd suggest you ask this question in the forum for your model of Mac or version of Mac OS X it's running. You'll be more likely to get assistance there, assuming you provide sufficient detail for anyone to make a diagnosis of the problem.

HT1665 Does the Otter hard plastic belt holder for the iPhone 5 have a warranty by Apple?
Does the Otter hard plastic belt holder for the iPhone 5 have a warranty by Apple?
No, it is made by Otter. I learned that Otter calls it a "Holster Accessory Apple Defender IPhone." Its also called a IPhone belt clip. It came with the IPhone 5 when I purchased it. When I asked about a replacement at an electronic store, they told me that Apple might have a warranty on it. I couldn't find anything on the Apple Web site. So the question was: does Apple have a warranty for the clip?

Does the iPad offer a separate login for young kids that is similar to Kindle's Free Time app?
Thanks! No, but there are some apps that have different profiles for each user. For example, FREE McGruff SafeGuard child-safe browser has an upgrade feature that lets each person in a family have a different profile for browsing (as well as recording which websites they visited, etc.). Available at the app store - McGruff SafeGuard - or visit www.gomcgruff.com/browser
