What exactly? Your questions don't make much sense since you failed to provide an explanation what problem you actually have, what program you actually mean and so on. That aside, edu versions are technically not different from the normal programs, just their licensing is different.

I am unable to send photos from iphoto via email as an attachment to be downloaded onto another computer. i thought e-mail would automatically pick up these photos if mailed out so they could be downloaded.

At one time I was able to send photos from i photo library and I assumed the receiver could open these and download them into their apple computer (family).
I have tried to send photos from library or folder as attachment but I am also unable to do this. How do I send pictures as e-mail attachments which can be opened up and downloaded to another computer?

I've managed to sort out my own problem!! Shall write it down in case there are others out there who have a similar problem. With iPhoto open, click on iPhoto on the top menu bar. Click on preferences. Then click on account. This let me change the details such as the user name and password. Luckily I played around with a couple of my usual passwords, and found one that worked. Have now written it down!!!!

I can't delete, alter, or EVEN SEE the artwork in itunes that I downloaded and added to my touch from another computer.

That will not work when that particular artwork was added on from a different computer than the one you are trying to change it on. It will change it on iTunes, but will NOT sync the new artwork onto touch...no one else has this problem?

I have downloaded some apps on this Imac. When I open them, it says they were downloaded on another computer. After I try to sign in it says my computer can't be verified. Any ideas?

It will then ask for my to sign in with my apple id and password. When I put those in, it says that the computer can not be verified. Contact apple support. Ok, I had a glitch, forced to restart, and lost my train of thought.
Reinstalling iTunes should fix the major issue that might have gone wrong, perhaps your explaination points will disappear and everything will be peachy again.
But if they don't, you can open the XML file in iTunes Folder using a Text edit program to see what the common pathname is to the iTunes Music folder or where your content is located.
If you moved the itunes folder, it needs to go back.
I can't download iTunes to my Vista virtual machine to test it out right now because iTunes is down, so I can't verify the pathname, perhaps your issue and the iTunes being down are related somehow?
You don't want to import all your music again, but it's a option, but you lose all your playlists, that's what I'm trying to recover.
If oyu don't have a whole lot of playlists, then simply select all the explaimation point music and delete, select File from the menu and import your itunes folder again.

I have bought the 2.0 iPod Touch firmware on one computer but, another one of my computer seems to be working better with restoring and other things related to firmware than the one I bought it on, which instead gives me errors. So, I decided that I would install the firmware from that computer rather than this one, I don't mind losing all of my information as it is already lost due to having to restore on that computer.
The problem is that when I try to install the 2.0 firmware from my other computer, that is the not the computer I bought it on, it asks me to buy it again, despite being logged into the same account on which I bought it. I have an iMac 27 running Lion that I would like to upgrade to Mavericks.
However it is mounted on the wall in my office. We are rural and use cellular for internet. I can't afford a 5+ gig download.
Is there any way I can take my MacBook Pro to the Library and download the image of Mavericks install and bring it home to do the install?

Yes, as long as your MacBook Pro can access teh Mac App Store.
Go to the library, or wherever you are going to be getting the internet access. Connect to the Mac App Store, and "purchase" Mavericks. When the download completes, and the "Install OS X Mavericks" launches, quit the installer. Take the MacBook Pro home and copy the Installer app from the /Applications folder on the MacBook Pro to the /Applications folder on the iMac and launch it. When the installer runs, it will delete itself, so if you want to keep a copy around, put a copy on an external drive or USB stick that is not attached to the computer when you do the installation.
