Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

Unusual to be getting a DEP in those circumstances. (Still, I haven't been around all that much in recent times. So the world may have changed.)
What seems most likely is that we've got an iTunes preference file gone bad in some way. So I'd try the "Remove iTunes preferences files" section in the "User-specific troubleshooting" section from the following document. (Note you'll have to make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is set on the PC in order to find the pref files.)

I cannnot get overdrive media to recognize itunes for down loading library books or media. I tried "I think everything" Overdirive say I must download latest version of itunes. I have aremoved replaced downloaded 15 times tried older version. HP could not solve they said call you. Well I searched done the manual thing my computer recognize Overdrive but not you Please help.

I keep getting the message when I open Muse CC, that the latest version is here and that i need to download it... But when i click "Download Latest Version" and it takes me to the applications manager it tell me that Muse is "Up to date"..... I also downloaded a template from Muse and it tells me when I open it that i also need the latest version... Can anyone explain why Iam getting this message and Why I can not up date?... Downloaded latest Safari update that informed me that older versions of Adobe Flash Player were being disabled and then advised me to go to Adobe and down load latest version of Flash Player. Did that, but Flash Player won't play swf files, which it did before. (Instead of opening, it comes up as a page of code).

Quit Safari.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click: Delete All
Now select the Storage tab.
Click Delete All
Relaunch Safari to test.

Itunes wont start, computer says to download latest version 7.5
iTunes wont start, solution computer gives it to download latest version 7.5. nut when i download it and install 7.5 on my computer, which i have done several times, it doesn't work and says i should download the latest update.....which i already have! is it Vista related, or is relating to version 7.5?....please help me!!
I'll post the same thing I posted in another thread; it might help you. Reinstall itunes again according to my post. Some of the information is irrelevant to your problem, but hey, i'm kinda feeling lazy. You'll get the idea. Here it is.....
"this is just a suggestion. If you reinstall itunes again, make sure you follow the directions in the support section of this site for uninstalling itunes and quicktime. Another thing they don't say in that article that I did when i had to uninstall itunes was to do a search. You know, pressing the start button and then "Search". Make sure when you do, click the search "All files and folders". Then set it to look in "Local Hard Drives (C:)" and type in the "all or part of the file name" itunes. After the search is done you should have a bunch of different itunes components in the results. Btw do the same for quicktime as a search. Make sure to DELETE every itunes and quicktime file there. If some of your music files happened to come up in the search use commone sense. Get rid of every component so itunes and quicktime is completely erased from the system. Make sure that you do this after you've restarted your computer once (according to the uninstallation article). Then just empty your recycle bin, reboot your computer, and finally reinstall itunes. Hopefully that will work to at least get rid of that APP error. Good luck and ask me anything you have some questions!!"

Message to download latest version w/not disappear
i keep getting a message that i NEED a new version of Adobe Flash Player in order to play games [i.e. SongPop on Facebook] ... i ALREADY have the latest, however, i downloaded it anyway, and the MESSAGE is still there when i go to play a game ... i've downloaded it a few times and the MESSAGE remains and will NOT allow me to play any games ... i even DELETED the Adobe Flash Player and started ALL over again, to NO avail ... how do i get PAST this??? thanks for your help! patidee

After iTunes requested that I download latest version on PC it now will not open. 2 error messages appear. first: The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. second: iTunes was not installed correctly please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126). Uninstall from Windows the following five programs in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, and finally Apple Application Support. If you have iCloud, remove it as well.
Uninstalling these programs in Windows is done from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Note: Songs and playlists in iTunes will not be removed when you uninstall the iTunes program or any of the other, already-mentioned Apple programs. If you'd still like to back them up, they're usually located in the My Music folder in Windows.
Download the latest version of iTunes from Appleand note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator. If you're not sure how to do that, see How Do I Open an Elevated Command Prompt? for help. There are two ways in order to update your iPad 2:
1. Directly from your iPad
2. From a PC or a MacBook
First of all, to update you need an Internet connection
To update from your iPad directly:
1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi or a good cellular network with a good enough internet speed
2. Go to settings > General> Software Update and update your iPad
To update from the computer:
1. Make sure your computer / Laptop is connected to the Internet
2. Connect your iPad to the Computer
3. Open iTunes (Make sure you have the latest version of the iTunes)
4. Select your iPad
5. Click on check for update
6. An update will come.
7. Click on the update and your iPad will be updated.

I want to see the details of the downloading process after it finished, because the information scrolls to fast during the process and when it finish the window containing the information closes automatically. Of course I'm using JDeveloper (9.0.3.1).

Yes, Im sure the folder is checked in . I tried this case in many files and all went the same . I dont know why , but after a few days, the file stop being downloaded. The only thing I noticed to happen is the dayly DB shutdown for backup.
Here's my data:
Jdev: 9.0.3.10.35
Oracle Repository: 4.0.12.69.2
Test case:
1 - locate a versioned file on the repos using RON
2 - check out the folder
3 - delete the file
4 - check in the folder
5 - go to the local file system and delete the file
6 - open jdev
7 - open Connections, Oracle9i SCM, your connection, your work area
8 - make sure your connections uses the same user that logged on RON and deleted the file, so , the workarea is also the same
9 - try to locate the delete file (it WONT be there)
10 - Download Latest Versions, on the workarea
11 - Check the local file system, the file will be there
