Downloading after deleting from creative cloud

I downloaded the trail version of adove flash professional cc about two months ago, i used it for a month then i deleted it from my mac, now i have purchased it and it will not let me download it because creative cloud says that i already have it. how do i download the app? i have already paid for it.

The reason why you are facing this issue is because the Trial flash was not uninstalled correctly.
Even though the program has been deleted, there may be lingering files left on the hard drive. These preference files are usually pretty small, and can be worth keeping if you end up reinstalling the application. If you do want to delete them, follow these steps:
Open the Library folder on your hard drive.
Look for any files with the program’s name or developer’s name in the /Library/, /Library/Preferences/, and the /Library/Application Support/ folders, check for flash, click on uninstall & check the preference box before uninstalling. this will uninstall the flash completely..
You can try running the cleaner tool too.

    Just to add that, I had exactly the same issue this morning, so it is certainly a more widespread problem rather than an isolated case.
    For Adobe's benefit, here's a summary of what happened for me:
    All cloud files automatically moved to trash on turning my computer on and auto syncing. All folders remained, but empty.
    Files still existed online through the browser, in the Files section and had not been put into Archive.
    When I got home to my personal Mac, the exact same situation happened as above. Though I made sure to do a backup before connecting to wifi and allowing it to sync!
    Tried signing out and deleting the Creative Cloud files folder, then signing in again, hoping it would re-sync and create all my files again to match what was online, but it just created the directory of empty folders again.
    Was on a call with support for an hour which was painful, with them taking control of my screen but having no idea what to do to fix it.
    As with you guys, I'd like to download all my files again (not including Archive), but as a batch and not one by one online! Hopefully the sync will fix and download the lot again automatically.
    Have you worked out what's wrong yet Adobe?

    In Creative Cloud Files there are three views: Grid View (the default), List View, and Archive View (think Recycle Bin on Windows or Trash on Mac OS X).
    Like on Windows or Mac OS X file deletion is a two stage process. First you put a file in the Archive (Recycle Bin or Trash) and then you empty the Archive.

You can select multiples and move to different folders within CC, but can't download multiples. Had I known this before using it, I would have made a zip folder of images.     I think most Cloud users would very much agree with you.
    The Cloud today is a reasonable version 1 product but it's clunky, lacks fundamental features and is a latecomer to a rapidly maturing market. Other offerings currently shine in comparison.
    Our expectations as consumers are very high because we're used to the Dropboxes (and other superior 3rd party solutions) out there.
    Adobe has been inundated with feature suggestions and enhancements from users. The more, the better.
    They might, as they claim, be working on improvements but they've got to get a move on before the Cloud tarnishes its own reputation too much due to lack of (expected) features.

    Not capable of downloading the original illustrator file from the cloud website, telling me PostScript Error - very frustrating, I need to work with this file. What is the problem?

    Thanks so much Ton, thats exactly what happened, the .ps was added to the .ai., tells me that file could not be converted to  a PDF file. I did try to download with Safari but did not remove the .ps after the download which is exactly the solution to this problem, now it works. I started to get really frustrated yesterday and that is not good in my age. For 2 years there were never any problem with the downloading, don't understand this glitch all of the sudden. Have a great Sunday.

    Creative Cloud just deleted a file from my CC folder on my mac. The desktop application gave me a notification saying that a file had just been deleted. I did not delete it, and I'm unusure about what went wrong.
    I tried to contact the custumer support chat, but the guy didn't really know what he was doing. What can i do?

    I had similar problems with Google Drive about a year ago. It had to do with a very large folder, over 100Gb. The problem as I saw it was some sort of delay in a delete comand when I moved the file. It was ricocheting through the system somehow. Each time I tried to re-synch my folder, the command would send from the cloud to delete the local folder. What I noticed was that when I went into the on-line trash folder on Google Drive, some of the files were there, but not all of them. I would restore what was there, then come back later, and more would appear. Rinse, repeat.
    My Google Drive hasn't acted up since then. They instituted a policy to have a pop up confirmation appear before deleting local files.  My advise is to keep large files off the cc until Adobe catches up.

    I have subscribed to Creative Cloud and have successfully downloaded all the software except AE, Premiere and Encore ( I believe Encore is included in Premiere?)
