Downloading softwares in Adobe Creative Cloud

After I have already downloaded the softwares, in a situaton that I'll have to reinstall the operational system, will I be able to download the softwares included in Adobe CC again?

Yes you will be able to download, install and activate again.
If you know you are going to reinstall the operating system then launch an Adobe product first and from the menu choose Help > Sign Out. This will deactivate your subscription.

    Not to worry. When we Copy and Paste within a project, iMovie HD creates a new clip thumbnail for the Timeline/Clips pane, then simply adds a new pointer to the source video. The source material is not duplicated.
    When you Copy a clip and Paste a clip to a DIFFERENT project then Yes, the clip's entire source video file is duplicated. (When Copying between projects, be sure to Copy and Paste all the clips together so iMovie duplicates the source files just one time.)
    Next time, you might consider setting your iMovie 6 preferences to limit the length of imported clips to 3 minutes — or whatever duration you want. Then each imported clip will have its own source file. When you discard an entire clip its file will be discarded too, shrinking the size of the project.
    If you have no need to preserve the clips as clips you could export the project to a Full Quality movie that you import to a new project. Everything will arrive as a single clip, which may be okay here. Then discard your old project. The project will be smaller, containing just the stuff on the Timeline.
    If the Timeline contains most of the source material — just split into small clips — there may not be a lot of "extra" material in the project. To get an estimate of how large the Timeline really is, open the "Timeline Movie.mov" that's inside the Cache folder of the project in QuickTime Player. QT Player's Show Movie Info window will show the size of the material it represents.

    Is Adobe planning to make creative cloud compatible with the Chrome OS? I have a Chromebook and would like to be able to use the Creative Cloud. Thanks.

    It's not just whether Adobe make Creative Cloud compatible with ChromeOS, it's that Chrome OS isn't necessarily the issue. The products as currently available have pretty low-spec processors; you wouldn't buy a PC with a Celeron or Atom in it to run CS6, and just because CC6 exists in the cloud doesn't mean it actually runs in the cloud. Stuff happens on the box. System specs for all components are linked from here:

    So, until someone makes a Chromebook with a chunky processor there's no point in anyone bothering with a port.

    I recently downloaded and purchased Adobe Creative Cloud with Photoshop and Elements. I'm using a macbook air and it was able to download and I installed it. When the app opens it is stuck in a weird state of either updating or booting. I don't know what to do. I've already uninstalled and installed it once and it is the same each time.     Look, I'm just testing the trial versions right now.  Don't try to troubleshoot something that I don't ask; this is what I'm looking to accomplish:
    Is it possible to install a trial version of any of the Adobe Creative Cloud software in a previous version?  By that, I am referring to the following:
    I want to install a trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014; NOT Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.1.  If you notice, I want to reinstall a trial version of the previous release.  Don't ask why, you'll just laugh for my stupid reason, but I'm merely wondering if it is possible.  Creative Cloud now only offers trials of the newest versions, and I want to install trails of previous versions for my own, personal reasons.  Is this possible to do with creative cloud, or must I do it some other way?
    Is it also possible to obtain the physical installation files so that I won't have to always go through creative cloud to download them again (and then I can just set it up without being connected to the internet)?

    Finally, after- how long? - two months? I have uploaded the new Creative Cloud. Only to find that all the programs have been upgraded from CS6 to CC.
    This ranks as the worst piece of customer-relations I've ever come across. Even though I asked for instructions the Staff member dealing with me got fed-up and just dumped me.
    I kept trying - and today - finally I got it fixed.
    It took 20 minutes to download, at 20Mbps! There were no intermediate instructions, I wasn't told what was happening. Suddenly the Install screen disappeared - the new Creative Cloud didn't open, I had to go find it.
    Adobe - this is not good. I suggest you find the boss of this team and quietly boot them out of the door.
