Dr/Cr indictor getting updated wrongly in J_1IPART2 table for ETT-RLFC

Dear All,
While Reconciling the excise reports, I had been observed some issue in J_1IPART2 table for the excise transaction type RLFC.
All the entries for Excise TT RLFC the Dr/Cr indicator should be “S-DEBIT” but system has updated the value “H-CREDIT” for all the entries.
Because of this issue system is displaying the values wrongly in RG23APART2 register.
Reference Oss notes: 1756565/1907900.
I had raised oss to SAP as well only recieved intial response saying will be assigned to expert & he will get backs to you.
But I haven't recieved any response from SAP.
J_1IPART2 Table entries:
Accounting entries for the internal document: T.Code-J1IH -> Display
RG23A PART2 Register Printout
If any body has experienced this strange issue please let me know.

Hi Piyush,
I have never used this feature, so I cannot speak from experience. However, here is what I found in the SAP docs.
These tables are updated when you have implemented 'decoupling' of either auto goods receipt, or backflushing.

There are several OSS notes that indirectly allude to these tables. Just log onto OSS as search on "AFRP1"

Short/Exc. Rcpt not getting updated when all OPIDs confirmed for partial qty

I need your inputs about 'Short/Exc. Rcpt' updation in the Production order once partial confirmation is done.
Example :
Order qty 10
I have OPID 0010 confirmed yield 4 confirmed scrap is 1
OPID 0020 Confirmed yield 4
I gone through the F1 on this field it will be get updated only after the final confirmation, i tested that its updating only after final confirmation status
on the order/operation.
My client seeing problem that even though scrap confirmed, but in MD04 this quantity shown as open pproduction order qty as 6 (excluding scrap confirmed it should be 5).
Please let us know what setting needed for this field 'Short/Exc. Rcpt' updation even after PCNF, PDLV status.

In Sechedule line item posnr give the posnr value intead of 'X'.
wa_order_schedules_in-sched_line = wa_salesschedu-etenr.
wa_order_schedules_in-itm_number = wa_salesschedu-posnr.
wa_order_schedules_in-req_date = wa_salesschedu-edatu.
wa_order_schedules_in-req_qty = wa_salesschedu-wmeng.
APPEND wa_order_schedules_in TO it_order_schedules_in.
wa_order_schedules_inx-sched_line = 'X'.
wa_order_schedules_inx-itm_number = wa_salesschedu-posnr instead of u2018Xu2019
wa_order_schedules_inx-req_date = 'X'.
wa_order_schedules_inx-req_qty = 'X'.
APPEND wa_order_schedules_inx TO it_order_schedules_inx.
and do follow for all posnr = posnr value instead of X.

How much time it takes for a job status to get updated in to TBTCO table?

Hi all,
We have a program that fetches the Job count and job name from a third party tool(UC4) and then searches for the status of the job in the TBTCO table.
In some rare cases we found that the TBTCO table had not updated with the Job details when the call was made to it.
Do we have any SAP scheduler settings which determines after a particular time the status gets refreshed in the TBTCO table once the job is triggered?

hi may be checking Sy-subrc and using wait for X seconds should be a convenient way to code.
I doubt if there is any schedule to update the table..

Cost center (KOSTL) is not updating in HR master table for infotype 0001

Hi ABAP gurus,
We have one interface where we are posting the HR master data using the IDOC (IDOC_INPUT_HRMD) into SAP.
While updating cost center, We have one issue regarding infotype 0001.
It is working fine for all the fields except: KOSTL, ORGEH, STELL. Surprisingly the created IDOC contains the value in these fields but it is not getting updated in master table PA0001. I have tryied inserting the value manually and it is working fine and tried with BDC Programming and no issues. Only we have this issue while we want to use the IDOC. This is mandatory in our interface.
While debugging the IDOC function module I found that one condition is there for these three fields.
CHECK NOT inte IS INITIAL. where inte value is being fetched from table t77s0 based on
GRPID = PLOGI
SEMID = ORGA
In this condition I see no value for this combination and hence it is not getting further. I am not sure how this condition does exist for only these three fields and not for others.
Can any please provide the reasona and solution for this.

How to update SIS Structure S503 table for Sales Order

Hi All,
I have a requirement where i want to restrict S503 table getting updated for an Item Category. Can somebody please help me in this.
Complete scenario:
I am splitting Sales Order line item into multiple Sub Line items based on batch determination. So for a line item 10 in Sales Order having ordered quantity 1000 i have 2 more sub line items 101 and 102 based on 2 available batches having 500 quantites each. When Sales Order is saved S503 have 1 entry for SO created but the ordered and confirmed quantity is doubled as it is picking it from main line item 10 as well as from 101 and 102.
Is there any way to restrict the main line item entry quantity from getting in to SIS structures.

There is a change in the requirement.
Scenario:
I have created a sales order with some 4 condition types, in that 2 condition types are of class A & B and the other two is of class C. Here I need to update the condition price of class A & B only and the remaining condition types should not get update even though there is an updated price is available.
For the above scenario, I need to write a standalone program. Do we have any function modules to update the price of the single condition in the sales order? Please tell me how we can update the sales order at item condition level.

Problem in getting Updated EJB methods in JSC for a Same Project

I'm Using Sun Studio Enterprise for developing EJB sets.After that i'm importing the EJB set in to JSC & using it my Project.
If i need to add some more business methods/edit the business method i'm able to do that in the Sun Enterprise IDE.After editing the EJB ,redeploying & reimporting to JSC i couldn't get the updated version of EJB in my Current Project.
We could be able to get the updated EJBs,if we are using it in a new project other than using it in the Previous one.
It's being a great problem for me.Vat shall i do for this problem?Please help me,a project is in Pending stage because of this problem.

Thanks for your consideration of my problem.I also use an EJB layer built in Sun Enterprise for the backend to my Creator-based web application.My Current problem is getting the updated EJB sets to my current project.
For Ex:
If i add a new Business method called doSomething( ),then i should be able to get that method in JSC using FinalFacadeRemoteClient1.doSomething().
But after typing FinalFacadeRemoteClient. , doSomething() method is not displaying.
If i use that in a new project [Previously not used Same Session Facades]all the updated EJB business methodss are coming.I want to use updated EJBs in the project i'm already working.

Material text is not getting updated in the VBAP table

Hi All,
There is an customized field in the sales order which picks up the addition material information maintained for a material. When we create the sales order the text appears. After we save the sales order, when we open the sales order(VA01/VA02), the text does not appear. If you check the VBAP table, the field which stores this text is blank. It will not update when we save the sales order.
Could someone please let me know how can we check this problem.

Usually, this fields (zzfield) are populated with the subroutine userexit_move_field_to_vbap in include MV45AFZZ.

UPDATE using a second table for the Where Clause

I am attempting to update a field in Tbl.1 to a known value. However, i want to use another table to specify WHICH records to update.
in this case i want to use table early_provider to obtain the value 'HCR' then pass that to the UPDATE clause in order to SET early_provisions.type_name = 'HOMC'

You can specify the importing parameter ID as type string in the action handler of the button. It will contain the ID of the button.

Table control itab not getting updated.

Hi,
I have a table control created with the help of the wizard.
There are initailly no entries in the table and the user enters it during execution.
However the entries do not get updated in the internal table.
The modify statement below fails giving sy-subrc value 4.
MODIFY gt_bank_det_new
FROM gwa_bank_det_new
INDEX zbp_bank_dt_new-current_line.
Can you suggest what could be going wrong. There are no type mismatches and the table is a standard one.

Mat doc not getting updated in AFRU table

Hi All,
While doing the confirmation cancellation for the rework order the referance material document is not getting updated in the AFRU table.
The referance operation set is used for the rework production order and there are no component assigned ,the components to be issued are entered at the time of confirmation.
The material document is getting updated in case of confirmation in AFRU table but the same is not getting updated in WABLNR field in case of cancellation of confirmation.
When I checked MSEG all the material documents are observed with referance to the order number but the same are not displayed in AUFM and AFRU table.
This behaviour is not obeserved in case of normal production orders. what can be the reason behind the same?

As of Release 3.1H, the system provides the reference from
confirmation to material document via table AFWI. The system still
only uses AFRU-WABLNR in the case of header confirmations or
confirmations for an individual operation. With milestone
confirmations or with separate goods movements, in other words goods
movements that are posted in the update program or via requests
(BAPIs, collective entry, mass processing, BDC/PDC), table AFWI is
always supplied due to technical reasons.

Not getting updating in a table....

Hi friends,
Currently i working on integration of apex with ebs R12.....And i have successfully integrated following the rod west document....
I created one DB application in my sample schema that is associated with apex 4.0.....
Application details:
*) login page(where i will be giving username and password)
*) page 1 (consist of several form fields, like

--->module:
--->projects:
----->email:
the above are the fields, if i put any entries in the above field means, it will get automatically inserting in the report column, which is also in the same page consist of the above fields in the table manner...
since this report table consist of an edit icon in front, if i clicked the edit icon of an one row means, it will go to another page..
*) i.e. page 3(consist of the same fields with entries in it automatically corresponding to the each and every row, suppose if i want to update any changes means i can update in it....
this is my application that i developed it is working well with in the sample schema apex 4.0..
What i did is i created a new workspace with APPS schema in it...and i have imported my application that i developed in sample schema to APPS schema....
Since after importing to APPS schema...when i tried to open the application, it is not showing any datas in it...That is due to the tables that are supporting the application is not in APPS schema, so what i did is i have given grant privilege to the respective tables and also i have created a synonym for accessing the table in APPS schema for supporting the application.....
Now if i tried to put any entries in the form in page 2, it is getting inserting in the report column which is also in the page2....
But my problem starts here, if i clicked the edit icon symbol in each and every row of the report column it is going to the page 3 which has a respective form fields, but it is not showing any entries in it automatically, and if i tried to put any entry in it, it is not getting updating in the report table......
why this problem occurred for my application in APPS schema....But my application works very well within the sample schema......why it is not showing any entries in the form automatically soon after i clicked the edit icon in each and every row.....
i couldn't know what is the real problem behind this..... help me friends,

Custom fields not getting updated in Mass Maintenance-MM17

Hi,
I have created a custom field in MARC table and the data is getting updated to the MARC table through MM01/MM02 but it is not getting updated by MM17. I have checked the notes 44410, 576160, 414020 and 116311. I have done the following changes as per the sap notes.
1. Created a custom segment ZE1MARCM by copying the standard segment E1MARCM and added the custom field in that
    segment.
2. I have extended the IDOC 'MATMAS03' and added the custom segment ZE1MARCM to E1MARAM.
3. Created a new entry in we82 and provided the extension type 'ZMATMAS03' and release '701'.
4. Adjusted the partner profile in we20 for matmas with port and providing the extension idoc type.
5. Added the custom field in the table MASSFLDLST.
6. Implemented the code in BADI 'MG_MASS_NEWSEG' and exits 'EXIT_SAPLMV01_002' , 'EXIT_SAPLMV02_002' as per the
    sap notes.
The custom field is not getting updated through mass maintenance. Please let me know if i have missed anything?
