Due analysis in FIAR reports

Hi
I need make report customer due analysis like 0 days, 1-30 days...
S_ALR_87012168    this is t-code in ecc to compare report data in BI system. what formula i need to use in BI to get these ecc values?
i installed sap standard report, its not giving me correct values?

Hi,
Do you know what is the DataSource used for S_ALR_87012168 report data?. (Check 0FI_GL_4 DataSource) If you know that the configure the InfoCube/DSO in BW and then extract the Data and create a report like below
"Calculating the Ageing of the Materials"
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/business-intelligence/a-c/calculating%20the%20ageing%20of%20the%20materials.pdf
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/profile/Surendra+Reddy
You can create a report on Column wise like in above example....
Thanks

  • Read Only Access while assigning Analysis Types and Reports in User/Group

    Hi Team,
While Assigning Analysis Type,Reports and Workbooks to User "Read" option is not enabled. It is not working and as soon as we select analysis type ,Only one option is editable "Create/Update/Delete". The other two Option is always there as display "Read" and "Execute" . Execute might work with "Scripts template" but "READ" should work for analysis types and Reports.
We are already struggling with "Read Only" Access in security filter as its not working now.
    Thanks
    Edited by: user7918731 on Mar 2, 2011 11:22 AM

The behavior for Analysis type, workbook and script as follow:-
The Analysis type create/update/delete option will be enabled, read and execute option will be disabled by default.
The report workbook read option will be enabled, and other two options will be disabled.
The script execute option will be enabled, and other two option’s will be disabled.
For providing “Read Only” access in security filter, Switch to the administration tab, Click on Security Filters, Click on Add button, Open Create Security Filter window, Select the access level to Read Only and select user in assigned user , Click on ok.
    It should work.

  • Oracle Business Intelligence - Past Due Schedule Value Aging report

    Hi,
I am a beginner in Oracle Business Intelligence. There is an issue with 'Past Due Schedule Value Aging' report
[this report displays order lines that are booked, but not yet fulfilled, and the date past the schedule ship date.].
Actually, the report is supposed to ignore the order lines that have been 'cancelled' (having a quantity of '0').
But, it is displaying the 'cancelled' lines as well.
I am supposed to analyze entire logic for 'Past Due Schedule Value Aging' report (Oracle Supply Chain - Release 12).
So, could anybody please provide the list of the steps to get the entire code? Also, please let me know if I am supposed
to install any specifc tool to look into the content of this report.
    Thanks in advance.

  • BEx formula change not working in existing Analysis for Olap/Analysis for Excel reports

    Hello all,
I posted this in Analysis for OLAP, but there has been no response so I'm hoping perhaps you BEx experts can help me.
I had to modify a formula in a Bex query to have it calculate the results of the formula by summation.
I checked the query using BEx Analyzer and it summed correctly.  If I create a new analysis for olap report, it sums correctly.
If I modify an existing report, it does not pick up the change.  Existing Analysis for Excel reports also do not pick up the new summary calculation.
Using the CMC, I edited the connection and reselected the Bex query, but that did not work either.
Here it is working in the query:
Line Discount is a formula with logic checking to see if "product list price total amount" is 0, set the line discount to 0; otherwise calculate it as "product list price total amount" - Net Sale.  So the total needs to sum of the line discounts (0+2820+2820 = 5640) and not be the Overall result "product list price total amount" - Overall Result "net sale" (13960-96720= -82760).
Here it is in an existing Webi report - working:
Here is what is happening in an existing Analysis for OLAP report - not working:
I also tried to unselect Line Discount as a key figure from the existing report and reselect it, but that did not work.
I'd like to find a solution so that all the reports that use this query won't have to be rewritten.
    I'm on BW 7.0 EP 1 SP 10 and BI 4.0 SP7 Patch 5.
    Thank you for your help,
    Susan

    Hi,
Apply Exception aggregation on line discount formula--Exception aggregation as Total---Reference characteristic as Promega product.
Make sure to refresh the webi report once after the changes has been done.
If this does not work then you can apply summation calculation for that column at webi level as well.

  • Web analysis, SQR Production Reporting, and maybe Interact Rpting are dead?

    Hi,
I dont wish to hurt anyone but would like to know the facts from experts.
Look Smarter blog says "Web analysis, SQR Production Reporting, and maybe Interactive Reporting are dead?"
    http://looksmarter.blogspot.com/search/label/Top10
    Is this true?
    Thanks,
    Shashi

    Hi Mehmet,
thank you. I could not answer on friday, was not at office.
I tried according to the instructions of oracle ( http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17236_01/epm.1112/pr_studio/frameset.htm?data_connection.html ). See comments:
To create an Essbase data source connection:
    1. OK
Select Connection on the main SQR Production Reporting Studio screen.
The Create Data Connection wizard is displayed.
    2. OK
On the first page, enter a name to identify the data connection.
For example, you could enter Essbase to identify a connection to an Essbase data source.
    3. OK
On the second page, select DDO to identify the data source provider.
    4. NOT OK. The messages shown: "Unable to start the JVM. Ensure that the JRE section of the SQR.INI file contains the correct directory. (4)"
"Unable to erad DDo Registry.Properties file. Check location and accessibility, an that the sqr.ini DDO pathvariable settings are correct (DDO.3)."
On the third page, select an Essbase data source.
The wizard displays the available registries and data sources.
Seems some setting problems. We would check that. Any suggestions to that error??
    Ole

  • Due analysis reports

I have  a Posting date ,0calday,doctype,amount field in the ARcube.
During runtime User can enter the 0calday-current date
no ofdays based on that current date -posting date I have to caluclate no of days
    Report format is
posting date docutype amount no of days  0-30 31-60 61-90 91-120
How can I build report like this and calulating 0-30 to 91-120 values
    Advance thanks

    Hi Smartone,
Create retricted key figures on amount field.
For 0-30 days select amount restrict it by Posting date . For posting date before you select a variable choose  selection option , between and then in the list select a varaible which is Singlevalue Mandatory entry. For range select 0 to -30 as offset.
Similarly for 31 - 60 days repeat the above procedure and in the offset select -31 to -60  and so on
Instead of posting date you can use Calday as you have many business content variables available for selection.
I don't have access to the system to give you technical names of the varaibles.
    Hope this helps.
    Vijay

  • Vendor's payment due  analysis - Payment method wise

    Hi Sapients,
We currently use transaction S_ALR_87012078 to analyse what vendors are due and payable at any given date.  At the moment this cannot (or we don't know how) get this split by payment method T (EFTs) and C (Cheques).
Is this something that can be done in the same report or some another report there for the purpose?
    Rgds,
    BABA

    Hi VVR,
Please note that while creating the vendor invoice thru FB60 / MIRO, we do not put the payment method there and even we don't want to put as we have the Automatic payment program F110 in place. The way you are saying will only be possible when the payment method appears in invoice document which does not happen in our case.
    Rgds,

  • FIAR report..

    Hi all ,
We r working on FIAR overdue report .
I have to display the Amount key figure from the 0FIAR_O03 ODS based on the following conditions:
1.Key date(in selection screen) > Net due date
    2.Posting date <= key date(in selection screen)
    3.Clearing date > Key date(in selecvtion screen)
I have created the restricted key figures and used variable offsets like below
to calculate Overdue Amounts < 180 and > 180 days.
ex. for < 180 days overdue amount
For less than 180 days:  Restricted keyfigure with netduedate >= keyduedate-180;keyduedate-1
For greater than 180 days : Restrcited keyfigure with net duedate < keyduedate - 180 .
Now user wants instead of having 180 days, he wants to enter Days in selection screen alongwith key date.
For ex.user may want to enter 30 days or 60 days or 90 days.
User dont want to create more columns for 30,60,90 insteand of that he wants to enter in selection screen. So that report has to be generated based on the user input.

So for this i creates a bex exit variable in CMOD -RSR00001-EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001.
Let me explain in more detail .
ZVAR4 is my bex variable ( single value ) .
    0P_KEYDT is my Keydate.
ZDAY is my User enterd variable .
    for greater than 180 : Restricted keyfigure netduedate < ZVAR4 .
for less than 180 : Restricted keyfigure netduedate in between [ZVAR4 AND KEYDATE]
    Iam using the following code
    CASE I_VNAM.
      WHEN 'ZVAR4'.
        IF I_STEP = 2.
          CLEAR L_S_RANGE.
          LOOP AT I_T_VAR_RANGE INTO LOC_VAR_RANGE
          WHERE VNAM = '0P_KEYDT'.
            key_date = LOC_VAR_RANGE-LOW.
            EXIT.
          ENDLOOP.
          LOOP AT I_T_VAR_RANGE INTO LOC_VAR_RANGE
          WHERE VNAM = 'ZDAY'.
            offset = LOC_VAR_RANGE-LOW.
            offset = offset - 1.
            EXIT.
          ENDLOOP.
          key_date = key_date - offset.
          L_S_RANGE-LOW = key_date.
          L_S_RANGE-SIGN = 'I'.
          L_S_RANGE-OPT = 'EQ'.
          APPEND L_S_RANGE TO E_T_RANGE.
        ENDIF.
    endcase.

  • Analysing details of SQL trace and runtime analysis for a report.

    Hi,
I am trying to tune the performance of a Z ABAP report for target group export. A brief overview of what is done in the report is the retrieval of BP details present in the Target group including BP general, address, marketing attributes, person responsible and contact person details. As the target groups can be quite huge (around 6000 BPs), the report gives performance issues. I want to understand on how to analyse the details which I obtained from the run time analysis and SQL trace and on how to take it forward.
Any inputs in this regard would be helpful.
    Thanks in advance,
    Anushree

    In Runtime analysis Look for
ABAP -  In your ABAP code
DATABASE  -  It shows the performance of your SELECT statements in your program.
Just check how much % it is showing for both.
Check for following in your code.
    1) Avoid SELECT *
    2) Clear internal tables values which are not required at the ending of program, as it saves memory
    etc.

  • Customer analysis - INVOICED SALES report

    Hi all,
Please can someone advice how to run the ollowing report, I am not getting any data. for report MCE and other MC reports.....?

    Hi ,
These are Sales infomation structure , which a kind of report generation in a SD module.
Sap have given some report like MCTA , MCSI -
    etc.
you see in this menu path
Easy access > logistic> sales and distribution -- > sales information system -- > standard analysis.
Standard analysis is the SAP given reports.
if we want to create , we have to configure in flexible analysis.
A link is maintain like in customer relevant of info struction. so when ever we do the transaction the same will get updated to the information structure.
    thanks
