Dynamically need to change the report value reference names

Hi Forum,
Greetings to all !!!
I have to create one report(document summary report) and the parameters are Document type(Special Information name through lov) and start date and end date.
Based on these parameters it will fetch only that document details. I prepared the report based on this , now user selecting another document type then the segmets which are attached to this is coming but the heading details are not able to change in the report layout.
Can any body suggest me how to create the layout for this type of reports.

We are running report in t-code:S_ALR_8701225, but last two days onwards we are not able to see the Expand and Collape tab option and Hierarchy option also, and the report format also got changed but the user want as per the previous format and which we can do the drill down. Please help me.
And please inform me how to get the report name .

    I have program ,where if the profiles 'printer and nunber of copies ' are set at the user level, by default when the report completes the O/p will be sent to the printer mentioned in the set-up. but what user wants is
    if these Profiles are set for the user running this program automatic printing should not be done.

    I have a batch value in the Purchse requistion and due to generation of reports I need to change the batch value in the PO.
    When i try to change the batch value system is trowing an error that Batch value different from PR.
    Please suggest me if I have any ways to  change the batch value in PO. The message what I get cannot even be changed to a warning message.
    Due to  typical calcution of tax for my client. I need to change the batch value at PO.

    But when I run the form, it says this property is not recognised.

  • Need to change the properties of ADUser form dynamically

    Hi all,
    We have a requirement wherein a user needs to be provisioned AD based on OIM user profile attribute.The conditions for provisioning are :
    1. We have two AD domains ex - ABC and XYZ.
    2. If user's organization is CST then he needs to be provisioned to ABC domain else XYZ.
    3. In AD process definition form "UD_ADUSR" we have an attibute organization which should take value from a lookup definition ex - LookUp.ADReconciliation.OrgABC for ABC domain and LookUp.ADReconciliation.OrgXYZ for XYZ domain.
    4. Similarly for UD_ADUSR's child table UD_ADUSRC have the group field which should take the value from a lookup definition ex - LookUp.ADReconciliation.GRPABC for ABC domain and LookUp.ADReconciliation.GRPXYZ for XYZ domain.
    How can we change the AD Process definition form dynamically reflecting the LookUPCode name depending upon OIM profiles attribute.Do we need to create RuleDesigner or Adapter or there is some other way ?

    Because of some project constraints, I cant use the above two solutions - creating a new RO and Dynamic lookup :(
    I misunderstood the Dynamic lookup part - If I am wrong this means that we will be having all our data in one table and will be fetching some values based on certain criteria ( i.e populating the look-up dynamically )
    But in our project we cant use this as, we strictly have two seperate lookups for two different domains.
    Just clearing the requirement once again -
    1. We have one AD User form
    2. OrganizationDN is a field on that form having look-up type values attached with it.
    3. I need to decide the look-up definition name (one among the two ) which will be attached with this field based on user's OIM profile attribute
    I am trying this with the API I mentioned above.
    My confusions are -
    1. First and foremost thing am I going in right direction.
    2. If yes, will it be possible to get the formKey before the user is provisioned to AD ?
    Also from the SDK Oerations I found this method -

    what you mean by based on date??
    When ever the data is refereshed in targets that will be reflected in reports provided if you dont have any aggreagates...if you have then you need to do rollup activity..

  • Need help changing the default Save Path

    We are implementing SAP, and will be using Citrix as the source for the GUI.  One of our requirnments are, that we need to change the default "Save Path" that users save documents too.   By default, this is to the C drive, but, we need it set to a different drive (i.e. V: on the citrix server).
    We found this note on SDN (see below) - however, it does not explain how to change or add this registry value?  Is this done in the GUI options, or in regedit?  If in reg-edit, where abouts in the tree does it go?

    (As of SAP GUI 7.20, patch level 4) the REG_EXPAND_SZ registry value InitSaveDir can be used to configure the default path and folder for users to save the reported information in case of an access denial due to security rules. If users change the default path and save the information to an individual location, this new path will be kept as long as the user does not terminate the program. When starting SAP GUI again, users will get the configured default path again to store the reported information, the individual path changes will be lost. If the registry value does not exist, the default directory is the document directory of the SAP GUI.
    By default none of the above registry values exists. In order to change the behavior of the security module, the registry values need to be created and set to the desired value. A not existing registry value means use the default.

  • How to change the location value after it is registered

    hello,
    I want to change the location (A) to a new schema. From what I am understanding, I need to unregister the old locatin(A) in repository browser, and then re-register it in control center, and change the schema name to my new target.
    Now, I have unregisted A in the repository browser. When I come back to control center, and click the register, everything is grey out which means I cannot change the value (but i need to change the value for service name and schema), except the password value. and on the top, it says 'this location has not been registered. please complete the location parameters'.But I know on the old version, like owb 9.0.5, the grey out means this location is registered. So I am really comfused now. The location is unregisted, why cant I change the value of this location?
    any suggestion will be appreciated.

    Here is what I was referring to - when in Control Center, I have the database locations. (sources, targets, OWF etc). Under a database location I selected the connector/location name under Connectors. When I select Deploy Action to Drop the connector/location name will remain. However, if you were to check in the database or the Repository Browser (Locations Report) you will see that the db link is gone. At this point you can safely modify the Locations info in the Connection Explorer (in Design Center). On the other hand, if you want the location to be deleted all together then now you can delete it in the Connection Explorer panel. If you did the prior drop step then at this point all db link info should be gone from the database.

    Here are the requirements for US passport. Scroll down for the passport tool to make the picture utilizing one on your disk.

    If you decide to make it in Elements and print it, you should have a resolution of 240-300 px/in for a good output.  I suggest that you print the 2 photos on good quality paper, probably both on 4x6 stock, and trim with scissors to specification.
    Open your picture and go to Image>resize>picture size, and check the resolution. If it is less than 240 px/in, enter 240 in the field and see if the dimensions remain adequate. If not, you may have to resize.
    Use one of the selection tool, e.g. lasso tool, or selection brush tool, to select head and shoulders
    Go to Edit>copy to put the selection on the clipboard
    Open a new, blank file (File>new>blank file) 2.25 x2.25", resolution the same value as your picture, background white
    Go to Edit>paste. The picture will be on its own layer
    Access the move tool to position it, and to resize with the corner handles of the bounding box, if necessary

    You can change the activity reference period in the Plan Form - > Not In Program tab from annually to monthly. However, it will impact all the calcuations as it will use monthly values for everything. Please be careful of this. I would suggest testing this (along with posting back the increases to ensure they are annual amounts) before proceeding with this.

    Go to the Row Properties, and in the Visibility tab, you have "Show or hide based on an expression". You can use this to write an expression that resolves to true if the row should be hidden, false otherwise.
    Additionally, in the Matrix properties you should take a look at the filters section, perhaps you can achieve what you wish to achieve through there by removing the unnecessary rows instead of just hiding them.
    It's only so much I can help you with the limited information. If you require further help, please provide us with more information such as what data are you displaying, what's the criteria to hiding rows, etc...

    You can't do this on a running VI. If you have an idle VI, you can open a reference to that VI and use an invoke node with the Make Current Values Default method, but that will only work in LV (i.e. not in an EXE) and will affect all the controls. What you can do is save the values to a file and load them when the program starts. OpenG's File I/O package includes some VIs which will help you with that.

    i dont know what is your requirement exactly.If you can give a better explanation of ur requirement we can help you. But to answer your question yes we can get new values for the variable in the planning function.
    for this you need to couple the planning function together with the planning filter in a planning sequence. This planning filter should have the variable that you wanted to change. In the WAD when you want to call this planning sequence there is an option to call variable screen. If you enable this, it will pop up the variable screen to get this value again.
