    I am using the standard function module for sending mails.
    ** To Trigger a mail **
      CALL FUNCTION 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'
        EXPORTING
          document_data = ls_docdata
          put_in_outbox = lc_x
          commit_work   = lc_x
        TABLES
          packing_list  = lt_objpack
          contents_txt  = lt_objtxt
          receivers     = lt_reclist.
    lt_reclist contains two recoreds
    1) RECEIVER                                             requestor's mail id
       REC_TYPE                                             U
       COPY                                             X
    2)RECEIVER                                             approver's mail id
       REC_TYPE                                             U
    The mail is trigered from requestor's inbox.
    The problem here is that neither the approver is recieving the mails in his inbox nor the requestor is recieving a copy of mail in his inbox but there is a copy of this mail in requestor's outbox.
    I am testing all this in business workplace inbox as there is no provision of trigering mail in the development server.
    Please help me on this.

    No copy in requestoru2019s inbox nor a mail in approveru2019s inbox.
    After a few minutes the status of all mails change to Error in SOST .
    What is the problem in sending mails...?

  • Mail not coming in even though it's on the server

    A friend is having trouble receiving her emails. She's running 10.4.11 on an eMac.
    The last email she received was 5 days ago. She can send emails no problem. When we look at the server via Account Info we can see all her emails but they're not transferring to her inbox. Strange!?
    Action taken so far:
    Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
    Move this Folder to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
    Move this file to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
    Reboot.
    If that doesn't do it and you can afford to redo all your Rules, try these & reboot...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist.backup
    This has not worked. Any further info/help would be appreciated.

  • Mail not coming in from Gmail

    I know there are a zillion discussions dealing with Mavericks email and Gmail (which was all working fine before the upgrade!), but I would like to talk about one very specific show-stopper I am experiencing. That is - new email is often simply not appearing!
    I can see the new email at Gmail via the web. I can see it in iOS 7 Mail on my iPhone 5 and iPad 2. I can see it if I use the Airmail application on my Mac. I can see it in the Gmail app on my Nexus 7.
    But in Mavericks Mail the new mail is simply not appearing in my Inbox.
    Right now I see new mail directly via the web in 3 accounts, but they aren't appearing in  Mavericks Mail.
    Because of this I keep returning to Airmail (after all, a guy's gotta check his email), but that application also has its own eccentricities and bugs and until those are worked out I think I would prefer to work in plain old, sedate Mail.
    But if new mail doesn't come in what can I do?
    I don't have anything customized (like those old Tidbit articles saying to turn this or that Gmail folder on or off). Just standard settings.
    Any suggestions?

    Sue, I'm glad you tried this. I had been considering trying what you did, but after reading your note I finally decided to give up the ghost on Apple Mail. It just got severely broken with Gmail accounts in Mavericks. Mail was never what I would call "robust" to begin with. I hate those very long "database upgrades" when you upgrade your OS. And I've had it completely fail when attempting to restore once from Time Machine, and had to get my data retrieved from my CCC (Carbon Copy Cloner) backup instead. So I feel pretty skeptical about Mail.app now.
    I'm sure Applel is aware of it, which is why they released a "fixed" update of Mail. Unfortunately it didn't fix it.
    In my case, I've switched to the Airmail mail client, available from the App Store for just $1.99. It has its own quirks, but it also has some really nice features that Mail doesn't have, and the developers seem to be more actively interested in upgrading it all the time.
    I also tried Thunderbird, which is much improved over the last time I tried it years ago, and is worth looking at, and free. But I found it rather slow compared to Airmail.
    My recommendation would be to try Airmail for now. You can also download their "beta" instead of the version from the App store. That is free, and keeps you on the leading edge of bug fixes.
    Since it is IMAP, if you don't like it, you can always go back to Mail or another client if you find something better. But at least Airmail works with Gmail and your mail reliably comes in!

    step1: u have to check connection is maintain / not to mail outlook by using report:  RSALERTTEST
    step2: r u provide correct user details in SU01 .

    I'm not receiving any e-mail, and I'd tryed so much.
    Sent by 4 or 5 different e-mail's, but none came.
    What can be this?

    netflix tried 3 times to send me mail so I could change my password but I could not get the email. I gave them my yahoo email address and the mail came right through . Any idea why I could not receive email they told me to check my junk mail box but I cant find one? Thanks for any help

    By default any mail that Thunderbird thinks is junk gets a junk icon placed beside it and it goes into your Inbox. You can set up a Junk folder but since you seem to know nothing about Junk I doubt that you have setup junk controls and modified the default
    The more likely possibility is your providers spam filter is catching the messages and they are going into the Spam folder on your providers server.
    You need to log into your account at your providers web mail page and check the spam folder there.

    Verify that you are not offline.
    Open Connection Doctor under Window in the Menu bar when Mail is active.
    Do you see Green lights for your iCloud account?
    If no, click on the Show Detail button.

    I placed an ad on Craigslist and the responses don't seem to be coming through. I've read that iCloud has a silent filtering 'feature' that blocks things that it thinks are spam before they're even delivered. Is there any way to disable this? I'd like to get my e-mail.

    If the email is being filtered at Apple's end there's nothing you can do about it.  You'll need to change your ad and get a temporary Gmail address for responses, or some similar solution.

  • Mail - 'some' mail not coming thru

    Hi All,
    Recently I have stopped receiving email from a gmail.com and live.com email address - I have regularly received emails from these people in the past.  I do appear to be receiving emails from other gmail accounts and other various corporate and retail addresses.  I don't have any exclusion rules established and these missing emails are not in my junk folder either.
    I did a 'Mailbox-Rebuild' on the affected account, but still nothing on my mac.  Similarly my two iOS devices are also missing the emails.  It's as if they were never received at the apple server.  A copy forwarded to a corporate address shows my me.com address was correctly used and several separate replies was also missed.
    Has anyone experienced this and what fix was needed?

    Me too, driving me nuts.  My husband is receiving emails that I am copied on, he gets them and I don't but we are both icloud.  Other emails haven't landed in my inbox either but to see actual proof of it really stinks.  My income relies on my email working... not good at all.

  • Yahoo mail not coming through

    I upgraded my first-gen iPhone to 2.0, and now the phone won't retrieve Yahoo mail. Oddly, the phone is only showing emails dating back to 6/15. It attempts to connect to the mail server, but never downloads new mail. I've tried powering off the phone, but that didn't work.
    Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?

    My iPhone has been "stuck in stupid" several times a day in regards to downloading email since the new software. I've had this happen before...but never several times a day, every day. Anyhow, try turning off the phone for a second and see if that gives your phone what it needs to go fetch those emails.
    I'm still having problems with my phone in lots of areas. I wish I'd never downloaded the new iTunes and new iPhone software. Everything was great before that......
