E shops best buy ? can this be done

I wonder if anybody has some wisdom on the below 3 questions

I wanted to open a eshop could anybody recommend one ?
I also wanted to give each item a weight and the e shop would
work out the postage, i.e if you bought 4 items and one weighed 1
kg and the others weighed 2 kg it would charge you for a parcel for
a 7kg all done automaticaly, its just some of the items weigh 0.5
kg and some weigh 2kg and i did not want to work out each postage
per order I wanted it worked out there and then so people could
complete the order ?
Also is it ok to quote other websites and state there prices
for the same goods and make the point yours is cheaper, I know the
big supermarkets do it , comparing prices etc ...thanks

Also consider that one item could be say, 12" X 12" and weigh
a couple of
ounces. Another could be the size of a brick and weigh
several pounds.
Handleability is as important as weight when shipping. Of
course if you
sell bricks you would understand 1/2 of the problem :-)
