EarlyWatch Individual Email Configuration - configure email transmission

Is it possible to configure EarlyWatch Alerts to be received via email on an individual basis?
We have 5 EWAs created each week for 5 different production systems. I would like to send 2 reports to one email recipient, 5 to another, 1 EWA to another recipient etc... so that I can choose which EWA is sent to who.
At the moment, I can only see via SMSY -> Edit -> Automatic Email Transmission to be able to add a recipient and they will receive all EWAs.
Please help?

Hi Rohan,
There is a way to send individual EWA reports for systems that are part of one solution to a separate users.
For example if you have solution called u201CXYZu201D that contains 5 systems and you want to send EWA for 1.,2. and 3. system to one e-mail address and 1.,3.,4. and 5. another email address.
1. You need to set up automatic e-mail transmission for EWA session for all e-mail addresses that will receive EWA reports:
Tx. DSWP -> Edit -> Automatic e-mail Transmission -> create E-mail Recipient
2. Then you need to setup 2 things in tx. SPRO:
2.1 Tx. SPRO -> Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Solution Monitoring/Reporting -> Sending Service Reports by Internet E-mail -> E-mail Filter (Maintenance)-> Map Systems to E-Mail Addresses
Here you enter table name: DSWP_SYS_EMAIL and choose icon u201CCreate Entriesu201D (same thing you can do with Tx. SM30).
Fill table with e-mail addresses and SID; for each combination specifically and save.
2.2. Then return to SPRO and setup: Tx. SPRO -> Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Solution Monitoring/Reporting -> Sending Service Reports by Internet E-mail -> E-mail Filter (Maintenance)-> BAdi EWA E-Mail Filter
Here you should have and activate Enhancement Implementation u201CDSWP_EWA_EMAILFILTER_BADI_IMPLu201D which sap provided for this purpose.
To activate in this screen mark check box u201CActive(IMG)u201D and whole line and then click on button display in the bottom of the screen.
Then choose Enhancement Implementation -> Activate (Ctrl+F3) and Save.
Now, near Enhancement implementation field should write u201CActiveu201D, in the middle of screen in u201CRuntime Behavioru201D section u201CImplementation is activated in Customizing (IMG)u201D check box should be marked and u201CEffect in current Clientu201D should be Implementation is calledu201D
If you set up all 3 steps properly, your future EWA reports for systems should go only to e-mail addresses as you enter in table: DSWP_SYS_EMAIL.
Note that all e-mails must be also visible in automatic e-mail transmission (step 1.) do not delete them there.

Not sure about Utilities on your iPad. Do you mean the Settings app?
First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appear. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.

  • Can I open the Mail app without configuration an email address?

I'm trying to open a .eml file, which seems possible in the Mail app.  However, I can't open the Mail app without configuration an email account.  I don't have an email account to configure; just want to open the file.  Or, let's suppose, I just wanted to browse the interface?  How to avoid the account setup part?

Just enter anything short & plausible in as few fields as you can get away with : '[email protected]' works here, you'll get a brief 'not responding' or such at each stage, but it does allow you to use Mail.

  • Custom Configuration - CRM Email Center

    Details what it’s occurring:
    1. In Email Center Custom Configuration, I created a new server group: EMC Desenvolvimento
    2. I created the Database Server: OEDES
    3. The DBA confirmed that the Global Name of the Data base is “OESDES”.
    4. I made the Custom Configuration of the Database Server, I typed name “OEDES” in the
Database Global Name field and clicked update.
    5. After that, when creating the link to Email Server Database for OO user, the following message appears:
“An error occurred while creating the database link due to invalid Database Global
Name. Please go to the Database Server page and enter a valid Database Global
    6. I found in Help link the “Creating the Database Server” text- item 9:
In the Database Global Name field, type the global name of the OES database. This value can be obtained from the GLOBAL_NAME table. It is
typically a combination of the database SID and the domain name. This field is
    not case sensitive.
    7. Being thus, I typed in the Global Name field a combination of the database SID and the domain name: “OESDES.<domain name>”.
    Other message appeared:
    ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 906 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 39 ORA-06512:

    ORA-06512: at line 1
The db link has been created into the CRM database when I've done the Email
    Center configuration.
    CRM database:
    SQL>select db_link,username from dba_db_links;
    OESDES.<domain name>@APPSTO_OO OO
    OEDES.<domain name>@APPSTO_OO OO
    Email database:
    SQL>select * from GLOBAL_NAME;
    OESDES.<domain name>
    What happened?

    Hello All,
Appreciate if you could provide any pointers. I think this either mite be related to the code link property of the iview or the PCD path of pages/roles which we do in CRM SPRO.

Welcme to the cmmunity supprt frums
Here is a work around i found from this link
    The workaround is as follows:
    1. log in to BIS
    2. set up a new account
    3. enter email ONLY - do not enter the password; hit next
    4. choose "I will provide the settings to add this email account."; hit next
    5. choose "This is my work email account."; hit next
    6. Yea! Now you can choose "I can access my email account using a Web browser (Outlook® Web Access)" and hit next
    7. Fill in the web access url (remember the https if it's secure), user name etc.; hit next

  • Regarding Email Alerts configuration

    Hi Experts,
I have done the normal alerts configuration, its working fine. Then how to configure the Email Alerts, here I have to use the distributed email list not a single mail address, so how to do the configuration.
After normal alerts configuration we click on fixed receipients and gave user id and in the SU01 transaction we have to give the mail id for the mentioned user id, is it same for the distributed mail (one mail list, internally this list contains many mail IDs) also or any other method is there?
    Thnaks & Regards

    Hi Rajesh,
Yes I have configured the mail server details. I am able to receive the normal mails also, but my question is how to configure the distributed mail?

  • Configuring outgoing email on premise other than port 25 in SharePoint 2013

I tried everything to get email alerts, but emails are not coming. I tried changing port number in IIS6 . I followed and saw many different articles on net to configure outgoing email settings. I followed the article here in the link "http://www.delphi-ts.com/blogs/lozzi/post/2011/02/09/Sending-SharePoint-emails-through-alternate-ports.aspx"
, still emails are not coming. What am I missing here?
    Please help

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to configure outgoing email on premise other than port 25 in SharePoint 2013.
As the article said, there wasn't a way for SharePoint to select the outgoing port.
The workaround is to send Emails to SharePoint Server OS itself over port 25, and then Windows server  SMTP in turn route the Emails to Microsoft online over port 587.
For more information, you can refer to:
Step by step configuration of Outgoing Emails from SharePoint to Microsoft Online

While creation, I have selected ServiceType as MessagingService. Then in Message Type Configuration page have selected Request Message Type as Text and Response Message Type as None. Now in Transport Configuration page email option is not showing in protocol. It's only showing http , jms option there.

  • G500 need help with Intel Rapid Storage Technology email notifications configuration.

I have a new Lenovo G500 laptop running Win 8.1. I have discovered the Rapid Storage Technology icon and have been trying to set up email notifications in Preferences using the desktop interface.
Without going into a lengthy description about what I have done already, I can tell you that I have configured the Email Preferences so the test email does not fail immediately, but it does not send the email, either; it just spins In Progress without stopping until cancelled manually using the button. I get no error messages.
I have looked at firewall and allowing IntelCpHeciSvc.exe through because I wanted to see if it made a difference; I have looked for Intel entries in System Configuration & Task Manager Services to try and find a reason for the test email not sending, there.
I have the correct SMTP host address and corresponding Port correct, having gleaned the info from BT's web site, and all the email addresses I have included are active.
Can anyone suggest what I am failing to address?
    Moderator Note; subject edited

IRST(Intel Rapid Storage Technology) is mainly used for RAID setup and management.
According to Intel, it provides benefits to users of single drives as well.
It's recommend you install the proper version which is applied to every OS.
Pre-OS install driver is mainly basic driver used to make sure boot system successfully. Post-OS driver is primarily intended to some function working better.
