Edge Animate file working on main blog page but not on the individual blog post in BC

I recently uploaded an edge animate file to my blog which is host on Business Catalyst (BC). The edge file works on the main blog page but not on the individual blog post. How can I solve this problem?
I did the following steps:
I added the required Adobe Edge scripts on my main blog template.
Create folder on the server called "edge_includes" and uploaded the 'edge.5.0.0.min' file.
Create folder on the server called "js" and uploaded the 'jquery-1.7.1.min' file.
Copy and pasted the div to the part of the blog post I wanted the file to appear (<div id="Stage" class="EDGE-13973370"></div>).
Uploaded the name of the js file to the root called 'World of Code_edge.'
Uploaded the images to the existing folder called 'images.'

I'm still unable to figure out the problem.

Also, I get mixed results on the main blog page. Sometimes the image (Edge Animate file) on the main page shows and other times it does not. However, the image never shows on the individual blog post.

Go to Settings>Safari>Auto Fill>On .... Names and Passwords>On .... Use Contact Info>On. Make sure that your contact information is correct.
Then quit Settings and Safari completely and restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
See if that helps.

Show breadcrumb bar only on main list pages but not site pages

Is there any way to show the breadcrumb bar only on list pages (for example to navigate in document libraries, surveys, etc.) but no in site pages or wikipages. The only solution I found was adding a webpart to each page I want to
hide the breadcrumb bar but this is no long-term solution. How can I make sure that the breadcrumb bar only shows on ootb list pages but not on my site and wiki pages?

One way of hiding breadcrumb is through css. You can apply the css in custom master page that will hide the breadcrumb and in your default master page leave it as it is.
Using IE developer tool, check the class that is applied on the breadcrumb and apply as style of display none to that class. This way you can hide the breadcrumb. I don't have my dev box up so cannot tell the exact class right now but using IE developer
tool you will be able to find the same.

My Javascript works in Dreamweaver Live View, But Not On The Server

I set up a javascript function to set the focus to the first field in a form as the page loads. It works fine in Dreamweaver's Live View, but not on the local or remote servers. Here's the code:
In the heading I have the following function:

EUREKA! (and OOOPPPPSS!) I found the problem (and I thought javascript was case sensitive - according to the tutorial, it's supposed to be).
Here's apparently wha hoppen. The first field in the form is the person's first name, but it's also a SPRY validation field. I gave the actual field the name and id of "firstname", and the SPRY validation the name "FirstName", figuring that scripts would be case sensitive. In fact, when I first inserted the SPRY object, I tried to name it "firstname" also, but it wouldn't let me, so I capitalized the first letters, and it accepted that; that made me feel that this is OK. I accidentally tripped over the answer when I started using the Dreamweaver's Edit>Find Next search to see if I had something else named "firstname", and I found that it located every permutation of that word (e.g. firstname, FirstName, FIRSTNAME etc.). Having seen that, I tried changing the "name=" and "id=" to "fstname, and the same corresponding change in the javascript, and VOILA! it worked. That leaves me rather curious about this alleged "case sensitivity" thing. I get the impression that it IS case sensitive, except when IT'S NOT. How does this work, and how do I know when it is and isn't?

I want to erase all my files on my old MacBook Pro but not lose the applications.

I just bought a new MacBook Pro Retina. I was to erase all my files off my old MacBook Pro and give it to my cousin. However, I don't want to lose the programs, like Microsoft Office, because I don't have the disks to reinstall them. Anyone know how to erase everything but not lose the applications? Or do I just go manually through each file and delete?

What i would do is wipe the computer by going into recovery mode, then erasing the HD and formating it to Mac osx extended(journaled) then reinstall the operating system. After this is complete, just download a trial of office and enter your product key so you won't need the disk. But if you don't have the product key either then you would have to manually delete everything.

Video file works when downloaded in IE but not when downloaded in FF

I am constantly being sent QuickTime MOV files from a client via YouSendIt. Whenever I download the file via Firefox, it appears to download fine but it will not play the video. I get the error message "Error -2048: Couldn't open the file because it is not a file that QuickTime understands." Yet whenever I download the exact same file to the exact same desktop and try to open it with the exact same QuickTime player, but using Internet Explorer to click the download link (and handle the downloading, I suppose)... it works fine and the video plays perfectly. WTF?
All other variables are identical. The only difference here is that the file is unusable when downloaded via FireFox yet perfectly fine when downloaded via Internet Explorer. Why? How is this possible?
The only difference I can see on my desktop is that the version of a test video is 39,305,216 bytes when downloaded using FF, yet the exact same file is 39,370,752 bytes when downloaded using IE. I don't know if that's relevant information but how is this even possible since they are both downloads of the exact same file? Shouldn't both browsers neither add nor remove data from the file itself, so it should be the exact same file? Yet it's obviously different in some way, and apparently different in a way that affects the ability of QuickTime to play the file. Why would this be?

If it works in IE but not FF, then it has nothing to do with the mp3s. More likely it's because of the HTML on the page.
To start, page is missing DOCTYPE declaration... a MAJOR problem. The DOCTYPE declares which set of rules the browser will use to display the page. Without it, different browsers go crazy or do not work at all.

Works in Main Application mode but not the orange NXT mode for some NXT's

A simple Labview program designed using only NXT VI's worked in the Main Application but not in NXT mode. For some NXT's it worked in both modes but for others, just in Main Application mode. I've tried updating the firmware and plugging and unplugging the USB. Any thoughts?

I see. The problem is probably that when you are switching to the NXT Target mode, it is expecting to target the other brick to which you already deployed. If you right-click on the orange banner menu in the lower left corner, you should be able to select the other NXT, or use "Find NXT..." to scan/search for bricks.
Also, I reccommend giving all your NXTs unique names so this is more obvious. (you can use the NXT Terminal tool to do that).
If you still can't get the VI to run in target mode, restart labview.

In firefox I can open hotmail, but not open the individual emails. It works in explorer and chrome.

It previously worked fine in earlier versions of firefox. There's a message at the bottom of the hotmail window. I reloaded both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions,

Picture is on Podcast page but not in the episodes....

HELP! our picture is up on our podcast page in itunes, but it is not showing up in the indiviaul episodes....

The itunes:image tag is not supported at the item level. It is possible to include art within individual episodes, but the art is included within the media file’s metadata, not in the RSS feed. To add artwork to an episode using iTunes, highlight the episode and select "Get Info" from the "File" menu. Click the Artwork tab. Then click "Add," navigate to and select an image file, and click "Choose."
What this means is that the image that shows on an iPod is like album cover art for song files, so you add the artwork to your podcast file before uploading it to your server.

PS4 working on one T.V, but not on the other. Everything I do will not work.

Same problem here...Tested on my Samsung 24' LED and it works but not on my main TV a Samsung 50" Plasma:-( This sucks....BIGTIME!!! Also the 50" Plasma has the latest software/firmware already. As with others my PS3 is still working perfectly fine with the exact same 50" Plasma but NOT the PS4! Firefox opens web pages but not all the data or pictures.

Firefox 22.0 opens web pages slowly, it takes up to 30 seconds to load and then not all the pictures and data is loaded or it times out. If I hit the reload button, everything loads OK. This happens on mant sites, not just a few.
I use Google Chrome as my primary browser, and it is quite fast. My internet connection is commercial and it is OMG fast. I would like to replace Google Chrome( I hate being tracked), but at this point, the Firefox is just too slow.
Please advise how to correct these issues.

Make sure that Firefox is fully trusted in your security software.

"DO_KEY('EDIT')" works on some text items but not on the other text items

I have a form with 2 data blocks. You can click on the 'Edit' button and the editor appears for all items displayed on the 1st block. However, for the 2nd block, the editor only shows when you click on 'Edit' when the cursor is placed on the primary key (of the data block). The other displayed items of this block shows nothing when you click on 'Edit'.
I tried placing things like "Message('Hello') on the key-edit form level trigger and this message is displayed...except for the editor. So, this means that it's supposedly executing this trigger...but why is the editor not showing? I also compared the properties of the items showing the editor and the ones that don't and they are basically the same (except for the database item, x pos, y pos, etc).
Key-edit contains the following code..."edit_textitem(150,100,300,150);"
I tried changing the coordinates or placed a key-edit trigger on the block level, the results are still the same. I hope someone with the same experience or who knows something about this can help me. Thanks!

Insert page - but not at the bottom

Hi,
when I insert a page, it always adds it to the end of the document. Is there a way to insert it somewhere else, e.g. in the middle or at the top of the document? Any way to sort the pages perhaps?

You can either insert a page break or a new template page.
1) Click in the text where you want to insert a new page and choose Page Break in the Insert menu.
2) A template page is added after the current page. To make a page current click somewhere in the text on that page.
1) and 2) To rearrange pages, choose Show Page Thumbnails from the View menu. In the Drawer drag a page up or down the list to the new location.

Quicktime file works in Camino and Firefox, but not Safari

Hi all,
I just updated my iWeb site, which I use as a portfolio site. I have quicktime files loaded that are commercials I've worked on. Today I added one via iWeb, loaded it, then went to watch it and it doesn't work. The page opens, the QT window is there, but it's like the file doesn't load. The play line at the bottom remains light gray, and it doesn't fill up showing that the file is loading. HOWEVER, i've gone to both Camino and Firefox and it plays in both of those browsers.
I was previously on 3.1.2 and noticed there was an update available. Updated, then tried again and the same problem persists. I'm confused.
I'm guessing this has to be a Safari thing since i've been successful getting it to play in 2 other browsers. Has anyone come across this and know of anyway I can get this work? Having this available for viewing is pretty important, as I use that site as a portfolio site and a means of getting jobs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Okay, so both are back in the folder and I'm back to where I started; the QT window loads, but the status bar does not seem to be loading, that is, I can hit the play button but it won't play b/c it's like the file is not loading.
I did go to Help>Safari>Installed Plug-ins. Both are shown; there's a section for QuickTime Plugin.plugin and for QuickTime Plugin.webplugin. Both have a much larger header above them that says "QuickTime Plug-In 7.5.5." Not sure if that's pertinent or not. Just thought I'd post that info.

It's a small file, 4.6MB's so I can't imagine file size being a problem. There is a slight difference bt firefox and Camino when playing it; in Firefox, it takes about 8 seconds before it will start playing, like Firefox is loading it or something. In Camino, it plays right away. Not sure if that helps or is pertinent again, but just trying to provide as much info as I can. Thanks for the help.
