Elements 10 Windows Error
I recently installed Photoshop Elements 10 on my computer and everytime I want to do anything, I get the following Windows Error.
Elements 10 Organizer has
encountered a problem and needs to shut down.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you where in the middle of something,
the information you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

My system is Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002, Service Pack 3
AMD Athlon XP 2400+
200 GHZ, 250 GB Ram
75 GB HD with 36.9 GB free space
When I first got the program, I only had 256 MB of RAM. Thinking that was my problem, I bought an additional 2 GB of RAM. I am still experiencing the same problem. I previously had Elements 3.0 on this computer. My computer crashed and everything had to be re-installed. I could not put my hands on my 3.0 Disc, so I figured it was time to get the new version. Now, I'm not able to do anything.
Any and all help would be greatly appericated.

The error you have encountered is a thumbnail error. If you view in your widows folder view explorer settings set to large, try setting it to small in all your image folder settings. This is a bug of windows inherited from SP2.

Hello
I have installed on my PC Windows7 and Adobe Premiere 12 since April this year. For some days I can not use Premiere Elements. It comes following message: “Please uninstall and reinstall the product. The error code shown of the Screen is “Error.1”.
I have reinstalled the entire program today but unfortunately is still the same error message: Error: 1
What can I do to fix the error? Please be so kind and take Your help in simple words because my English is not so good.

Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 (assumed 64 bit)....
Very pleased to see that you have resolved your Premiere Elements 12, Error 1 issue, using an uninstall/reinstall.
Just two questions....
1. Was the solution doing the uninstall and reinstall, but with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Have you updated 12 to 12.1 Update, using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so.

Problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 10 : error DW046
Dear community members,
I have bought Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and installed it from the DVDs on my MAC OSX10.5.8 on december 27, 2013
When creating a new project , I get the following message :
following a serious error, Premiere Elements 10 must stop
Then I click OK and I get a new message :
The Premiere 10 application has closed suddenly after having been rebooted
Then I end up to the error report window. I have sent the error report to Apple ( I can send it to you if you want)
I have also got the following error message :
DW046 : following conflicting process were running, block : dynamiclinkmanager
Notice : it seems this problem is occuring since I underwent a power failure while working on a project. When I want to open an existing project I get the following message :
it seems that Premiere Elements has closed in an unexpected way during the last session. Do you want to open the previous project?
When I say YES, I save it and it comes back to the welcome menu and I cannot see this project.
I have tried to deinstall and reinstall Premiere 10 : this is impossible since I am required to deactivate dynamiclinkmanager that I cannot find.
Notice that Adobe AIR is unable to find a solution whilst it recognizes there is a problem.

When you get the message
it seems that Premiere Elements has closed in an unexpected way during the last session. Do you want to open the previous project?
Do you go to the last AutoSave to open that or do you go to the save location of the project file (project.prel) to open that file?
Are you getting message to close the dynamiclinkmanager so that you can move forward?

Invalid Serial Number Photoshop Elements (Windows) download
Can you help out? I have received an invalid serial number when installing the Photoshop Elements (Windows) 12. I have the serial number from the Adobe website for this product. What can be done to complete the installation?
Thanks!If the serial number is from Adobe website then all you need to do is to copy and paste it in your PSE so that there isn't any error in copying the serial number and inserting it manually in PSE.

Converting Organizer Catalog created for version 8 to Elements 11 errors out. Help?
The conversion of the Organizer Catalog version 8 to use with Elements 11 errors out. It asked me to repair the old catalog. I went back to 8, repaired it and optmized it as other articles mentioned, and still did not work. would somebody please help me?
It’s often a question of needing full permission settings and the easiest way to make it work is from an administrators account directly from the desktop which bypasses the welcome screen background processes.
Make a shortcut for organizer as follows:
On Windows right-click anywhere on the desktop and choose New >> Shortcut
Browse to Computer OS C:
Find the PSE Organizer application in Program Files or Program Files (x86) on Windows 7 - 64 bit.
C: >> Program Files (x86) >> Adobe >> Elements 11 Organizer
Within the Elements 11 Organizer folder find the application PhotoshopElementsOrganizer (not Photoshop Elements 11.0)
Select (highlight) PhotoshopElementsOrganizer and click Next
Then click Finish.
Now right-click on your new desktop icon and choose “Run As Administrator” Then authorize by clicking yes in the User Account Control dialog.
From the Organizer menu click:
File >> Manage Catalogs
Then click the “Convert” button
Select your desired catalog from the list of previous versions of PSE to highlight it then click the “Convert” button down below it
You should receive a message when the conversion has been successfully completed and your earlier catalog will be automatically re-named. Choose the new name from the list and click the “Open“ button and you are good to go. -
Cannot open more than 1 file without generating windows error
I am using Adobe Photoshop CS3 10.0.1 extended on Windows XPSP3. While I can open and edit any single file in the program, if I try to open a second file a windows error report is generated and the Photoshop is closed.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, turned off potentially conflicting services, removed scanner drivers etc. without resolving the problem.
Any suggestions what might be the root of the problem?

It's not limited to just Photoshop, but Elements 6 and Lightroom 2 but not Illustrator CS3. Interesting that it will pull up the images in the pre-editor but only errors when actually entering the workspace.
This sounds like a memory problem that is tied to the OS since it occurs across different programs. If the paging file has enough capacity then perhaps bad RAM? -
Purchased Photoshop Elements in error.

Requesting you to please go to https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us. When you click on download button (after selecting your OS details), it should open a new browser window (which will launch the Akamai installer automatically). Please cancel any installation or error shown.
The newly opened browser page will look something like this:
As highlighted, please click on these links (one by one) and see if it downloads the required files. The downloaded files will be compressed with 7z format. If you have some extracting tool (like WinZip) try extracting it. If you don't have it, download 7z. Its a free utility from Microsoft. Once downloaded and installed, you will be able to extract file and locate the PSE setup.
Please let me know if you face any issues.

Adobe Bridge CS3 windows error
Hi,
When I open Bridge cs3 on its own after a few seconds the window banner comes up. Adobe bridge has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for any inconvenience. The same happens if I try to open bridge from within Photoshop cs3
I can still work in the programme ok and move the windows error aside, I would like to fix the problem, Tried to debug but the programme just closes.
I use windows xp pro with all the latest updates that are available.
have any others experienced this problem and how to fix it.

Itunes wont open - Error 7 (windows error 127)
When downloading the lastest version of itune my computer crashed and now itunes will not open. It says itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall. Error 7 (windows error 127). Reinstalling intunes has not fixed the problem. Please help!

as of today when i plug my 7th generation ipod that i just got for christmas 2012 my pc shuts down to a blue screen with alot of writing then to black screen with alot of writing then to an all black screen then and windows error message my computer is ingood condition no malicious malware and has been clean i need help

When I plug in my Ipod Touch to my computer I can not access my Itunes library. The following message appears "The program cant start because MSVCR80.dll is missing." Also, another message appears as well - "Error 7 Windows error 126" as well as APSDaemon.exe.
I have NO IDEA what the heck to do.

Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates -
iTunes no longer works on my Windows VISTA system. Get error msg saying an application is attempting to access C runtime library incorrectly... Error 7, Windows error 1114. Same msg, or one that says unable to install, when trying to update or reinstall iTunes. iTunes worked well up until about a month ago when this error msg starting appearing.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

ITunes Windows Vista - Error 7 - Windows error 998, DEP
Trying to install iTunes on windows vista laptop, iTunes installs but when i try to open it i recieve:

In this context (launching itunes), DEP errors can indicate that some other program (other than QuickTime itself) has sprayed old versions of QuickTime componentry into unorthodox locations on the PC.
Although the error 7 is most commonly associated with Apple Application Support or .NET framework problems, it can also be associated with QuickTime trouble ... so that's consistent with the old, misplaced QuickTime componentry troubles as well.
So I think we'd better check on that possibility.
You'll need to check some view settings on the PC first.
1. From the Start menu, click Open.
2. In the Organize menu, click Folder and Search Options.
3. Click the View tab.
4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected, and the "Hide extensions for known file types" option is unchecked.
5. Click OK.
Now go "Start > Computer".
In Computer, open "Local Disk C:" or whichever drive your operating system is installed on.
Open the "Windows" folder.
*If you have a 32-bit Vista,* open the "System32" folder.
*If you have a 64-bit Vista,* open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files or folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the file or folder name? (In a standard installation of QuickTime, you should see precisely two files ... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.)
