Problem with aligning buttons with background image.

Dear all,
Just an introduction, I am a newbie to dreamweaver and currently hopelessly lost in solving some problems, and wish to seek your advice and help here.
I am creating a webpage with a background that shows a line across near the top of the site. I placed an image with the line as background under the page properties. I am placing buttons on that line, so when I mouse over the buttons, the part of the line above the buttons will darken, showing that the button has been selected.
The image of the buttons include the darken lines and the words. I can align the button lines with the background line when viewing the site in 100%, but on other resolutions or if I zoom in 125% or 150%, the lines are not aligned.
Here is a picture of my dreamweaver working area, where I manually adjust the buttons to align with the background line. The button lines are already not aligned here, but they look aligned on site in 100%.

Here are how the lines look at 150%. The arrows show where the button lines are not aligned with the background image line.

Can anyone advise how I can align the button lines with the background image line so that whichever resolution I view the lines will be aligned from side to side? Any tips and advice will be greatly appreciated, as I have been looking around DW for a day now and cannot find out how to fix this.

Hero slideshow on homepage is un-pinned, yet doesn't move vertically w other content when scrolling

I've created a hero slideshow on the homepage. It is "unpinned", however it doesn't move vertically with the rest of the content when scrolling up/down. It stays in its same spot and the other page content scrolls correctly.

Sadly, it is showing as unpinned in my file and I re-published the file and the carousel is still stuck. I've attached a screen capture showing the webpage (left, scrolled) and the muse file (right).
I'm sure this is something I'm doing wrong, do you have any other ideas?

SQL Developer: Right-click format doesn't work right with DATE datatype

Currently I'm using version SQL Developer Version 3.1.05.
Got a question regarding the 'auto-format' of syntax whenever writing in the code editor.
If you take this snippet of code and drop it into a worksheet, then highlight it, right click the mouse, then select "format" it's like it fails to add the proper spacing when it runs into the DATE datatype. I looked all through the : preferences > database > sql formatter > oracle formatting > edit and couldn't find anything regarding the formatting with date types.
Am I looking in the wrong area?? Is this a known bug? Having trouble searching for this exact issue too. I LOVE the format feature, but I hate having to go to each date type and manually spacing it out to make everything look 'clean'. I'm picky I guess :P I can live with it but figured I'd ask.

I put 3.1.07 as you'd suggested. Seems the problem is still occuring for me... probably a user preference though ;)
Open a new worksheet and drop this in, highlight everything, right-click and choose "format". All the keywords (varchar2, number, etc) should align on themselves making it look nice. I have mine set up to line-break after a comma. (I can't get it to format properly as I type it here onto the forums, so added a bunch of spaces to try to mimic it in this view)

Now, let's add another field in there, but this time a date/timestamp datatype. If you format it like this you will see that the keywords sort of 'reset' their position after it encounters a date/timestamp datatype. The date type doesn't align properly with the others.

My graphics tablet doesn't align with screen in Photoshop Elements 10

I had been using my Wacom Bamboo tablet on Photoshop Elements 10 with no problems whatsoever. Today it seems is a different story. As you can see in the image below, the tablet seems to not be aligned correctly with the screen. I am limited to draw in only the section I have scribbled in. I am unable to access any of the screen to draw, use tools etc because it just wont let me when using the tablet. When I use the mouse it is fine.
I have adjusted all of the settings and made sure everything is correct with my tablet driver and the settings of my tablet, I have no problem with any other program on my computer. I have two tablets and the same problem happens with both. I have tried un-installing Elements but the problem is still there when I re-install it.
I really am at a loss, it seems like such a simple thing to fix yet I am completely stumped on this one. Please help as I use my tablet on a daily basis and this really is gutting!!!

PSE will respect the Wacom settings and sensitivities. Go to your tablet control panel and check your pre-sets. Or select he brush tool in the Elements Editor and change the settings to suit.

24" iMac stand doesn't align with the body??

When I look at my 24" iMac, the unit itself doesn't align very well with the stand. I noticed that from many different angles.
It looks a little bit wired, but the unit swing very smoothly.
Does anyone has the same problem too??
Will it be better if I remove the stand and install it again?

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
It takes a special card that you must purchase from Apple to detach the stand from the iMac. I would suggest that if it doesn't appear to be attached correctly that you have an Apple Certified Technician check it out for you and make any necessary adjustments.

Doesn't NVL work with Assosiative array elements

Doesn't NVL work with Assosiative arrays? When i tried to UPDATE empdtls table with the values stored
in v_ename array, i got no_data_found error because
the query, select ename bulk collect into v_ename.....returns only 5 rows and v_ename(6) was null. So i tried NVL and COALESCE for v_ename(6). I couldn't succeed.
Any workarounds?

If you used a schema level collection type (i.e. created with CREATE TYPE) you could also use the unsupported SYS_OP_CEG function which appears to return collection elements for given index values without error if the element does not exist.

That feature is only in PS. Elements as you buy it has only limited support for smart objects. If you use File>Place to add something to your image it will come in as a smart object (within the limits to which PSE understands smart layers). However, if you know someone who can write an action for you in PS you can install it in PSE, or you could look into something like elements+ from simplephotoshop.com.

Align centers with one object stationary

My simple questions is how do you use Align Vertical/Horizontal Centers when you want align one object (say a label) to the center of another object without actually moving the first object?
Currently I just move the second object by hand and visually center it since the Align Centers button moves both objects.

That topic comes up occasionally. There is no "anchor point" object available in LV. It is something that I have wanted sometimes.
If this is important to you, post an idea on the LabVIEW Ideas Exchange Forum. If you can make a good case and many people agree with you, it might get implemented in a future version of LV.

Satellite Pro L20 doesn't work properly with USB Fast Track audio i.f.

I have used my Fast Track USB on new Toshiba Satellite L40 and I never had problems with it. I could set low latency and I did few songs with it.
Yesterday I bought another notebook, thinking of home recording studio. It's used Toshiba Satellite Pro L20. It doesn't work properly with my interface. When I listen music on Winamp or do anything on Fruity Loops I hear loud clicks, pops, noises. They introduce samples, or they appear during playback or after a sample is stopped.
I noticed, drivers for Satellite Pro L20 are a problem. Its not supported by Toshiba anymore?! The only drivers for chipset are very old and you can download em only from Toshiba website. The chipset is ATI Xpress 200M. Its drivers are with graphic card. Recently I noticed you can download "ATI Catalyst Legacy Display Driver for Windows XP - Motherboard/IGP Drivers 9.11" and CRACK IT to make it possible to install on mobile unit such as L20. Yep its funny but its impossible to do otherwise!

Thanks for answer. I still have L40 but I try to run my homerecording on L20. The L40 is now used by whole my family. It's possible to swap them but there's a problem - L20 has Norway keyboard and I'm the only person at home who doesn't often look down while typing. In Poland, we use standard ms keyboard. I'd buy special stickers, it's about only to make special chars get back to their places.
I installed Windows on this computer end set it to best performance possible.
Since I created this thread, guys from M-Audio support tried to solve my problem - nothing helped. I think potential solutions are exhausted.

Before you do upgrade to Snow Leopard, make sure your Mac meets the requirements.
Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard - Technical Specifications
Make sure the disc you tried using doesn't have any fingerprints or smudges on it. The optical drive can't read the disk otherwise.
If your Mac won't read the disc, might be a good idea to rule out any problems with the startup disk BEFORE trying to upgrade the system.

Have you moved or renamed your Aperture 3 version? If it is not installed in the "Applications" folder or not named simply "Aperture", then Software Update will not recognize it.
Put Aperture back and "Software Update" should find your version.

Is it possible to get the my searchengines back vertical with text as it always was, instead of seeing only the icons ?

in the menu bar at the top, there's the search bar. I have a lot of searchengines, and they show up when you press on the magnifying glass.
however since the latest update i guess. I only see the icons of my searchengines.
Is it possible to get them back vertically with text on the right of the icons. because i had them arranged in a specific order and knew exactly where the click when i performed a specific search.
now with only icons, it is more difficult because i have to hover over them to see the text which icon wich searchengine is.
so, i hope i can get them back to show up vertically :) with accompanied text.

That is the new Search Bar scheme which was introduced in Firefox 34, back in early December.
You can revert to the former scheme like this.
