Email server has been blacklisted by 5 blacklists and website support ticket doesn't work

Sorry, our websites support ticket button doesn't work at the moment, so I am looking for a mod/support guy to help out. Apologies for posting on forums.
I have been trying to get our emails of 5 different blacklists, I have gone through the lists manual delisting processes for four but cannot get it off the Sorbs Spam.
We are also constantly getting spam email every day.
I was wondering if you could please facilitate getting our server off this blacklist, (our website is stepglobal.com) and if there are any measures you can do to stop the amount of spam received and/or getting listed on these lists?
Also if a support person could look at our support feature and fix the 'continue' button.

The 'Form Values' file stores various autofill details - you didn't mention that file earier - did you also try moving that to the Desktop and retrying Safari to see if that was the problem? It can be found in the /Users/YourUsername/Library/Safari folder as well. -

No, not unless you have the email somewhere else as well. It's kind of the same thing with my devices, I delete an iMessage but if I search it in search it pops up, but I can't access it.

To reply to your question. I forward a copy of all emails to an account "[email protected]" suddenly on this past Thursday I find some 66,000+ emails in the junk folder of that email account and a tremendous amount of actiivity on my server email. So my first thought is that I've been hacked.
All actual email accounts seem to be functioning fine, and I've had everyone change their email passwords.
The unusual amount of activity sent up the red flag.
BTW. I ran the postconf -n again and am including it.

Not sure if you solved your problem, you probably did since there is no follow-up. But since I am in the midst of this quaundary, I'll give you a little heads up. I think 13010 might be when iTunes can't find a library. This does not mean your music is missing as you can have your media folder (containing all your actual iTunes files) and your library folder (the database that organizes all of your media files) in separate locations. I recently got a new computer and first pointed to the new media location and then also iTunes started to download the itunes library but for some reason deemed it damaged and may have removed it from it's original location as it can no longer find the library folder in that location.
My problem is this, no other forum post has helped me much in regards to the 13010 error. I removed the extras and genius files and still got the 13010 error. I reinstalled iTunes and still the 13010 error. At this point I am willing to scrap everything just to get a factory fresh version of iTunes and then attempt to import all my old media into it and then reorganize it myself. But as far as I know, there is no easy way to do this. -
I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
ThanksDid you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Internet Download error message: the connection with the server has been reset
With an WRT54GS v6 firmware v 1.50.9 on Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 7, Intel wireless internal adaptor w/ 802.11b, I was getting the error message "The connection with the server has been reset" when downloading most anything from the Internet. My IP address would then be reset and download would be interrupted. To resolve, I turned off the WZC (Wireless Zero Configuration) Services, and this seems to correct the problem.
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services > Wireless Zero Configuration > Disable

All apps are always tied to the account from whaich they were purchased and will always have to be updated using that account.
Just because the e-mail account is shut down, has nothing to do with the itunes account. Why did you create a new account? Why not just change the e-mail associated with the old account? -
