Enable/Disable Print Option

I can totally disable the print option from the security section of properties by setting a password. But i want to enable it through scripting in the form and then allow the user to print. Is there a way for it?

I am trying to print a report in APEX 4.0
using the free account APEX.ORACLE.COM .
I learning how to do this using the tutorial at:

In the tutorial it says:

Hi,
What model number is listed o the back of the printer?
The HP Wireless Direct feature is only available for the CE658A model, not for the CE657A model.

It is missing. 2G provide me that better cell coverage and less battery use.

I have a page which i do not want the users to save it or take a print out. i have captured the right click event and ctrl + P event. i need to disable the toolbar menu. i do not want to open it in a new window with no menubar. Instead i want to disable the toolbar in the currrent window. Is there any solution for this?

One way to disable users from using print button on a
browser is to open the page in a window with
menubar=no
For example,

Keyboard shortcut enable/disable transfer option (Brush Panel)

Is There a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to enable/disable the transfer option in the Brush Panel ?

Not sure for Mac, but in Windows I can enable, disable or change this option. However, according to https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12024/what-are-hotkeys-and-how-do-i-use-them-mac and https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12074/what-keyboard-shortcuts-can-i-use-with-skype-for-mac-os-x seems that these options are available for Mac OS.

Disabling print options

Hi,
I am faced with a problem where we are trying to publish a multi-page document to our customers. The customers should be able to open the document and print it. However, we want to make sure that they print all pages and not be able to selectively print certain pages. Is there a way to accomplish this? The customers can always pull the plug on the printer, but atleast we should be able to disable the options for them to selectively print.

Epson C42UX- Disabled Print Options

Not sure when it happened, but printing from Preview, Safari and Firefox for example, I now have Options disabled:
PrintSettings_W and ColorManagement_W (and they have strikethrough them).
I just did software update yesterday so on latest and greatest.
Anyone know what is going on??
As a note- Entourage is fine, but not much else.
Also Epson Printer utility just hangs and won't even open.

Can't sign in to adsense, no enable/disable cookies option in tools

I can't sign in to adsense, and one troubleshooting suggestion was to make sure cookies are enabled. Went too tools-options-privacy and the cookie section has no option to enable or disable cookies. Cookies seem to be enabled, but how do I know? I could sign in to adsense fine before this last update.

Seems to be an issue with AAM. You might try uninstalling AAM and re-installing the most updated version. Lets try the below suggestions:

Disable print option in PDF export

Hi guys - I'd like to use the PDF export of slideshows as a quick way of generating documents for clients to view, but during tests I find the resulting PDF allows for pages/images to be printed.
How would I switch this option off? Can I switch it off at all?

Here is what you do.
If you don't have the complete Adobe Acrobat software, buy it. About $199 as I remember. Then you can adjust the PDF file in the s/w. Then resave the file.
AFAIK, that is the only way. I tested it [I have Adobe Acrobat] and it works.
I don't think there is any other way.

Try searching under %ORACLE_HOME%/cgenf61/ a file named OFGMNUT.mmb, this is the closest version of it shipped with 10g I think. in previous versions it was shipped with different name and location.
Is the whole menu not visible?? or just the items??
Make sure the location is specified under the FORMS_PATH variable and set the Forms property "Menu Module" with the name of your own Menu.

How to incorporate print option in Dashboard

We are having dashboard which having multiple grids. I wolud like to enable print option for the entire dashboard aswell as for the individual grid. I am surprise there is no print option available in the dashboard as of now. Can anyone help me with some thoughts on this.

I understand what you mean. I had the same problem, but I was able to limit print to whole dashboard, not request by request.
1. You can try add logo in title of request that you would like to print. PDF and print control is setting printing of whole dashboard, not request.
2. Or if you have more request in dashboard you can set "Collapsible" option on each request, so that user can choose which request he would like to print with logo (header). If you are using this method you must disable print option on every request, and allow only printing the whole dashboard.
If I haven't explain in understandable way please let me know, I will try to explain it again.

InDesign CS4 swf print option

Hello! I have searched all over the place and I can't seem to find the answer to this. I want to be able to export a document as a swf where the user can print all of the pages. Right now when I export the file, only the page that is being viewed is printed. My client has been using Flash paper for this and they aren't willing to switch to pdf. Anyone know how to do this?

can you help me? I have similar problem. If I put swf into PDF (for example in Adobe InDEsign CS4), pdf rendered correctly with active SWF, but If I try to print it, SWF is missing. Dou you know any solution or workaround?
Printing from SWF's popupmenu is correct, but only form SWF, not for whole document (it's clean), but it is not solution.
I tried to directly edit postcript generated by CS4. There is annotation object /Type /Annot where we can set attribute /F 4 (it is enable/disable print this annotation). This does not work.
Can you help ? I didn't find solution in adobe reference Adobe® Portable Document Format Version 1.7
