Enhance DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

Hello,
I tried to enhance the DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL with informations from the table AFRU in the SAP R/3-System (RSA6). But I can't see a possibilty to read the table AFRU (Keyfields: RUECK and RMZHL)with the informations I get from the extractor for this DataSource. I only get the confirmation number RUECK with the transaction LBWE, but this is not enough to read the table AFRU.
Perhaps I choose a wrong DataSource to extract informations for confirmations (PP).
Has somebody an idea?

As I understand, you need both fields RUECK and RMZHL in order to search table AFRU and you only have RUECK from the Data Source? You need RMZHL and the question is where?
Where should RMZHL come from? If it comes from another table, draw on the board the path on how you can obtain the fields you need to select table AFRU. There is a way, it could be long cut. Start from SAP R/3 GUI transaction for maintaining this info. See how to obtain field RMZHL. ask assistance from Functional people that concentrates on Confirmations. They can draw you a path to obtain your missing fields...

we enhanced the BI Standard content DataSource 2LIS_P_ARBPL "Work Center View from PP/PP-PI" with the AFKO (Order Header) Date fields
- GLTRP (Basic fin. date)
- GSTRP (Bas. start date)
- GLTRS (Sched. finish)
- GSTRS (Sched. start)
- GLTRI (Actual finish)
- GSTRI (Actual start)
After the statistical setup of the application 04 (t/code OLI4BW) there are incorrect (regarding to the AFKO table) Date information for the fields GLTRP, GSTRP, GLTRS, GSTRS.
t/code CO03 "Production order: Header"
Table AFKO "Production Order Header"
Table CAUFV
PSA Table of DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL
The Date information of the fields GLTRP, GSTRP, GLTRS, GSTRS not equals to the information in CO03, AFKO, CAUFV:

yes, the release version settings in t/code OPL5 are relevant for the update.

Enhanced Datasource fields not getting displayed in Transformation

Hi,
Eventhough after replicating the datasource, the Enhanced Datasource fields not getting displayed in Transformation.
Eg I have done mapping of 6 fields in transformation from datasource to DSO
Now the datasource is enhanced with 8 fields...........The transformation is not showing the added 2 fields
I am deleting the existing transformation.Is this the only solution?

HI,
Deleting is not solution as it is common scnerio.
Go to the data source in BW and in change mode check the option "transfer" for this two fields and then see if its coming or not.

PP DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL - Incorrect extraction of latest scheduled start dates (SSAVD)

Hi experts,
we use the SAP Business Content Standard DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL "Work Center View PP" and need the latest scheduled start date each production order operation.
In the production order operation overview (t/code CO03) on the ERP-side we have the expected latest scheduled start (Source AFVGD-SSAVD)
But in the DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL (PSA-Table) we become the incorrect latest scheduled start dates (DataSource field SSAVD)
Any ideas or experiences why the latest scheduled start date not up-to-date?

I have tested the scenario again...
At the header level of test production order 1000381 I have changed the basic dates (Start/End) from 22.04.2014 to 24.04.2014.
As a result the start dates at operation level also changed...
After the above changes I have extracted the Data. The Delta-Queue (RSA7) for the relevant DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL looks nearly good.
For the both operations 20 and 30 the delta update for the field "Latest start date" (SSAV) works correct. But the delta update for the first operation "10" not processed.
Is it possible that the delta update only works for specific system status? Or any other ideas?

Help needed for enhancing datasource 0FI_AP_04

Dear all,
I need to enhance datasource '0FI_AP_04' and add field 'GSBER' (Business Area) to it. This datasource is based on tables BASK and BISK and both tables have this field. I would like to add this field to my datasource. When I go to Change Datasouce in RSA5, I dont get this field there. If anybody can tell me how to go about this, I'll be very grateful. Thanks a lot.

Sumit,
 Enahncing the DS is a 2 part process.
 1. Adding a field to the Extract Structure
 2. Data population for the new field.
i think in your case there is no need to write the 2nd step. If the new field you are using is based on the main tables for extractor simply add the field with Same name it is appearing on the Tables BSAK/BALK.
go to RSA5--> instal the DS.
go to RSA6> select the DS> go with Enhance the DS on the application tool bar.
system will propose the Append Structure naem.
click on enter..
Provide the description for Append Structure.
Add the Filed with Field Name it's appearing on the Table. Field Name should Be Same. there is no need to write code. if the field names are different you need to the second step.
Activate the Append Structure. Maintainthe DS. check teh Data, new field will get the Data.

CRM_BWA_MFLOW - Enhance datasource 0BPARTNER_ATTR - Business Partner data

Hi Gurus,
I tried to enhance datasource for Business partner master data 0BPARTNER_ATTR in a SAP CRM System (rel. 4.0).
I used BADI CRM_BWA_MFLOW as a definitions and followed the How-to paper How to enhance CRM content DataSource the interface seams to be ok it is activated.
BUT it seams not to work.
I checked it via RSA3 Extraction checker in debug mode but Im not able to jump in my code.
I guess, I miss one step in the implementation?
Can anyone help me - this would be great.

As far as I can understand, it seem that you did not include it into the CMOD transaction.
In order to do this, you need to do the following:
1 create and henancement into the structure of the 0BPARTNER_ATTR with you additional field, go into transaction CMOD
2 Select the project for BW, if you don't have one, just create it. (You need to include it into the data packet for BW, if you don't have you must create it otherwise you'll get the data packet tmp and you cannot transport it)and select the Henancement Assignment RSAP0001.
3 In the components area you'll get 4 functional exit:
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004
click on the first exit and than click on INCLUDE ZXRSAU01
in this include you go in the change mode and input this king of code:
WHEN '0BPARTNER_ATTR'.
PERFORM and input you code.

Can we add fields from structure while enhancing datasource

Hello all,
I am trying to enhance a SAP delivered datasource. Is it possible to add fields from a logical database structure or do we have to add fields only from a table.
Is the procedure the same.

you want to drop all the added fields or some ?
go to the extract structure screen,
rsa2->type in your datasource name, double click the
extraction structure, to delete some fields, click append structure, in next screen mark the fields and sign '-'.

Enhancing datasource for qty and currency fields gives error

Hi Everyone
i need some advice on the following
i am enhancing a datasource which contains some currency and quantity fields
when i check my datasource i get the following error
specify reference table AND reference field
below is more detail on it but i am not sure i know what is means
Diagnosis
You must specify reference tables and reference fields for fields containing currency amounts or quantity data. You have specified either only the reference field or the reference table and have not maintained either entry.
Procedure
Add the missing entry. You can do this with the single field maintenance function of the table.
i have tried ua=sing data element instaed of field name but still no luck
can anyone help?

When you enhace datasource for currency/quantity fields, you have to give reference fields and tables for that.
Please specify the reference field and reference table for the currency/quantity field.

I have reviewed a lot of the online documentation on Service Marketplace and SDN, but still have the following open question:
Is there a comprehensive list of all new SAP ERP datasources, or enhancements to existing datasources, that are available in ERP 60 enhancement packs 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Where can I find this list?
Again, I'm aware of the wealth of documentation on EHPs, but I can't seem to find a quick list of the BI datasource changes for EHPs.

Enhanced datasource field not replicated

Hi All,
I enhanced 0employe_attr datasource with one custom field. I appened the structure and I wrote user exit and activated . But when i replicate to BW the new field is not replicated.
I unchecked the hide field in the datasource and made it to selection and generated it.
When I run RSA 3 i can see record populating for the field. But the enhanced field is not replicating. to BW.

Sorry I could update , Currently i am working on 3.1 version, I replicated the datasource and I forgot to move the field from datasource to transfer structure in the inforsource maintance. Bcoz of that I could find the enhanced field in the transfer structure of infosource.
Anyways please uncheck the hide field or field only in the RSA6 after your enhancement and generate the datsource. and then replicate .

I had enhanced a datasource, and added some new fields to the structure. Now I realized that one of the fields is not necessary in BW. Is there a way I can delete that field from the extract structure? and add a new field of a different component type in its place.

How to identify enhanced datasources

Hello All,
Is there a way in BW or R/3 to identify any standard content datasources that have been enhanced? If so, is it also possible to display the individual fields that have been added as part of the enhancement?

Hi,
This can be done by going into tcode CMOD.
In R/3, go to this tcode and give the Project name created for BW enhancements. In this project, go to components.
You would find 4 customer exits.
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001(transactional datasources)
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002(master data datsources)
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004
Inside these exits, you would find your datasources. These datasources are standard datasources that have been enhanced. Here the fields that are being filled up in e_t_data are the enhanced fields for your extractors.

Enhancing datasource 2lis_02_acc ??

Hi gurus I have the requirement and the report output is as follows
contractor payable report
Companycode vendor vendorname     amount   purchaseordernumber projectnumber .
consultant payable report
Companycode vendor vendorname     amount   purchaseordernumber projectnumber .
suppliers payable report
Companycode vendor vendorname     amount   purchaseordernumber projectnumber .
I am getting all the above data using datasource 2lis_02_acc. (project no using field WBS).
now the field which differentiate between the type of vendor i.e. contractor or consultant or supplier is "PLANNING GROUP" .
This planning group is present in table LFB1-FDGRV . The corresponding InfoObject is 0p_group in the InfoCube .
can u please let me know how to populate this planning group data in the cube . should i enhance the datasource 2lis_02_acc with the field FDGRV of LFB1 table or ???

This is what excatly i have done.
The transformations what I have created is as follows
RSDS 0VEN_COMPC_ATTR ECDCLNT100 -> CUBE ZFI_APC
RSDS 2LIS_02_ACC ECDCLNT100 -> CUBE ZFI_APC.
The cube ZFI_APC has the following structure.
Dimension 1=Company code
Dimension 2=0VENDOR
Dimension 3=0WBS_ELEMT (For project name and number)
Dimension 4=0DOC_NUM(For purchase order number)
Dimension5=Planning Group.
Key fig = 0amount.
Now to get consultant payable I need to restrict Planninggroup with value V10 while desining the query in the query designer.
simillarly to get contractor payable I need to restrict Planninggroup with value V20. etc.
To do this I need to get data for Planninggroup in the cube . So this can be done using 0ven_compc. so my question to you is should I need to write a lookup logic ie routine in transformation" RSDS 0VEN_COMPC_ATTR ECDCLNT100 -> CUBE ZFI_APC" ????
