Enhancements are not visible in different clients

Hello Experts,
I am facing a strange issue in my compoenent enhancements for IUICMD.
I have created an enhancement set ZCRM_IUICMD and assigned it to different clients thorugh BSPWDV_EHSET_ASG.
All my enhancements to componenet are attached to the above enhancement. Suddenly i can see that my enhancements
behave differently in two different clients.
I have verified the repository objects like classes & methods and also UI configuration. It remains same in both clients.
Let me know if you have faced similar problem and your solution to that.

Hi Saumya,
I am enhancing the component view IUICMD/DetailAccount. Here i have created a new context node for BuilheaderSearch.
I am using using context node attribute ID_TYPE in IUICMD/DetailAccount & Provided F4 help for that. Now i can see Input help in client 200 & not able to see that in client 210.
I have assigned my enhancements to both the clients 200 &210. In both the clients UI Configuration remains the same.

Images are not visible in the client

Hi All,
I have created a Web Dynpro application for laptops using SAP Netwever Composition Environment 7.1 .
I have put the images in src\mimes\Components\com.utility.comp.UtilityComp (utility is the name of the application) folder and have specified the name of the jpg file in the source property of the Image UI element.
I am able to see the image in NWDS but not in the SAP Netweaver client . There is an empty space instead of the image in the client .
I have even set the visible property as visible.
It would be nice if you get help me out in displaying the images.

I using local deployment. I deploy my application directly from NWDS to a Mobile Client running also locally in my machine. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that Mobile Client look for resources in NWDS workspace.
This is the dpi file located in the Mobile Client inbox folder when I perform the deployment.

Re-publish site using 3rd party FTP Client-Changes are not visible

I uploaded my Iweb site to the server using FileZilla. When I make changes in I-web and republish, the changes are not visible. I even tested it out by deleting the site folder and re-uploading everything after I re-published the site in IWeb...but the change still isn't visible. Any suggestions as to why?

Apparently you publish to a folder.
iWeb's job is done!
What you do next with the files is your responsibility.
Try uploading the changed files to their respective folders on the server.
You can identify the changed files by the date/time.
Then in the browser, clear the cache and reload the page.
iWeb is not involved.

Agent Assinment is not visible in another client

Hello All,
I assigned some agents (Users) for one customized standard task in my golden client(200). But its not visible in Testing client (220). Did i missed something? I changed attrbutes to standard task. I made client copy also.. I searched in forum..i could not found relevant information..

Try to use the RE_RHMOVE30 by using this transaction you can port the agent assignment to the other system.
try like this
1. Execute the TXn.
2. Specify the Plan version as 01.
3. Specify the Object ID as TS.
4. Sepcify the Object key as <8 digit template number>.
5. uncheck the check boxes Test and with Lock under the section transport on the selection-screen.
5. Enable the checkbox Transport and clcik F8.
6. select the entry and click on the button Transport. Now again select the same entry and check the check box transport and this time click on the button Tranpost and Delete this time it will ask you for CUstomizing request. save it. and do a client copy .
this time all teh agent assignments are copied to the other system.

Why changes are not visible in alternate profit center heirarchy?

I did changes in the master data of profit center. I chaged the profit center group in the masterdata of profit center & the same change is visible in the standard heirachy but the changes are not visible in the alternative heirarchy.
I think it should visible as I did changes in the master data.
I just want to know why it is like so or there is some other way to change the master data.
I know i can drag the profit center as well in t code KCH9 or KCH 2.
After doing so i activated the same.
Waiting for sugestions, comments.

Hi,
If your are using same profit center group(which is used in standard hierarchy) in alternate hierarchy,you will see change.
if your using different groups in Standard hierarchy and Alternate hierarchy you will not see change in alternate hierarchy.

Images are not visible in the iPhone.

When I open iTunes there are number of images found in the iPhone, but the images are not visible in the iPhone actually.

Documents are not visible with layoutset AppBulletinBoardExplorer

Hi experts,
I created a km navigation iview with layoutset AppBulletinBoardExplorer. I created a new networklocation on my PC to the portal repository and upload a lot of documents (becasue a multiple upload from the portal is not possible). The documents are not visible in the iview. When Is change the layout set to ConsumerExplorer the documents are visible. A reboot did not help. If the documents are saved from the portal again, they are visible. Another layoutset or to upload file by file is also not an option.
How to solve this problem? .

1. Have you tried mass upload via explorer into one KM folder then move the documents you uploaded into another area using the standard UI?
I have moved the content via KM content option, but problem still exist.
2. Have you checked the trace files on the portal to see if there is some error being logged that is not showing in the UI, but might give you a clue as to what is going on?
In the log there is a warning: user | ACCESS.ERROR"| /KM path | node_create_child. Everyone has read permissions.
3. Have you raised an support message with SAP?

4. Have you tried using the Portal Drive rather then just windows explorer? (probably won't make a different as I think it uses webdav anyway)
With the portal drive the same issue :-(.
It's something with the layoutset in combination with upload via webdav or explore. The documents are also available with a search

My new folders are not visible in Finder

New folders (generated by a application, SABNZB+, that runs in the background as a web service) will only show up in Finder once I have run a search in Finder and are not visible before. I have tried a disk repair and a permissions rebuild.
Any ideas anyone?

Yes they do, no problems there.
I am starting to believe it might have to do with the fact that the folders are created by an unarchiver that reassembles files after they are downloaded from my newsgroup. The strange thing is that there never used to be a problem, it started somewhere around the second update to mountain lion. But it could also be a new version of the application SABNzb+, I am not sure.
What is also weird is this: I can find the folder when doing a search in Finder, then open the folder, all files are there and the folder is then visible normally.
Edit: The files are reassembled by the unarchiver on the main Macintosh HD, then moved to a different volume and deleted from the originating volume.

Assets are not visible in BCC.

      I modified child category and its product. The modified assets are visible from Content Administration Tab. But when we click on the project in merchandising the modified assets are not visible.
      When I change the site attributes and parent category attributes, the modified assets are visible from merchandising. I think this 10.1.2 feature.
      Could you please provide the information to resolve this.

Hello Ralph,
I'm afraid that you will have to do it all over again if you use the webdynpro UI. Workcenters are nothing to do with the CRM UI and thus the note 1357657 is not applicable.
If you've already worked with the EEWB thus the data structures are already available then if you want to add a similar tab in the workcenter UI you will have to do a webdynpro component enhancement.

I have faced the same issue.
These are browser compatibility issues.
Different browsers behave in different manner.
There is a permanent solution for it to upgrade tools version to 8.52.03.
This update has been provided by oracle for resolution of browser compatibility issues.

I have just rented two movies and after download they are not visible anywhere in iTunes for me to watch.

I have just rented two movies and after download they are not visible anywhere for me to view. Usually in the iTunes menu there is an option call 'rentals' where rented movies sit until they expire, this is no longer visible. The movie files are listed in the finder under music/movies.... With the rest of my iTunes data, but they will not play in iTunes from there and I can't add them to my library for watching.
The only thing I am currently doing differently is that I have just subscribed to iTunes Match; would this affect my rentals?

Under your Library list, you should see "Movies". Click on that, and you will see a screen with several tabs at the top - Rentals, Unwatched, Movies, Genres, Home Videos, etc.
As Hackintosh indicated above, click on the Rentals tab, and your movies will be displayed there. Doulbe click on one to start playing it.
If you do not have your sidebar showing, go up to View at the top, and click on Show Sidebar. Then you will see your Library lists on the sidebar, which will include Movies.

Sequences are not visible to user/schema

I have copied a schema(abcd1)(schema level refresh) from prod to dev(abcd2),i verified that all objects(tables,views,synonyms and sequences etc..) got created in the dev schema(abcd2) ,but now the client complains that the sequences are not visible to user/schema(abcd2) in dev,he says it was visible before and that they are visible to another schema(abcd3) in dev.... can anyone please advise? Jbuttons are not visible

Please Help.
I have defined a Jpanel which contains some buttons. This panel is initially collapsed and there is an expand button, clicking on which will expand the panel and buttons should be visible.
Sometimes the buttons are not visible after expanding the panel, or only some of them are visible.
This problem is not reproducible everytime.
For expanding and collapsing the Jpanel i am chaging the bound settings of the panel by using function
setBounds().
Can someone please help me with this issue?

My intention was not to annoy anyone by posting my problem at two different forums. Sorry if i did that. I just wanted to get more opinions on this problem.
The suggestions i received on this one was mainly to use 'Layout Manager'. I tried using that but was running into other issues. If i have to use Layout Manager then i guess i have to change the design of the full window. I cannot use layout manger on just the part of the window which is giving problem (please let me know i am wrong). Also, I am new to Swings and not much familiar with 'Layout Manager'.
Is there a way to resolve this problem without using layout manager. This is not reproducible. It happens only in production.

Long Running ( 8Min) Reports are not able Preview in client browsers

Hi,
I have converted Reports 6 to 6i and is running on 9ias.
Reports which are taking more than 8 min are not coming up in client browsers. I have checked in the report output directory and the reports are created there. if i manually browse the reports by giving the path they are coming. Quick run reports are working fine and are coming in cleint browsers.

Hi Naveen
Looks like the browser is timing out. I suggest you to pre-create "long" report beforehand so that the users do not have to wait.
The hard way out, of couse, is to optimize your report, if possible.

Follow-on documents are not visible in MIRO in TEST server, awsys = PRD300.

Dear Experts ,
The Test Server was refreshed around mid-June 2011 with data of
Production Server. The follow-on documents are not visible for the
invoice documents in MIRO in TEST server due to value in tables
BKPF,RBKP : field : AWSYS = PRD300 .
The newly created Purchase Orders after the refresh, the accounting
documents can be seen for the Goods Receipt (MIGO_GR-display) and
Invoice documents (MIRO).
we had already raised this issue in March & got the feedback from SAP
as shown below.
accordingly we have developed & run the program "zzlogsys2" which
updates the Logsys/Awsys field from PRD300 ( of production server ) to
that of the current server i.e. TST300 as required.
after which the FI documents for the material documents are visible in
MIGO,but follow-on documents are not visible for the invoice documents
in MIRO.
we have Checked notes 781498 and 28958 to see if the logical system is
correctly assigned , where we found that in table RBKP after entering document number, Fiscal Year , the
Field AWSYS is "PRD300" & not "TST300" as it should be. We will take up the activity of updating table RBKP
also as we are currently doing for tables MKPF & BKPF.
But to have clear picture as to what we are doing is correct , pl
advise about the following :
1) Is it a correct process done by our SAP-Basis team , that every time
any Server ( e.g. Test or Quality ) is refreshed with Production server
data, the Field AWSYS in various transaction tables gets value as
"PRD300" which then is required to replaced by running program such as
ZZlogsys.
REPORT ZZLOGSYS.
TABLES: T000, MKPF.
DATA: NEW_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.
PARAMETER: OLD_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.
SELECT SINGLE * FROM T000 WHERE MANDT EQ SY-MANDT.
NEW_SYS = T000-LOGSYS.
CHECK NOT NEW_SYS IS INITIAL.
UPDATE MKPF SET AWSYS = NEW_SYS
WHERE AWSYS = OLD_SYS.
WRITE:/ 'Number of updates: ', SY-DBCNT.
2) if the above process is correct & normal , then which are the other
tables in a particular server ,apart from tables MKPF,BKPF,RBKP , which
needs to be updated the value of field "AWSYS" in the same way
replacing value "PRD300".
3) if the process in point no. 1 is not correct , then what is the
correct process that the Basis team can do while refreshing any target
server with production data so that target server retains its value in
Field AWSYS & not showing "PRD300".
With 3 servers TEST,DEV & Quality , recently refreshed with production
server to bring all servers in Sync for a HR patch application, we have
this situation now in all 3 servers .
