Entries missing in ERTPCOMPCODE Table

Hi Experts,
We have created RTP Components, but the entries are not showing up in Table ERTPCOMPCODE.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you generate the components?
Transaction EEDM_CMP03, then generate.
Also after transporting you need to generate them in the system where you imported them to.

I checked and i can see entry for ZSCS_TRAFO object in AOBJ.
But when i enter ZSCS_TRAFO, i get this error :
Entry missing in Customizing table for object ZSCS_TRAFO
Message no. BA057
Diagnosis
A function cannot be executed due to a missing table entry.
Procedure
Please create an entry for the archive object ZSCS_TRAFO with the AOBJ transaction.
However, a few other Z objects works well.

Entry missing in T169V table for Co. code

Hi Friends,
We made one new company code & did all the settings. When we are doing MIRO we got one error saying that Co. code is not exist in T169V table.
Table T169V is for Default Values, Invoice Verification.
We might have missed some customization, can any body tell where to do.
I can do it directly from tables also, but not advisable.

goto SM30 give table no and click on customizing then click on continue without project
here system wilkl give u all the customizations for this table
now if we take ur e.g. of T169v then u have to check for the entry of MM as the problem is occuring in MIRO
u have to go to SPRO>mm>LIV>Incoming Invoice>Maintain Default Values for Tax Codes

Entries missing for Condition tables in TADIR

Hi,
I have downloaded certain pricing condition tables from ECC (customizing download). They got generated successfully and were visible as 'Active' in SPRO and ABAP Dictionary (SE11).
When I ran the customizing download again, all the tables had become 'Inactive' in SPRO>Customer Relationship Management>Basic Functions>Pricing>Define Settings for Pricing--> Create Condition Tables.
But at the same time, these tables are appearing as 'Active' in SE11 and condition records are also flowing for them from ECC to CRM.
Having checked the log in Transaction SLG1, there are visibly few errors stating 'Entry not found in TADIR' for some condition tables.
Any pointers to identify the source/cause of this error or how to resolve the same?

Hi Vartika,
The note 457711 will be helpful for you.
Generally these errors on TADIR coversion will not cause any problems on your conditions download..These errors can be ignored.
Please check for inconsistencies between R/3 ad CRM using the note 664815 and correct them. There are reports attached to it for 4 diferent cases.

Entry missing in the table

Hi all,
I am simply entering values in the table every 100ms.
For first 10 mins the entries comes at constant speed i.e 10 values per sec. but after that the values starts decreasing,
though slowly.every 10 mins the no of samples goes down by one.
I have attached a vi, In it a table is given which is not connected to anything, In that i have generated the output.
I think the loop execution time in increasing , can u help me in that?
My only aim is that, to get reading in the table every 100ms exact.

Hi shrek,
2 points:
1) at the moment you don't get values exactly every 100ms as the attachment shows (simply changed format for timestring)
2) to maintain exact timing you shouldn't build big arrays as you do with your table! The bigger the table the more LabView has to copy from one memory block the the next...

Entry "EUROPE" is missing in the table "TTZDF & TTZDV".

I am facing this Dump error in my SAP, could anyone please help me in it, i am writing down the error analysis,
:CONVERT_TSTMP_INCONSISTENT_TAB:
In the existing case, it was tried to make a conversion between the
local date (and time) and the ABAP timestamp (and vice versa). In doing
so, it was detected that the entry "EUROPE" in table "TTZDF & TTZDV" is
missing.
Basically, all entries from table 'TTZZ' for 'ZONERULE' must also appear
in table 'TTZR' and all entries for 'DSTRULE' must also appear in table
'TTZD'. Moreover, all entries for 'DSTRULE' from table 'TTZD' must
appear in table 'TTZDF', and/or table 'TTZDV', except for the case if a
time shift of '00:00:00' is specified in field 'DSTDIFF' for this
'DSTRULE'.
Because of that i am unable to use this client 001

Posting thro J1IEX error - DEBIT ENTRY missing in table J_1ITRNACC

Hello,
While posting Cenvat Credit in J1IEX, the system is giving error as "Customization for DEBIT ENTRY missing in table J_1ITRNACC".
- "The customization details have not been maintained for this company".
When checked thro' SPRO>IMG>Logistics-General>Tax on goods movement>India>Account determination>Specify excise accounts per excise transaction', it shows all debit, credit entries for excise transaction type 'GRPO'.
Kindly suggest me what else need to be checked? Part I entry is already done during MIGO.

We already had setting for the following.
GRPO CR Credit CLEAR CENVAT clearing account
GRPO DR Debit ONHOLD CENVAT on hold account
GRPO DR Debit RG23AED RG 23 AED account
GRPO DR Debit RG23AT1 RG 23 AT1 Account
GRPO DR Debit RG23BED RG 23 BED account
GRPO DR Debit RG23ECS RG 23 ECS Account
The above is also maintained for sub trn type 'IP'
But we do not have any entry for SED account i.e. record does not exist for GRPO DR Debit RG23SED RG 23 SED Account.
The excise entries contains BED account, AED account, ECS account and AT1 account as SHE CEss account.
Pl. suggest.

Entry missing in table TMC6 for unit KOEIN

Hi,
The STD Info structure S071 us marked for VA (Sales Order), it does not allows to change as it is SAP STD. I have a scenarios where these tables to be updated for VB (Contract). So i thought of creating a new table copying the existing S071, while i try to Update Rules for the new Info structure, i am getting the below copied error.
I went through some of the links, but those are not giving the right answer. All comments are welcome...thanks

EREC- Standard table entries missing

Hi Experts,
We are in the process of implementing SAP E-recruitment EHP5. System has been set up. We have also activated the following business functions
HCM_ERC_CI_1
HCM_ERC_CI_2
HCM_ERC_CI_3
HCM_ERC_CI_4
HCM_ERC_SES_1
HCM_MSS_ERC_CI_1
HCM_HIRE_INT_CI_1
HCM_ASR_CI_2
But i am not able to find any entries in any of the standard tables(t77rcf*). Say for e.g. i cannot find any standard activities in the table.
Is there anything else that needs to be done, so that all the standard entries are visible.
Do i need to copy all the tables from client 000??
Please guide me in rectifying this issue.

Hi,
it depends on the settings for the client copy if customizing entries from client 000 are copied or not.
I general all entries in SAP customizing tables are examples and no "SAP standard". So in all of my projects I start from empty customizing tables for activities as I setup the system according to the customer requirements and do not care much for the SAP examples.
If you really want to have these sap examples as a starting point you can run report rhttcp77 for tables t77rcf* to copy the entries from client 000 to your working client.

I am workflow learner, I am having theoretical knowledge on it.
Now, I started to practice practically in my IDES server.
I am getting an error message while I am trying to save my standard task with my object type and method and event (which were already created in SWO1).
My error message details.....
Prefix number: entry missing for system EC5 client 800
Message no. 5W023
Diagnosis
Tasks, rules, and workflow definitions require an ID that is unique throughout all systems and clients. In this way, you can ensure that you can transport these objects from one system into another at any time (without restrictions). From a technical point of view, the uniqueness of the ID is ensured by what is known as a "prefix number". You can define a separate prefix number for every system and every client in table T78NR.
System response
If a prefix number is not defined in the client in which you are currently working, it is not possible to maintain (maintenance terminates).
Even I tried to create on entry in the table T78NR, but as that is standard table, I am unable to make an entry.
Hope we have to configure the workflow, I am not having any Basis consultant with me. Can anyone help to cross this problem.

in Prefix number OOW4, system is asking me to enter, the Prefix number, Interval start, Interval End, and Check Sum.
I entere the same 980 in prefix number, and i dont know what to enter the Interval start and interval end and check sum.
Also there is some msg coming when i tried to manage some values, " NO Intervals can be reserved for this prefix number" - MSg No: 5W179.
Please gurus help me.

Message no. RSRV018
Diagnosis
The dimension key 16 that appears as field KEY_ZPP_CP1P in the fact table, does not appear as a value of the DIMID field in the dimensions table /BIC/DZPP_CP1P.
There are 17580 fact records that use the dimension key 16.
The facts belonging to dimension key 16 are therefore no longer connected to the master data of the characteristic in dimension.
Note that errors that are reported for the package dimension are not serious (They are thus shown as warnings (yellow) and not errors (red). When deleting transaction data requests, it can arise that the associated entries in the package dimension have already been deleted. As a result, the system terminates when deleting what can be a very large number of fact records. At the moment, we are working on a correction which will delete such data which remains after deletion of the request. Under no circumstances must you do this manually. Also note that data for request 0 cannot generally be deleted.
The test investigates whether all the facts are zero. If this is the case, the system is able to remove the inconsistency by deleting these fact records. If the error cannot be removed, the only way to re-establish a consistent status is to reconstruct the InfoCube. It may be possible for SAP to correct the inconsistency, for which you should create an error message.
Procedure
This inconsistency can occur if you use methods other than those found in BW to delete data from the SAP BW tables (for example, maintaining tables manually, using your own coding or database tools).

There has been no changes in the cube. I am getting this problem in my QA server. So I retransported the cube again from Dev to QA. But did not help me..

PR00 is missing in the table PRCC_COND_CT

I have successful replicated all conditional Objects like DNL_CUST_CNDALL,DNL_CUST_CND,DNL_CUST_PRC from ECC to CRM2007,
when i try to create a Sales Order in crm Condition types are missing ,i can able to see only values with Zero in the condition Tab page for which i have maintained the conditional maitainece gp for PRODUCTCRM inorder to see condition types in CRM product conditions as per Building Block(c03).
so what i was observed is condition types like PR00,K004,K005,K007 are missing in the table PRCC_COND_CT.which are not properly replicated into CRM system for which i have done the initial replication for all conditional objects so many time.
Hence i request you all could you please tell me, is there any way to get all condition types into crm
will it possible to add manually condition types in crm system.
i would appreciate you help

Duplicate entries missing using for all entries in select query.

Hi Gurus,
Is there any way to avoid missing duplicate entries in an internal table if you use for all entries in select statement?
Note : i am selecting two tables using non key fields and i have to aggregate the data. I want only 2 data fields and one amount field in my final internal table. I can add all the primary key fields into my internal table and collect my required fields in another table, but I just want to know is there any other way to avoid missing duplicate entries without adding all the key fields?

Hi,
Just check what are the other possible fields in the table which may be having
duplicate entries and make use of them in the selection accordingly.
You may not miss any entries unless there is any restriction on them.
You can better judge that in debugging mode while selecting data from that table.

Error during cumulation, No entry found in the table T54C1

I got the following error message since correcting personal area for retro period
Error text - "Error during cumulation, No entry found in the table T54C1 Key 03 75 K 2008 01"
For a personnel number, there was an incorrect org assignment for the period of May 2009 to June last year.

Go ahead and generate payroll period for that payroll area and verify control record with payday rule. Thats missing. Use the table number mentioned in msg to crack issue.

Hi Angela,
Please check if the Prefix number is maintained in SWU3 t-code.
Go to Maintain Definition Environment -> Maintain Prefix Numbers and check if the prefix number is maintained.
