ERMS Attribute "Problem Status" not picking up value in Mail Form

Hi All,
As per the current system, we have a mail form where we have added an attribute "Problem Tracking Text" and it inserts the Problem record number in the outgoing email.
Currently we need to add another attribute, "Problem Status". But when this is added to the Mail form, it does not pick the status in the outgoing email.
"Problem Status" attribute is maintained under E-Mail Response Management System -> Define Repository
What other configuration is missing. Please advise.

Issue is resolved. For those who might face this issue in future-
Problem Status is automatically stored in Fact Base. There is no need to have them as text in the email.
One can directly add them in rule policy. It was not working for us because Fact Base it was stored as E0005 and in Rule policy it was stored as Completed. Once we changed the input value for rule policy to E0005, it works perfectly.

    There is no link between p.o & excise inv. creation using J1IS.
    In J1IS,Enter return material document no,Ref doc. type - MATD,Doc Year,series group,excise group,series group & finally vendor in selection.
    In excise invoice automatically details like material code,qty will appear.
    You need to enter assesable value & excise duties manually.
    Note :
    Be cautious while entereing excise duties bcoz you may be returning partial quantity to vendor,
    so calculate excise duties in a seperate excel sheet before entering it in J1IS.

  • Multi line values in mail forms to send emails

    Ours is CRM 2007 application, as part of new capability adding to the system, we need to send email to customer with few details once service tickets saved in the system. we decided to use mail forms to create the template and send email to the customer with details. as part of this we need to send multi line values as well in the mail form - email as shown below. example field here is for working hours of the customer office.
    Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm
    Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm
    (excluding public holidays)
    Can some body tell me how to send the multiline values using mail forms - emails to customers. right now we receive the last line. I dont see any help in mail form documetation as well on this.
    I appreciate any help in this if you already have some solution.

    Are you using below any FM to send mail ?
    1. CRM_IM_EMAIL_CREATE_SEND_40 2. CRM_IM_EMAIL_CREATE_SEND_51
    if so, then inside this FM there will be call to BADI CRM_IM_ADD_DATA_BADI . This badi will get the data for custom/additional attribute values. Basically it will get one value ( last value ).
    What u might need to do is after this badi call u need to loop ur values and set it . For doing that u might need to make this FM tocustomer name space or look for implicit enhancements.
    We have done similarly for sending mail duringcampaign execution. That was done in different place.

  • List item problem - couldn't pick a value

    Dear professionals,
    i used Andreas's code to dynamically populate list item (http://andreas.weiden.orcl.over-blog.de/article-28957008.html) and it works fine (nice work Andreas)!
    My problem is that i couldn't pick any value from list - I see many values, but there is now way to choose any of them. (video and picture are here: http://imageshack.us/g/3/property.jpg/)
    Also, i spotted that it's not possible to use Combo-box property along with encapsulating procedure - the form is just not opened...
    I'm using JRE 1.6, 10gR2 (10.1.2) F&R...
    Does anyone know why is that ?

  • Delta Extractor Is not picking changed values

    Hi All,
    When the values or texts in a PO are changed the delta extractor is picking up the changed values as deltas  (provided the changes where done in PO <b>Header</b> or <b>Item Overview</b>) but when a PO values or text that are changed in the <b>Item Details</b> the delta mechanism is not picking up the changed values (the fields whose values are changed were initially not in the LO Cockpit Extractor they where added and the values to these fields are populated using an ABAP Program)
    Is there a reason that Delta mechanism doesn't work for fields that are not delivered by the SAP Extractor or do we need to modify the code in order to collect these changed values by Delta Mechanism (Direct Delta as the Update Mode).
    Please let me know if anybody came across the same problem .

    this is another story.....
    You'll have to
    - enhance the PO items table (EKPO) with your fields
    - activate the right customer exit for purchase orders (search in SMOD; or in this forum..) and populate your fields during this exit. if the field needs to be maintainable by the R3 user, you'll have find a SAP exit (again SMOD) in order customize one of the screen and populate your fields in R3.
    - use another exit to populate the new fields to LO delta queue
    - enhance your BW extract structure (done)
    - and so on...
    As you can imagine, the above get quite more complicated (an expert in MM shall support you) and it needs to be approved by the PM since you'll modify R3.
    But that's basically it!

          I have a issue in dealer invoice.
         I have raised a PO., made goods receipt against that PO. Entered the excise duties, education cess and Higher education cess manually in MIGO. Automatic posting is done for that excise invoice. When MIRO is raised it picks the value from PO.
       It is a new plant. The issue is in this plant only. The dealer invoice works fine for all the other plants.
      Kindly help to resolve this issue.

         Activation of MRP indicator during capturing
         Posting the Excise Invoice captured.
         Invoice processing for the Purchase order
    In the MIGO screen, you can find that the excise base value is defaulted as the PO price and the excise duties are zero.
    Now manually enter the respective excise rates for Basic excise duty (BED), Educational cess (ECS) and Higher Educational cess (SECESS).
    The excise base is changed such that the sum of the excise base value and the excise duties remain the same as the PO price. The excise base is reduced by the excise duty value and the differential amount is split amongst the relevant excise duty components.
    In the miro screen change the base value as same that you have maintained in MIGO.
    also refer the note which i am insisting so that you can able to meet your req.

  • Script does not pick up values as intended

    I have written a CALC routine where in i want to do the following:
    -If there is any input done for that rate in the month, the routine should do nothing
    - If there is no input in that rate account in the month, it should pick up the previous period data.
    But this IF condition does not work and I have not been able to understand why so.
    Can someone pl tell me what goes wrong in the below script?
    If i remove the IF command the script works (but if then overwrites any input made for the period)

    "JUL' does not work as we have given JULY as the dimension member name
    The other approach also does not result in any result being calculated --- i think something is going wrong and the script does not go into the IF condition itself :(

  • JSP problem -- iterators not always showing values

    I am passing three Iterators to my JSP: applicants, education and employment. I am displaying them using forEach loops. The format I'm using is that I show an applicant, then I show his education, then I show all his jobs (employment). When my action classes call my JSP, all the applicants appear, but sometimes I only get the education and sometimes I only get the employment. I know for a fact that the iterators are not empty. This is the table portion of my JSP. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

    I don't know what the problem is either, however, I suggest you don't use the same name for var and items below. It may be confusing the compiler:
    <c:forEach var="education" items="${education}"
    Use the plural form of a noun for a collection.
    Example: the plural of customer is customers.
    In this case it would be:
    <c:forEach var="education" items="${educations}">
    (not the best example of a plural noun, but you get the idea).

    have a scenario where, I have to fill in a dropdown dynamically when I click a button. I get the values from a function module. I have done this using Isimpletypemodifiablestep. It worked.I have the form too. But when I try to re-implement the same its working only if I give the values during initialisation .
    Why is this inconsistent?
    Can we modify Simple types only during initialization? I have tried to add the values to the drop-down in controller and map the attribute to view. Even that didn't work.

    So how can I compare the ACCT_FD_NO value between FIRST_RECORD and NEXT_RECORD ??

    my eudora is failing to connect to sympatico.ca so trying to move to Thunderbird.
    Email accounts moved OK and Addressbook is also there.
    tried to import my eudora folders it seems to tart OK get blue progress for lenghth od about half inch then it seems to hang
    folder for inp is listed at bottom but contains no emails
    They are pointed to by DEudora.ini as being located at D:/Eudora which is correct but Thunderbird seems to looking on C: drive (which is an SSD that is why mailboxes are on D: hard drive

  • Custom Manage Property does not pick up the value from mapping crawl property

    Hi All,
    I have created a custom list with the column name that's called "category".
    Then I ran full crawl and I saw the "ows_category" crawl property is created.
    Then I create the manage property names as "Category" and map with the "ows_category" and run the full crawl again. (Retrivable, Searchable, Refinable options are checked)
    After full crawl, I searched Category:keyword but it returned 0 result. 
    But when I search keyword, that list item is retuned
    I tried to debug with the spsearch2013 tool and there is no "Category" manage property in the return XML.
    It seems the Manage Property does not pick up value from the crawl property. (Something might be wrong with the index schema)
    Do you have any suggestion?
    Do I need to reset the index?

    When you search ‘category’ in crawled properties(Central Administration->Search Service Application->Search Schema), you will see ows_Category is mapped to DiscussionCategory, like the screenshot:
    So, I suggest you create a new column using another name, then test again, compare the result.

    Hello,
    Before coming to J1IS with movement type 122.
    1) You have created the PO and Done GR for that PO and captured the excise invoice ,
    2) System generated one excise invoice number, that you know already.
    Now you want to cancell or retrun the goods to Vendor through 122 movement type, while Issue or rejection of material , then that material will pick the price from "Assessable value of material from J1ID".
    But you should enter the Material document number in J1IS and press enter , then select "Get excise Invoice" tab means, what ever you captured during the GR will be return back to vendor,
    So you should select correct "excise invoice number" from list of Excise invoice from "get excise invoices tab" and post the J1IS.

    We are running CRM 7.0 ( no Ehp's yet)
    I am trying to create a mail form with some information from the currently opened "Complaint" ( transaction number, description) , so I can 'insert" them in my email reply.
    I created new BDC attributes in SPRO configuration,
    SPRO->CRM->IC WEBCLIENT->Additional Functions->intent Driven action->add BDC attributes
    But only the attributes from Business Partner (ERMS automated process) are populated dynamically in the mail form. Other attributes from categories (ERMS Fact based attributes, BDC attributes, Additional fields) not returning any value, though I add them in mail form design.
    I've applied the following notes without any success..
    1660306 ,1666332, 1645600
    I wonder if I am missing configuration.
    any pointers much appreciated.
