The following error found while running query for a schedule workbook:
ORA-12801: Error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-01652: uable to extend temp segment by 14720 in tablespace SYSTEM
ORA-27068: skgfdisp: buffer is not aligned properly
OSD-04005: SetFilePointer() failure, unable to read it from file
We are using discoverer 4.1.
Any help is highly appreciated.

I need your help please.
I've configured everything correctly in my SCCM environment. And i used to connect the CAS database from a separate box(same domain) which has SSMS console installed in it. Now the problem is, whenever i try to run a query in CAS database locally, it runs
successfully. But when i connect the CAS database remotely and run the same query with the same login i used in CAS, it says the below error. This is happening from past 2 days only. :'(

I checked the SQL connection authentication information it says authenticated by kerberos using below query :

According to your description, you get the logon issue when connecting to CAS database remotely and execute query. Right?
In this scenario, this error can happen when the SPN account is registered without setting 'trusted for delegation' property. Account must be trusted for delegation in order for Kerberos delegation to succeed. Here's a blog talking about your scenario, please

Error while running query for psoting period as varaible

hello,
I am running a query and posting period is variable single entry mandatory and when I run the query it gives me this error.
Variable 0I_PCURR could not be replaced.

Hi KM,
When you want to use a fiscal period, you need to say whick fiscal variant you'll be using.
This fiscal variant, depends on the company code you are using.
You might find out with some FI person how many fiscal variants are using at your company. If it's only one (or at least only one applies for this query), add 0FISCVARNT infoobject in your query and select the fiscal variant you were told.
But, as you are using a BC variable, maybe this variable needs to use 0comp_code infoobject to determine automatically the fiscal variant.
So,
1. try selecting a fiscal variant in filters.
2. try adding 0comp_code to your query.

While running TPM_MIGRATION for upgrade, executing steps for conversion in company code I am getting folowing error.
Step : D42- OTC: Enhance parallel business transaction
Error : Position management category in PMP 2000 is not compatible with product type EI
I have tried changing Pos management category in PMP (pos management procedure) but didnt get the right one.
If any one can help me if there is some other config required apart from TPM_Migration for upgrade which I am missing.

I have a requirement for executing the Query after the data is loaded into the cube and save as Workbook and emailing to the user. Is there any Function module to Execute the Query and saving as Work book? . Please suggest me the way how to approach the problem.

Hi,
It is possible to execute the Query and send the result as workbook vial email to the user.
For that use should use Information Broadcaster.
Steps:
1. Goto information broadcaster.
2. Choose object type as "Query"
3.Click create new setting.
4. Give description and choose distribution type as "Broadcast E-mail"
5.Choose output format "XML(MS Excel)
6.In recipient tab Give valid e-mail addres which you want to send.
7.Save it. and give technical name
8.Click schedule.
9.choose "Execution with Data Change in the InfoProvider " correspondig infoprovider will be shown (check the check box)
10. that's it. whenever data loaded in your infocube, it will be automatically executed and send to user mail.

ok, at the moment you had solved your problem, but you haven't find the issue.
I would suggest you again to check the SP_TransactionNotification.
The declaration of the store procedure may appears like:

It used to work perfectly until the recent changes implemented.
The issue is, when I run the procedure the cube refreshes successfully. When the same procedure is called from BODS, it shows an error.
Error is :: XOQ-01601: error while loading data for cube dimension "BI_PETRA_DWH.ACTIVITY_TIME" into analytic workspace
Underlying DB error is : ORA-01858: a non -numeric character was found where a numeric was expected.
I dont get this error if I run procedure directly in SQL developer.
I verified attribues of dimension, there is only one numeric attribute and it is mapped to only numeric columns of view.
Can you please help me fixing this issue?

This is not a SQL or PL/SQL error and thus not related to the subject matter of this forum.
The error is however specific to exactly what is wrong.
SVR4 Error: 28: No space left on device
Oracle tried to write for example 100 bytes and it could only write 10 bytes - as there were no space left for the other 90 bytes on the disk.

My querz contains one basis key figure in the column and a charateristic say company code in row. In free characteristic, I have sales document no. The qeury executes without any issue at first. But when I go to 'sales document no' in the free characteristic area and select filter values, this error pops out. This document no cannot be removed due to customer requirements.
If I restrict the query output with selection, then it is able to execute & filtering can be done without and errors. Also if I activate not to use BIA in tcode 'RSDDBIAMON', the query executes & filtering can be done whithout and errors.
If I change the query & put 0doc_number in the drill down and execute for the same selection, I get error as follows,
Error subfield access to table (row3, column 0 to row 3, cloumn 0) outside of
Error Serialization/Deserialization error
Error An an exception with the type CX_TREX_SERIALIZATION occured, but was neither
Error Error reading data of infoprovider XXXXXX
Error Error while reading data, navigation is possible.
I was suggested by SAP to increase the max_cells_one_index parameter to 200 million. We are on revision version 53 and the current value set for max_cells_one_index to 40 million. They also mention with a caution that 'by changing this parameter it will bring more load to BW servers'.
I would like to know how the bw server load would increase by increasing this parameter. Will there be any another impact on the BIA or BW servers.
Secondly, how is the value arrived to give a memory out , serialization error.
Also will this kind of an issue be solved in the next revision version? I know that revision version 54 is available.

I am not able to even evaluate the amount of data with this document no in the drilldown. When I run this report I get an abap dump "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED".So I guess the no of documents must be very high. Is there a way to check in BIA Monitor the no of documents returned after execution, for a particular selection.
However, I have come accross a note '1157582' which talks about spiltting the result set in different data packets. Will this be helpfull in any case? Currently I see that the parameter 'chunk_size' is set to zero

Erro while running SLDCHECK Tcode

Hi,
We have just installed our SAP XI Server.
After configuring the SLD i was trying to check the configuration.
While running the tcode "SLDCHECK" it is giving me the following error.
Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data
Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...
=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!
Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS
Retrieving data from the SLD server...
Function call returned exception code 4
=> Check whether the SLD is running!
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations
But it is opening the link successfully.Is something wrong ?

i have checked every thing still it is giving me the same error.
RFC connections are working fine,even program ids are difined correctly in visual administrator..
I think i m missing something...
