Error 150:30 CS4 Macbook Pro

My hard drive crashed & I replaced it.  Thankfully had a decent backup.  Tring to open CS4 keep getting error 150:30 even after restarting multiple times.  'Licensing for this product has stopped working.'

I hope you haven't used the Time Machine backup for CS4 on Mac book pro, not very successful way to have the Adobe Application on the computer.
If you have done so, then the proper installation will be needed.
Else, you could follow :- http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html , so get this fixed.

    hey madhurtodi,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
I would suggest going to Device>Forget Device in BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Then close down BlackBerry Desktop Software and unplug the BlackBerry via USB and plug it back in and re-open BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Then setup your synchronization again and then test it a few times.

  • CS3 Install Error on new MacBook Pro w/Mavericks

I am attempting to install Illustrator from my CS3 Web Premium discs on a brand new 15" MacBook Pro/Retina. PhotoShop came over with Migration Assistant from my older MacBook Pro.
When I click "Setup" the instal starts but then I get a Startup Error "required resources missing".
It doesn't tell me what resources are missing so the only thing I can do is click "Quit".
Is there a fix for this?
    Thanks!

    OK
I tried running the Uninstall and got the same Setup Error "required resources missing" so I couldn't even run that.
I used App Cleaner to remove all of the CS3 programs and then restarted my MacBook Pro.
I then downloaded the AdobeCreativeCloudCleaningTool.dmg file. I double clicked it in my downloads folder and let it clean up CS3.
Then I restarted my computer again.
I plugged the UBS SuperDrive in and inserted the Adobe Creative Suite' 3 Web Premium Application disk and clicked on Setup.
It starts to set up (initializing set up) and then gives me the same Setup Error "required resources missing".
I even followed this link that you gave me:
    http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here. html
And tried to download the File 1 for Trial under Mac and get the following:
    HTTP ERROR: 404 /support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp
    RequestURI=/support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp
This is crazy. I own this software. I have it sitting in front of me. I just can't get it to install.
Is there somewhere I can get this missing required resource and put it in the correct location so my software will load?
This was not inexpensive software and I have been using it for quite some time on my older MacBook Pro. I shiould be able to continue to use it. Don't you think?
Any other help/ideas will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

  • How do I fix Hard drive errors on my macbook pro?

I ran the etrecheck software on my Macbook Pro and it produced the following results. It says there are 15 errors with the hard drive and I was wondering how I can figure out what they are and possibly find a solution to get rid of them. I have used the disk utility to verify and repair permissions and to verify the disk and the only issue i get during that is this warning during verifying permissions:
Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.
I also should mention my computer has been running slower than normal lately.
Another point is that there is a user launch agent that fails and I was wondering if I need it and how I can fix or get rid of it.
If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thank you,
    Joe

  • GPU 0 Die Temp Sensor ERROR on a MacBook Pro. Can anybody help?

    Hello.
My wife has a 15-inch, 2.4GHz MacBook Pro model 3.1 laptop.
All of sudden the screen started to flicker, and after that,  it could no longer be booted. Applelogo visible but the timewheel stops and nothing happens.
I managed to get hold of a copy of ASD (Apple Service Diagnostic) for her computer, and I found out what was wrong:
There is a test called "Temp Sensor - GPU 0 Die Temp" that fails. I get the following message:
"Temp sensor GPU 0 Die Temp test 1 - Sensor Reads Within Operating Range
    - Check to ensure that sensor reads within operating range.
ERROR - Unable to read sensor
    - TEST FAILED -
Temp sensor GPU 0 Die Temp test 8 - Sensor Noise Test
    - Checks that sensor Noise is within spec.
ERROR - Unable to read sensor
    - TEST FAILED -"
If I look in the "Hardware Profile" under "sensor" I find the following:
    "Sensor
    type:            Temperature
    location:            TG0D
    low-limit:            15
    high-limit:        85
    reading:            1.0
    description:        GPU 0 Heatsink Temp
    noise-tolerance:    1.0"
The thing is that the problem seems to be intermittent. It comes and goes. All of a sudden the test passes and I can boot the computer. Some days the computer can  work for a whole day, so it doesn´t  seem to be related to temperature.
What do you guys and girls think? Is this fixable by myself? Does anybody know where this sensor is located? Maybe it´s just a bad connection, since it´s intermittent?
I feel I have come a little bit on the way to be able to solve this issue, and it would feel like a failure to be forced to leave the computer at an Apple Service Center, if it´s even worth it to do that. There is a risk that the computer is not worth a repair.
Could someone please chime in here for a clever advice?
    Thanks.
    Bo Reimer.

    Welcome Bo!
It may be related to a known problem with MBPs 3,1 and 4,1. Some had a bad Nvidea Geforce 8600M GT video chipset that could fail under high heat cpnditions. There is an Apple Repair Extension Program (REP) that will fix the defect at no charge for up to four years from date of purchase:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2377
You'll need to have an Apple retail store or an authorized service provider check the computer with a special test gadget for positive ID of the problem to qualify. If it does, you get a new logic board. Reported turnaround for the fix is from same day to three days.
If their test does not turn up the Nvideo curse, you still have an affordable repair option if you live in North America (It would he helpful if you fill in the "Geographic Information" field in your profile--at this point I'm having to assume you're in N. America)).
The option is a depot repair. Apple sends your computer to their central refurbishment facility and bascially fixes anything outside of cosmetic damage for a flat fee of about US$315--much cheaper that a new computer. Taxes and shipping may apply.
People who have used this option are reporting excellent results and a turnaround of about one business week.

  • Why do I keep getting console errors on my macbook pro?

My MacBook Pro constantly throws the following line to console:

  • Acrobat Quit Unexpectedly error message on MacBook Pro after purchasing and downloading.  How do I get it to run??

I just purchased the Acrobat XI Pro Subscription online.  After downloading the software and receiving the message that the installation was complete I tried to open the software to no avail.  It starts to open with a "please wait while we launch Acrobat..." screen, then I get an error message "Acrobat Quit Unexpectedly"  with options to Ignor, Report, or Reopen.  I've sent the report, but no matter how many times I try the 'Reopen' or 'Ignore' options the software will not open.  I'm running a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X version 10.7.5.
Any suggestions on how to get the software to work.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Ron,
Please try the steps below and let me know if it worked for you.
Delete all the files from following folders:
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePCD
Then launch Acrobat and try to activate and check.

  • Why won't my MacBook Pro backup to Time Machine (on my 1TB Time Capsule) when I'm running Lion OSX 10.7.5.? What does it mean when this error pops up: MacBook Pro.sparse bundle could not be assessed (error - 1).???? Please help me fix this!

Apparently I am not the only person having this problem as I have seen many threads about it. If ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME, I WOULD SINCERELY APPRECIATE IT.
I try and run my backup as I always have, but it HAS NEVER COMPLETED SINCE I UPGRADED TO LION. As many mentions, I updated from 10.7.4 to 10.7.5 hoping that would fix my issue and it didn't help at all. I also unistalled WD SmartWare to no avail. It's really starting to annoy me since I have as much money invested in my MacBook Pro and Time Capsule as I do in my car....
I have more than enough space on the Time Capsule, but Time Machine is still failing and coming up with an error message: MacBook Pro.sparsebundle could not be assessed (error - 1).
    Someone, anyone, please help!

. . . sparse bundle could not be accessed (error -1)

  • The latest osx update has caused keychain errors on my macbook pro...what should I do?

I downloaded and installed the latest osx update last night (10.9.2) and now I'm getting login errors when trying to download emails and keychain errors when using Google Chrome or Safari. I have no idea how to solve the problems caused by this update. My macbook pro is older - 2008. Help, please? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I should have clarified above....."keychain errors", not just login errors. Thanks again.

  • BootCamp 5.0 error on 13" MacBook Pro Mid-2010: "Installation Error. Boot Camp x64 is unsupported on this computer model"

Installing Boot Camp 5.0.5033 (downloadable at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1638) on Windows 8 x64 on 13” MacBook Pro Mid-2010 using BootCamp\setup.exe, I get the following message: “Installation Error. Boot Camp x64 is unsupported on this computer model”.
According to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634, Windows 8 x64 is not supported by Boot Camp 5 on 13” MacBook Pro Mid-2010 .
Previous version, Boot Camp 4.0, causes bluescreens on Windows 8 (https://discussions.apple.com/message/20131524#20131524).
Fortunately, it might be still possible to employ updated Boot Camp by launching “msiexec /i BootCamp.msi” from BootCamp\Drivers\Apple folder using administrative command prompt (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc947813%28v=WS.10%29.aspx).
However, new Boot Camp 5.0.5033 does not contain all the drivers for 13” MacBook Pro Mid-2010. E.g. driver for NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller (labeled Other devices/Coprocessor in Control Panel) and NVIDIA nForce PCI Systems Management (labeled Other devices/SM Bus Controller in Control Panel) must be obtained at Drivers\NVidia\NVidiaChipset64 in older Boot Camp 4.0 (downloadable at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1634)
According to Microsoft (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/system-requirements), the MacBook Pro config (Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM) exceeds Windows 8 x64 hardware requirements. Windows Experience Index for this laptop is approx. 5.1 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/what-windows-experience-index).
Does anybody know, is there any technical reason why Windows 8 x64 is not supported by Boot Camp 5 on 13” MBP Mid-2010?
Is there a specific hardware/firmware deficiency in this MacBook model, incompatible with Win8? Maybe NVIDIA refused to provide Win8-compatible drivers for its chipset components (GeForce 320M graphics card though is still supported by latest notebook drivers available at www.geforce.com)?

Thanks for the detailed explanation! If MacBook supports AHCI/SATA only in native “UEFI mode”, while reverting back to PATA/IDE in legacy “BIOS mode”, then it could make perfect sense to use UEFI to make sure that technology like Native Command Queuing (NCQ) is employed, as it may give noticeable performance improvements for certain operations: www.happysysadm.com/2012/12/intel-g530-nas-performance-part-3.html. I wonder how do you get Windows 8 x64 with EFI bootloader installed on MacBook?
Simply choosing EFI Boot (“Some EFI platforms support both UEFI and BIOS firmware. On some of those systems, it is not always clear if the default DVD boot option is an EFI or BIOS boot option. On these systems, using the EFI shell command may be required. If you do not specifically start Windows Setup by using the EFI boot entry, the default firmware boot entry for BIOS may be used. If Windows Setup starts in BIOS mode on a combined EFI/BIOS system, the ESP and MSR partitions are not created.”) from Win8 x64 DVD when installing on blank HDD would yield “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed" message. Also, if the hard drive was not in SATA mode during Windows installation, registry tweaking may be required before switching from PATA to SATA. Do you do registry tweaking and EFI bootloader configuration manually after a copy of Windows was installed in its dedicated partition in a regular way?

  • Mavericks 10.9.1 error recovery HD (MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013)

    I have a MacBook Pro Retina 15 (late 2013)
I want to reinstall mavericks on this computer but I cannot. Each time I log in recovery HD, a stop sign appear and then my computer shut down. Anybody can help how to get my recovery back? My computer is now 10.9.1 but I notice that my recovery HD is 10.9.0.
Please help me! Any suggestion is appreciated.

I've had the same issue. The solution given by Linc and many others don't work on MBP Retina models. Apparently, Apple did something so that these newer models would not proceed with bootdisks. The only way to reinstall Mavericks is to go through Internet Recovery. That's why Apply emphasizes it so much in their support page and the recovery screen.
That's my theory through my trials and errors. Don't take my word for it.

    Hi,
Until last 5 minutes, the mac was not connecting to the network. It was detecting occasionally but when I try the password it would time out.  But suddenly out of no where Im able to log into the network now.  The details are
    PHY Mode: 802.11g
    Channel: 13 (2.4 GHz)
If I shut down now or put it to sleep, it wont detect the network when I light it up again... Is there any channel change I need to do now to fix the issue for good?
    Appreciate your time!
    Arun
Now I have installed iStumbler and it shows close to 50 wifi networks 20 of which are on channel 11 or 13 (same as mine) with frequency around 2400.
Is that the cause.  If so, do you suggest I change my channel to, say 20 or something? How do I change the channel?

  • CS4 macbook pro, cannot print to pdf. Well, I can but it does nothing...

I'm running CS4 on my macbook pro which is running OS X 10.2.6.
When I print my indesign or illustrator file to the PDF 9.0 option I get nothing, not even a dialog box asking me to save the pdf file.
I've checked and re-checked my distiller setting to make sure I've clicked "ask for PDF destination file"
However when I open the PDF 9.0 printer dialog box it says it has completed 21 jobs, but I've searched the computer and these pdf's do not exist.
So essentially it seems to be making a pdf from my files but I cannot find, save or open it.
This has been a problem for sometime and I'd really like to figure it out!
    Thanks!
    -Steve

Is it really 10.2.6 or is it 10.6.2. If the latter, then the PDF 9.0 does not work in Snow Leopard. See here http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/509/cpsid_50981.htm

  • What is error 102 for macbook pro

i just bought my macbook pro 13.3 inch and i recieved a notification stating that i needed to up date to itunes 10. 7 and OS X update combined 10. 8. 2. once i tried up dating a window came up saying "cannot complete updates due to error 102" can someone help me fix this problem?

Well, the above error seems as though it's a bad download. You might try downloading again. If that doesn't work, you might try updating to 10.8.1 first: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1571
After that, see if you can update either by the download or via Software Update / App Store Updates

  • Itunes 11.1.5 dhcp error - internal display, macbook pro

Hello all. I have just updated iTunes from version 11.1.13  to version 11.1.5 running on OSX 10.8.5 on an early 2011 Macbook pro. Prior to update, all videos, movies and other DRM material played properly (in HD) without issue. After the update, the client receives the dreaded HDCP error message, and refuses to play any previously purchased videos/movies in HD, or alternately, attempts playback with garbled pink pixelated video and sound for 2-3 seconds, and then throws the HDCP dialog. SMC resets do not solve the problem, and even downgrading to version 11.1.02 by full removal of iTunes and all support files and clean install of 11.1.02 does not work.
Has anyone else here encountered this rather bizarre behavior, and is there a workaround I can recommend? I would really appreciate any expert advice as this is the first time I have encountered this apparent bug, and there does not seem to be a functional fix described anywhere on the 'ol interwebs.

    Hello,
I have 2 latest model mac minis, and I have gotten this error message whether running mountain lion or mavericks.  After endless frustration, and tech support stumped, unfortunately, the only thing I find that helps is after restarting the mac, just view your videos with quicktime.  I have found itunes to be riddled with errors, and only use it with syncing my mobile devices.  With a HUGE library of HD movies and shows ripped from BD's, housed on our 22 TB movie library, we have had the most success just using itunes as a "permission" to view our friendly "Your Apple Only" protected materials, and sourcing the rest of our library elsewhere and just using quicktime to view.  It doesnt fix iTunes, but that is impossible. Itunes is trying to be too many different types
    Of applications.  Good luck.
