Runtime Errors SYNTAX_ERROR
Date and Time 19.04.2008 17:51:58
ShrtText
Syntax error in program "SAPLXVVA ".
What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLVKMP" had to be terminated because one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
In program "SAPLXVVA ", the following syntax error occurred
in the Include "ZXVVAU04 " in line 5:
"The last statement is not complete (period missing)."
Author and last person to change the Include are:
Author "SAPUSER "
Last changed by "SAPUSER "
What can you do?
Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check
(or an extended program check) on the program "SAPLXVVA ".
You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP/4 Editor.
If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
is especially useful if you want to keep a particular message.
Error analysis
In program "SAPLXVVA ", the following syntax error occurred:
"The last statement is not complete (period missing)."
How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and you wish to send
an error message to SAP, include the following documents:
1. A printout of the problem description (short dump)
To obtain this, select in the current display "System->List->
Save->Local File (unconverted)".
2. A suitable printout of the system log
To obtain this, call the system log through transaction SM21.
Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
"System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
supply the source code.
To do this, select the Editor function "Further Utilities->
Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
or which actions and input led to the error.

PIF_POSNRHi Kartik,
Could you please be more clearer as to how do you want me to proceed so that this syntax error stops bothering me while creating a standard order thru TCode VA01.Also what do you mean by "well comment the code in the include and activate the include"
I created a projet in CMOD and than added the enhancement V45A0002.The components shown as EXIT_SAPMV45A_002(Predefined sold to party when making the standard order),i double click on the exit and entered into the function module. After that i double clicked on the include ZXVVZU04 and entered in and wrote E_KUNNR=100171
While activating i got error msg 'The last statement is not complete (period missing)." & i have saved inspite the error .After that i tried to create a order and program terminated error came after entering sold to party no. in sales order
so now i have deactivated the project which i created in CMOD & deleted the project also inspite of this i am getting the program terminated error while making the order
I would be great ful if somebody helps me *** out of this syntax error.
Thanks

Error after changing password in Discoverer Viewer (11.1.1.4)
I (and all other users) get the below error after changing the password used to login to Discoverer Viewer...
Weblogic Version 10.3.4
Discoverer Version 11.1.1.4
Error
The application encounters an invalid state. .

I have already tried the following oracle note (which did not work): http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17904_01/doc.1111/e14770/discoverer.htm#BABDJJBE
"43.1.1 Issues with Metadata Repository and Oracle Database 10g Release 1"
But we have Oracle Database 11g.
If anyone has any suggestions please advise. I have had a ticket open with Oracle Support now for a few months and they cannot reproduce.
Thanks,
JustinWe also see this same error when attempting to Create a Connection in Oracle BI Discoverer 11g. I am able to connect to a database but not able to save a connection to said database....

Hi folks,
I have been plagued by an issue since a long time. I'm implementing a merged appltop on sun solaris (5.10) on 11.5.10.2
Basically its a clone of two nodes into a single node. After merging, the services are coming up good. Apache is running well. But when opening the AppsLogin page, it is blowing up saying Internal Server Error.
When looked into the mod_jserv.log, it shows the below error.
[07/02/2012 10:28:28:718] (ERROR) ajp12: Servlet Error: OracleJSP: oracle.jsp.provider.JspCompileException: Errors compiling:/d05/ufindev/ufindevcomn1/_pages/_oa__html//_AppsLocalLogin.java<TABLE BORDER=1 WIDTH=100%><TR><TH>Line #</TH><TH>Error</TH></TR><TR><TD WIDTH=7% VALIGN=TOP>259<TD> isRtl(java.lang.String) has protected access in oracle.apps.fnd.sso.SessionMgr if (SessionMgr.isRtl(langCode)) { </TD></TR></TABLE>

Any idea whats going wrong?
Thanks,

Strange Data Mapping Errors after SEM 6 Upgrade. Please assist.
Hi All, I encountered these sudden Mapping errors after I tried to do Testing in Post Upgrade Sand Box. Here I am trying to to perform Collected Reported Financial Data under Data Collection Method for a particular Company Code 3040. Kindly help me with some quick responses as this is kind of high priority. The errors and the Diagnosis Notes I am unable to follow as I do not where I shall write those Mapping Rules they are referring to. I do not even know if that need to apply any SAP Notes as such. Once again Highly appreciate your quick response and Many Thanks in Advance.
Regards, BIP
Input conversion for field Period Value LC has invalid format Message no. UCT8210 Diagnosis The mapping rule for target field Period Value LC contains a move with a selected Input Conversion indicator. Therefore, the system performs an input conversion prior to creating the target data. However, an error in the input conversion occurred while moving the source key figure to the target key figure Period Value LC. This means that the format used for the input conversion is incompatible with the target data. System Response The system will not perform the move. Procedure Examine the mapping rule for field Period Value LC. Either select the Conversion Exit indicator or deselect the Input Conversion indicator. Execute the method again. -
3040 is incompatible with input format for field /1FB/COMPANY Message no. UCT8258 Diagnosis During execution, the method derives the source selection for source field /1FB/COMPANY from the mapping rule for the target field. 3040 is one of the values that were derived for the source selection. The system requires that this value is in the correct SAP-internal format because the Conversion Exit indicator has been selected in the move operator for field /1FB/COMPANY. However, the value 3040 is incompatible with the SAP-internal format. System Response The system attempts to interpret value 3040 as an external format and convert it to the internal format. If this fails, the system is unable to restrict the source selection using source field /1FB/COMPANY. In this case, the system may read more source data than was originally intended, which can affect performance. Procedure In the log, choose the Source button to display the source selections that are used to read the source data. When this appears, examine values selected for field /1FB/COMPANY. If the correct values were selected, you can ignore this message. To prevent this message from being issued, you can select the indicator in the mapping rule used by source field /1FB/COMPANY. If incorrect values were selected, make sure that the mapping rule used by source field /1FB/COMPANY has been defined correctly. If the mapping rule is correct and value (3040) derived for the source selection does not affect the overall result, you can ignore this message. If the source selection does not contain the value 3040 for field /1FB/COMPANY and, because of this, source data that is supposed to be read is not being read, make sure that the mapping rule has been defined correctly. If the source selection does not contain any value for field /1FB/COMPANY, make an estimation as to how much excess source data is being read and whether this might affect system performance. If you do not expect any performance problems, you can ignore this message. In any event, you have the following alternatives if the mapping rule is defined correctly, but the source selection on field /1FB/COMPANY is unsatisfactory: You can define a source selection for field /1FB/COMPANY in the Customizing settings for the method on the Selection tab page. Then the method uses this source selection instead of the source selection derived from inverse interpretation of the mapping rule. You can implement the Business Add-In (BAdI) UC_DATATRANSFER and use the method INVERT to determine the source selection on field /1FB/COMPANY. Then the method uses the result of the INVERT method for the source selection instead of the source selection derived from inverse interpretation of the mapping rule. -
Cannot derive the source selection from target field Version Message no. UCT8252 Diagnosis Field Version has one of the following roles: Consolidation unit Group currency key Fiscal year Posting period Version To delimit the volume of the source data to be read, the system usually derives the source selection from the target selection of such a field. However, the system cannot derive a source selection from field Version. System Response It is possible that a greater volume of source data is being read than is necessary. This can lead to performance issues. Procedure Check whether a mapping rule is defined for field Version. If a mapping rule is defined, you can disregard this warning message. However, if you discover after method execution that the system did not process a large amount of data, and that system performance was not satisfactory, you may want to examine the source selection by choosing the Source button in the log. If the reason for the disregarded data is that too much source data was read because of the unrestricted selection on the source field (which is linked with target field Versionthrough mapping), choose one of the alternatives below: Change the mapping rule for field Version so that the system can derive a delimiting source selection. Implement the Business Add-In (BAdI) UC_DATATRANSFER with the method INVERT to delimit the selection for the source field that is linked via mapping to the target field Version. -
Cannot derive the source selection from target field Group Currency Message no. UCT8252 Diagnosis Field Group Currency has one of the following roles: Consolidation unit Group currency key Fiscal year Posting period Version To delimit the volume of the source data to be read, the system usually derives the source selection from the target selection of such a field. However, the system cannot derive a source selection from field Group Currency. System Response It is possible that a greater volume of source data is being read than is necessary. This can lead to performance issues. Procedure Check whether a mapping rule is defined for field Group Currency. If a mapping rule is defined, you can disregard this warning message. 1 is incompatible with input format for field FISCPERIOD Message no. UCT8258 Diagnosis During execution, the method derives the source selection for source field FISCPERIOD from the mapping rule for the target field. 1 is one of the values that were derived for the source selection. The system requires that this value is in the correct SAP-internal format because the Conversion Exit indicator has been selected in the move operator for field FISCPERIOD. However, the value 1 is incompatible with the SAP-internal format. System Response The system attempts to interpret value 1 as an external format and convert it to the internal format. If this fails, the system is unable to restrict the source selection using source field FISCPERIOD. In this case, the system may read more source data than was originally intended, which can affect performance. Procedure In the log, choose the Source button to display the source selections that are used to read the source data. When this appears, examine values selected for field FISCPERIOD. If the correct values were selected, you can ignore this message. To prevent this message from being issued, you can select the indicator in the mapping rule used by source field FISCPERIOD. If incorrect values were selected, make sure that the mapping rule used by source field FISCPERIOD has been defined correctly. If the mapping rule is correct and value (1) derived for the source selection does not affect the overall result, you can ignore this message. If the source selection does not contain the value 1 for field FISCPERIOD and, because of this, source data that is supposed to be read is not being read, make sure that the mapping rule has been defined correctly. If the source selection does not contain any value for field FISCPERIOD, make an estimation as to how much excess source data is being read and whether this might affect system performance. If you do not expect any performance problems, you can ignore this message. Input must be in the format ___,___,__~ Message no. 00088 Diagnosis Your entry does not match the specified input format. System Response The entry in this field was rejected. Procedure The entry must comply with the edit format. The following edit format characters have a special meaning: "_" (underscore) There should be an input character at this point; this should be a number for numeric fields. "." (decimal point) (applies to numeric fields) The decimal point occurs here (setting in the user master record). "," (thousands separator) (applies to numeric fields) This separator occurs (optionally) for more than three figures. Depending on the setting in the user master record, it can be a period or a comma. "V" (applies to numeric fields) The operational sign appears here. If used, it must by at the right margin of the field. The sign is either "-" or " "(space). "~" (tilde) (applies to numeric fields) As of and including this character, leading zeros must also be entered. Otherwise, this character has the same meaning as an underscore. Leading zeros need not be entered on the left of the tilde. They are not output at this position. All other characters have their normal meanings and must be entered in the same position as in the edit format.Hi Dan,
Could you Kiindly advise me where we need to write the Mapping Rules in Consolidation Monitor? All he time the errors refering to Mapping Rules. The only Tab I seen "Mapping" is in Data Basis But as per my Understanding Iwe do not have much to do there as it is system generated Mapping Tab.
Where we actually go and select/deselct those Input Conversion Indicator/ Conversion exit Indicator.
Highly appreciate your advise.
Thanks and Regards,

Kids ipod gets the 13019 error after trying to sync. I have done all the suggestions online and now it has no music and will not sync.
It seems to download all the music and on the last song clicks out and says unknown error.
any other suggestions?
Kid is mad now there is NO music on the ipod. At least before it had the old music and just would not download new songs.
All worked on our iphones, and other ipods. Just hers is wacked.
thanksI've encountered the same problem as this recently, but unfortunately i haven't worked out how to fix it yet.
I tried to fit too many songs on my ipod nano from itunes, and it told me it would create a selection of these (titled my songs) and put them on the nano, which it did. I then went back onto itunes to delete some songs so that they would all fit on the nano. I also deleted the "my songs" playlist, knowing that all the songs were still stored under Music on itunes. When i tried to sync the nano it said that it couldn't be synced as the required disk cannot be found.
HELP, PLEASE! -

It is Windows Vista Basic, 3GB of RAM, 2.1 Core Duo 2.
Installed successfully, but when I go to "Start" in sevidor it returns the following error, and not start:
Error! Connection failed to node (local) for database NSP:
-24700,ERR_DBMSRV_NOSTART: Could not start DBM server.

Someone could help me?Hello Marques Polastri ,
->Please check/stop all database applications and tools, like DBMGUI and dbmcli ... Then check/kill all processes left with name dbmsrv.exe, if you will still have them. After that rename C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shi and C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shm, shared memory files, to C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shi.old and C:\sapdb\data\wrk\NSP.dbm.shm.old.
Try to connect to the database NSP & let us know the results.
-> Please update with output of the following commands:
dbmcli db_enum
dbmcli -d NSP -u <control>,<pwd> db_state

Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2. I've erased and reformatted the drive; reconnected Time Machine(it saw it) and began a new backup. The backup starts again but fails before completing with backup drive not found error. I used the 10.7.2 combo update. Any help on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
After waiting since October for a fix, I have now upgraded the firmware on the Time Capsule and installed the new Airport Utility, released yesterday, and the situation is even worse.
Up until now, the Airport Utility had an option to disconnect all drives manually and the Time Capsule would then work until the next reboot – a temporary (?) work-around.
Now that option does not exist in the new-look Airport Utility. And the Airport Utility installation can’t be rolled back and the old utility won’t restore.
The sparesbundle is still not accessible. Anyone worked out a work-around in the new environment yet?
I have another Time Machine backup working fine to a trusty old Lacie Drive so erased the one on my Time Capsule to see if that works. I have renamed the Capsule and the Time Capsule Drive. But to build another full backup will take at least two days and I shall be away from tomorrow and am reluctant to leave the Capsule and computer up and running for a week. And I’ll bet the sparsbundle will still be nowhere to be found.
How can Apple screw up so badly when they are to become the richest company in the entire world and – soon – will have more cash in the bank than the entire United States? Can’t they afford someone who really can sort this out? Especially when a Firewire connected hard drive – my trusty and simple LaCie – works fine.
Words, almost, fail me. -
File adapter error after updating to SP19 (INBOUND_BINDING_ERROR)
File adapter error after updating to SP19 (INBOUND_BINDING_ERROR)
Hi all,
im having some troubles after the installation of SP19 (from SP16 in NW04) with File Adapter (File->Idoc scenario).
In message monitoring (Adapter Engine), I have several messages with status "System Error". The error text is :
<i>Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: INBOUND_BINDING_ERROR
ErrorText: ErrorStack: Error in sender agreement for party '', service 'LEGACY_DEV', interface namespace 'http://XXXXX.com/XXXXXX', interface 'INTERFACE_OB' No sender agreement found for , , , , ,</i>
Im sure that the Integration Directory settings have not been changed. So I tried the following, but the problem persists:
- Deactivation/Activation of File Adapter channel
- check that user XIISUSER is not locked
- checked SXI_CACHE (it seems ok)
- Many CPA full refresh
- Dummy modifications of File Adapter channels (a dummy modification of the description)
- Reboot J2EE
I've seen that someone else had problems after upgrading to SP19. I'd really appreciate any suggestion of how to solve my issue.
Thank you

Question - Trying to use Icloud on a PC - I get a server error after I put in my e-mail and password. Why? I can sync up all my devices from Itunes with my MaC, Iphone and IPad but I can't do it with my PC
I regret that you're having trouble setting up your email, corbad! You're on the right track with your incoming email address. You might also try incoming.verizon.net or incoming.yahoo.verizon.net as possible alternatives, and 995 as the port number. Please let me know how that goes!

CA.F
CA.GThe FFP packages are fastformula packages that were invalidated after running the HRGLOBAL driver and will compile normally with adadmin
as for the remaining formulas they will not compile with adadmin for some reason, and you have to open each package and re-compile the packages it refferences even if they are valid.
reffer to Oracle document [ID 1065445.1] ENGFDECN ECO Form When Try to Tab out of Field ECO Number, get FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE_ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
despite that the solution in the doc id above talks only about ENGFDECN but it applies to all other packages. I've faced the same issue and now I have ZERO invalid packages, it will take sometime but it's worth a while.

A/AThis looks like a follow up of Re: Error after installing Oracle Enterprise Linux (Release 5) on Dell T 110
Can you give more details what you are trying to do or trying to accomplish. Where are you trying to ping to?
It could be that you have not defined your gateway or DNS server for name to IP mapping. What is the output of
# netstat -rn
# cat /etc/resolv.conf

What is the FCPX equivalent to sequences?
I have a large project, in which I want to work with each sequence on its own. In FCP 7 I would create sequences and work inside those, collecting them in a master sequence. But in FCPX there doesn't seem to be any equivalent, so what do people do?
