Error... "Download error. Please contact customer support"...
I'm trying to download Photoshop CC and Flash CC...
It dosen't work...
It's keeps saying "Download error. Please contact customer support." I re-installed this twice, but it didn't do anything. Can someone help me?
My computer is ASUS Windows 8.

Alauda_positos I would recommend reviewing your installation log files to determine the exact directory which the installer is unable to access. Adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer support
trying to download cc apps to my laptop (my second computer) - mac os 10.8.3 - safari browser (failed w/ firefox too)
been having this issue for a couple months... want to clear it up befor the new cc releases
so I just uninstalled and removed all adobe apps from my computer - including the adobe application manager
restarted my computer (shut down my desktop) - downloaded the 'new' adobe application manager
tried to log in and got the following error (same error I have been getting for months)
adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer supportI renamed the OOBE folder to OOBE_old
but I cannot find the opm.db file -
I do not seem to have a library in my user h2oonstone folder...
I did search the HD for the opm.db file - says nothing found -
Want to try trial for Premiere Pro but for some reason the apps tab says "download error please contact customer support"

I have installed and uninstalled creative cloud app multiple times. Each time I get the same error. "download error Please contact customer support. I have checked to see that the aamdetect plugin is installed. I have restarted safari. I have read every help page I can find. I am using a new MACPRO and transferred files from my IMAC. HELP

CC Tab says "Download error. Please contact customer support."
When I started my laptop this morning CC had a red ! on its icon and the follwing message under Apps:
"Download error. Please contact customer support."
I've got 2 issues with this:
I don't recall downloading any apps yesterday
and the handy link does not send me to customer support, in fact I couldn't find any way to send a message to "customer support" and spent too much time looking. (maybe you guys could change the wording to something else--everybody has other things to do)
The question is how do I make this message go away? I tried quitting and restarting CC
FYI-yesterday I removed 3 adobe internet plug-ins because I prefer Safari the way it is. CC worked fine with those removed before the restart so I'm guessing its unrelated at this point.http://status.creativecloud.com/ shows everything green, but when I go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud I get a

Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.

I have a fully paid Creative Cloud membership. but when I click on Creative Cloud it says an update is available. When I click to get the update it starts, then stops at 43% and I get Error Code 1. Contact Customer Support and when I click on that I am sent in an unending circle with never any option to get chat, or phone support!! There is apparently no way to reach real support or to get Creative Cloud to update normally. What a terrible lack of customer service!

I work for a University. We've purchased a few copies of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI boxed software. It's been working great all along. Now, it won't work at all. Error as follows:
"The serial number you entered has expired.This product cannot be licensed. Please contact Customer Support. Provide a serial number."You need to do what it says... contact Adobe Customer Support. We can't help for two reasons (a) we are not Adobe staff (b) even if we were, we can't examine private serial numbers in a public forum.
When you contact them, best to have all the paperwork from the original purchase in case there are difficulties with a supplier etc. -
